Overall this organization has been helping the community for over 40 years. There work ethic to help the community shows. The one stars on here do not reflect this nonprofit. Especially in these times it's important to get paperwork done in the right places and avoid issues down the road. I thank them for protecting our vulnerable community in these times. I went i today to ask about a friends that needs help with Daca paperwork . The young ladies were very helpful . The explained it all. Gave us lots of information and Refferal. I've lived in Perris and has no idea the service they offer. I just wanted to give out a great thank you for helping people whom need help. They have workers outside with tables . VERY unprofessional. I had an appointment with my mother with Antonio. We got there about 5 minutes before the appointment. We notified them that we had arrived and they told us he would arrive shortly. 10 minutes had gone by and nothing. I was okay about it since I understand he might be getting things done in the office. 45 minutes passed by and still nothing. They called him and said he will arrive but did not tell the reason he was late and did not give a specific time! He was not even in the office! 1 hour and 30 minutes passed by and STILL NOTHING. At that point I was fed up and told them this is not how you handle business. The "daughter" was in the front desk and she could not find the reason her OWN father was late or what time he would get there. Mind you we drove 1 hour and 45 minutes away for this appointment. As I drove home with my mother 20 minutes into the drive, Antonio calls and apologizes to my mother of him being late because his wife had an "appointment" which is total BS. How can you set an appointment for us to do business and totally disregard the set appointment. We had the money ready, all the paperwork ready and they told us to make money orders for the payment. There was also one lady waiting for an appointment with him for the same exact time as us! We wasted 5 hours of our time. this place doesnt even deserve 1 star. the worst place ever! extremely unprofessional. they take your money upfront because they want to get paid for all the mistakes they make. i live in san diego and was recommended by a friend. since the beggining it went all bad! antonio ayala filled out the wrong application that cost us 650.00 then told us we shouldve told a "lil lie" to the i.n.s. ....basically blaming us for his mistake. then if thats not bad we continue to see him because like i sayd we paid him in the beggining and he wouldnt refund our money (shouldve taken him to court) then he "advices" to do the resident application. here we go.... he fills out application and gets the package ready for me to send it out to the i.n.s . before i do i review the applications and find soooooo many mistakes; names, d.o.b, blanks ect.. so we go back (mind u i live in sd) he tells me "everyone makes mistakes" we sit there for another few hrs. hes fixing all of the senseless errors he made but makes more all at the same time. wow!!i must of corrected him 5 times that day. and thats not all i had looked at the application so many times i was so tired i just wanted to go home. bad mistake! i get home check the application again and theres a blank question!!! please do not go there. youve been warned. do your research :) read more
