Todd won my business years ago with his straightforward and PROFESSIONAL communication. He will look for the BEST OPTIONS for you, your family, and your business. State Farm may not be the cheapest but when you factor in the benefits like having a convenient office, a professional agent, easy claims process (sadly, I have had to use it so I know what I am talking about), and such, it is the BEST VALUE out there! You get what you pay for and they will always review what you have currently to see if you can save money or have better protection based on current life circumstances. As I mentioned above, I had to use the claims process for an auto accident. This office answered my questions, gave me many amazing auto body referrals to which I chose a great place, and basically made the process as painless as possible. Todd and his staff clearly CARE and that makes having to deal with insurance a bit more pleasant than has been my normal experience. The State Farm App is a benefit, too! If you want a person behind the policy, one that will walk you through the vast options out there, one that will answer you call, and provide honest advice, call Todd and schedule a quote. Words cant even express the gratitude I have for this office. My agent Claudia has been amazing from the start! She set me up in August when we had a car break down and realized our previous company was ripping us off. Since then she not only got us a way better auto insurance package, she assisted us with renters insurance and life insurance all for an unbeatable price. Claudia's turn around time to any questions or concerns has always been immediate. We just had one of our vehicles broken into and they stole our other one. It has been a nightmare.
