All around the best environment for a child to blossom. They love your family the day you step in…read more We are having to leave the school because of a move and I'm crying (last day today) I could not have asked for better teachers. My son started first and just grew so confident and learned so many things from this school. My daughter started after and she is getting this blossoming personality and just lights up when she sees her teachers. The owners and front office staff are the best humans and are willing to work with you. The best communication. This will always be the "the one that got away". Wish I could bring this school with me in my move. I want thank everyone at Klein-Spring Montessori for every single minute. You have been one family to me and we will miss you.

Disappointed to say the least! Just like everyone else, I saw all twenty positive reviews and was…read moreexcited to take my 2 year old , mind you I was FULLY transparent with the staff that this is his first experience with ANY form of childcare and that he is an only child who has hardly ever been around his peers. The school does what they call "transition days" I was explained it was 2 hours long for 2 days. Day 1, I take him and as expected we are both anxious I was worried the whole time expecting my son was high stressed, to my surprise I picked him up an hour later as instructed, and he was playing with the toys and engaging with his teacher, not crying not crying or fussing. Sandy, the owner (beware) explained that she was concerned and used verbiage like "I'm not sure if he's capable..." in reference to my child adapting socially. He is two and as they explained he is already ahead of their curriculum but we have struggled with the social aspect. She then implied to that ny two year old may have ASD or ADHD based on a single hour long interaction because he wasn't responding to His name for her. After ONE time around his for less than 2 hours. She said she didn't know if it would be a good fit after that 1 time. However, She suggested we try him in the class for two year old rather than the 3 year old Class he was in so he didn't regress. Her verbiage and response to My toddler naturally rubbed me the wrong way so I shopped around and prayed on it. I decided to entertain her theory of the toddler 2 class despite her obvious frustrations, since the directors were not the teachers. After taking him for the 2nd time I was immediately greeted with an eerie smile showing their clear discomfort that I was back with my toddler. She told me he couldn't eat the breakfast I brought although their rules are to provide their meals she wouldn't let me say bye and the later told me it won't be a good fit based on atom of contradicting statements. Just like most parents my baby is my world to be mistreated or given up on after a max of 2 hours total is disheartening. All children are not accustomed to childcare or exposed to other children. The behavior for Middle Aged women who are running a facility for out kids was disgusting. I want my son to be in a nurturing environment where he is given grace and patience rather than one of hostility and hopelessness for his future.

She was already registered for drop-in care which is 30$ a day if they have space...I didn't want to go through not knowing if my baby could stay or not when I got there because obviously mommy has something important that has to be done. So I asked the manager on a Friday how much for my 10 month old who is already registered for drop-in care..she asked me her name and said bring 155$ on Monday/weekly..so I showed up on Monday with 155$ and the manager I know I specifically spoke with told me she remembers talking to me on Thursday but it would 165$ weekly plus 40$ today for registration... I'm like what that's not what u told me over the phone....she replied since she is staying a whole week that would be the cost....I instantly just left instead of snapping because I was really pissed off and had to be at training for a new job.... the OWNER is full of shit and I suggest no one to take there kids to that place..its across the street from my home so I gave them the benefit of the doubt twice...so glad I had a 2nd choice a little further from home like 3 miles lol but 145$ a week no registration fee....they will also tell you they don't have drop in space if your baby needs special care they will turn you down...HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!!!!!!

I have to say I have not had the same experience as others have on here. Some of the nice things they do is have picture day a few times a year, and a nice Halloween party where the kids went trick or treating. They even threw a Pre-K graduation with outfits at no cost. My daughter prefers this place to when she was at Goddard.

They forgot to pick up my kid from her school, mind you the school lets kids out at 3pm. As i was leaving work i get a phone call from her school saying she was still there and that nobody picked her up at 5:30pm. As a father, this is a complete nightmare for me. When I called Stay and Play to find out why my child wasn't picked up from school they asked me who was my child, what school she was at and wether or not i paid for her to be picked up. Mind you, this was in the middle of the week, we paid every Monday. They kept apologizing but apologies don't take care of if for me. Maybe it was the way i reacted, but i felt it was justified considering that i was paying for someone to do their job and got the run around when I asked for an explanation. The same week they decided to drop my kid from being able to be brought to her school because "not enough kids went to that school" but it was fine as long i was paying them and they forgot her. It was inexcusable and i refuse to believe anything different.
