I started working with Todd in the September of 2017 and my husband came on board in December of the same year. Our experiences have been nothing short of exceptional. Todd brings a very methodical approach to his evaluation and training of clients. He urged us to take a holistic approach to our wellbeing and physical improvement. He is thoughtful, patient, and kind yet tough when necessary. Todd is endlessly encouraging without being condescending, letting us know when we're doing well and where we need to work harder.
He developed a completely different series of exercises for each of us based on our goals, where we started, and how we've progressed. They are adapted each week after we discuss how our bodies responded to the last set.
Despite having a ways to go, we are both thrilled with the results so far. We started off at a weight a level of conditioning that was unhealthy and rather unattractive to be honest. Since we started working with Todd, we have lowered our percent body fat significantly and improved our endurance. We have not felt this good about ourselves in this arena in many years.
