He took advantage of my elderly father by pocketing his insurance payments. How'd we find out? Well, he got in a fender bender and the other driver was trying to extort my father for money. Once we asked Hugo for his paperwork and to start working with the other driver's insurance, who also happened to be a Farmers customer, he gave us multiple run around. The sad thing is he exploits his own community, the most vulnerable. Best believe he's being dealt with, but just want to make sure no community members give him business.

The most amazing things about Kimberly are her excellent communication skills and willingness to go above and beyond to help her customers. Whenever I need to reach out to her, she is either readily available, or she would call me back (if I leave a voice mail) or respond to my email within hours if not minutes. This event ended up with Farmers adding almost $100 to my premium and then auto charging me this increased amount without my knowledge. When I spoke with Kimberly, I was irate. Kim stayed calm and she must have spent hours ( I don't know how many it took) on the phone over a 3 day period to clear this up and get a credit to my account. It is difficult to find this level of client care and service especially when your company is saying "no". I am so grateful to have met Kim and for her patience and perseverance with this issue.
