I've ran my truck through Todd's Place car wash on two occasions now. Both experiences have been positive. I choose the $15 option as my truck had been neglected for several months. The process takes about 90 seconds from start to finish. My only complaint would be that the drying portion didn't last long enough. Did a good job but left water on the vehicle. On my last visit I took advantage of many free services they offer with your wash. I vacuumed out the entire inside which easily would've take $5 in quarter at any other car wash. The floor mat cleaning machine takes you mats like a vending machine takes your dollars. It spits it out the bottom cleaner than it was. Over all I was satisfied with how clean my truck was and after all the free options the $15 wash is well worth the money. In the future I will look into their monthly deals.

Lots of dirt left after the wash. Hard to really tell in the photo

I currently drive for UBER/LYFT so i wash my car about 3 times a week. I had just given it a fairly thourough wash the day before, so thought I would give it a quick wash & vaccum because Saturdays are my busier days and best days for tips. I am not near my usual carwash and see this one and figure I would stop in because they were offering free vaccums. I drive through the wash and the gentleman at the entrance stops me and takes my antenna off. He is having a hard time, but is able to get it off and hands it to me. I found this pretty awkward as it has never been an issue anywhere else, and like I said previously frequent car washes. Would later find out when it started raining that he also stuck a plastic sleeve over the rear wiper blade. While in the wash I am playing on my phone and then hear a loud pop noise and look up. I dont see anything so Im assuming its just the side mirror being pushed in or out as that sometimes happens. I pull over to the vaccums and empty the trash out and give it a quick vaccum to get moving and on the road making some money. The inside was not very bad since it had recently been detailed so just needed a quick touch up. Hop in and pull out to grab some gas. While walking back to the van I notice a pretty large spot that was still dirty so do a little inspecting. Then I notice that my windshield wiper is missing, and that there are multiple areas that aren't clean. I'm sure they found my wiper blade in their wash bay when they cleaned up. I know I used the cheap wash, but given it wasn't too bad to begin with I feel like a certain level of clean should be expected. Not to be able to easily wipe it off dirty areas with my finger

The back of my Tahoe after $15 car wash on 4-8-17

I went to Todd's on 4-8-2017. I was driving my Tahoe that had lots of pollen on it. The truck was not to dirty but, I went ahead and purchased the $15 car wash. I didn't use the vacuum's I went straight to the grocery store. As I came out I notice big streaks going down the back of my truck. It looked terrible. I left a voice mail and emailed the car wash. No one has returned my calls.

This is by far one of the worst places on earth! If you want your car to get pulled off the track & get blamed for it! On top of being refused to be allowed to see the drivers side view of the film were it came off track. On top of being threatened to have to replace the whole car wash system, Bc you broke it by getting off track! ( only for them to tell your insurance you were under the influence at 11:04 a.m.! & they are not proceeding if I'm not! If someone threatens you, you cover your ass! I then told them, that they could and would never handle a day in the life of a 41 year old 5x stroke survivor!! Call me drunk again! Horrible business, customer service, and lack of respect for humans! I wouldn't send my dog, cat, bike, or lawn mower through this junk! They did then apologize for any damage to my car, admitting guilt , like the idiots they are! Save your car/stay very far away! $1,2xx quoted in damage at Louisville collision!

Nothing bad to say here. Good car wash. Got the car clean. It was fast and efficient. Didn't even wake up the babies from their nap. Yay!

Thomas Car Wash was recently sold to new owners, and I hope that they continue the great service…read moreand washes that Thomas has become known for. I visited again recently. Pretty much anytime I'm on Hurstbourne and have some time, I stop to get my car washed here. I always choose the mid-tier wash for $15, which gets my car clean and shiny. On top of the great wash and the clerks who will power wash the front of your car before you enter -- just to make sure all the bugs and bits are off -- I also appreciate the fact that Thomas has free vacuums for interior cleaning. These have always worked great. You can also powerwash your floor mats. Thomas has those little extra bits that make an experience stand out. Please don't lose those! And I and others will keep coming back.

Update: I received a call a day after submitting my claim and spoke with a very nice man who went…read moreover my claim to get me on the right track. After that call, I took my car to their offered appraisal and currently waiting for a call back. We used to use Thomas car wash a lot as I saw the value they had for washing cars and good pricing. Their prices have gone up, just as everything else has in the past two years. Unfortunately, I lost my car's antenna cover while at the car wash but didn't realize it right away( kids in the car). I was unable to get back to the car wash on the day it happened so I called multiple days only to leave multiple voicemails and never received any response. It was just an antenna cover, not the end of the world. So I finally was able to stop by the car wash to speak with someone only to have them say they had none. And they mentioned to submit my claim online and (hopefully) someone would speak with me. I doubt anyone will reach out, as it's past their 72 hours of mark. I'll keep y'all posted on any feedback from Thomas Car Wash!

The…read morecar would come out with big streaks on it, still didnt look 100% clean, and the vacuums would take forever because they had pretty light suction. Enter Mike's. I had just finished up some errands early the other day and thought well heck I might as well wash the old beast while I have the time. I got the basic wash and WOW it was fantastic. The people working were super nice, the wash was amazing - its fascinating how well things get clean when you use an appropriate amount of water and soap - and the process went super quick. My only gripe was that they charge for the vacuums, you get 8 minutes for $2? That seems high. But they worked great, so much so that I ended up leaving 30 seconds on the timer because it went that fast. So I guess I have a new car wash? Thanks Mikes! (also to the one reviewer who said they put a sticker on your car? I didnt experience that, all they did was write a number on the windshield with some kind of grease pen which washed right off)

Mike's was the closest, and it did the trick. The car wash is what you would expect, with different levels of washes and a monthly membership for unlimited washes. I went with the mid-tier option. I was able to get right in and then go to the vacuums to finish the job. One thing I noticed, though, that was different from other washes: You have to pay to use the vacuums, a couple dollars for five or so minutes. This wasn't too expensive but I missed the free vacuuming -- not due to the price but because it helped to be able to use two vacuums to better reach each side of the car and trunk. But I would definitely come here again.
