The vets were measured in the tests they ordered, knowing that my 89-year-old aunt was on a fixed income. They had a plan, x-ray 1st, which told us a bit more, then bloodwork. The shining star of this clinic is Eileen, 16 year veteran vet tech. before sending out the blood sample ($300) she did a quick blood sugar test and analyzed the blood viaually. She came to the waiting room to let us know that the dogs blood sugar was so high their machine could not register it. She indicated that we could take the dog home, but survival was unlikely, without serious medical intervention, in the hospital ($3,000). After that, we could address the kidney and liver issues. We did not ask for a urine analysis. She did it because her years of experience told her that it would be a wise move. At that point, we discussed the reality of euthanasia. Why does this matter? Because any other vet would have sent out the blood work, then we would have gone back the next day to discuss it. They did not charge us for the blood draw or urine analysis, which enabled my aunt to pay for private cremation. They stayed an hour past closing to complete the procedure. This clinic is NOT greedy. Instead, they are truly caregivers. Thank you Eileen. You are worth your weight in GOLD.

A couple of them were excited to see our dog and even came in to the exam room just to see him and give him so love. The quality of care for our fur babies is what matters most, not the size of the building or location. this office is an older building in old town Perris. Nothing fancy. Both Petco and Petsmart get the fur around his face clean, but the brown stain remains and it's very noticeable as my dog is white. When I got him back from the Doggie Day Spa, the stains were almost completely gone from his face! He was a brighter white then he's been in a long time and he smelled fantastic. The bandanas they give out are to die for, and my dog was infinitely happier then when I left him. He got a bath, his nails done, ears done, anal glands, tear stains removed, and his belly shaved all for $25. That's insane. Not only is it the best grooming job he's gotten but it was the cheapest.
