5 stars based on my customer service experience. I didn't want to make dinner and had to run out of the house. We decided on sandwiches and I stopped by Togo's on my way home. I picked the perfect time, nobody in line and was helped immediately. I regret not getting the name of the young lady that helped me, she was friendly and a pleasure to chat with while she made my 2 sandwiches. Dark curly hair and just a joyful person. Tried something new and got the #37 brewpub chicken on parm bread. Got my husband a pepper jack melt (#32.) Sandwiches tasted great, fresh and lots of toppings. As I have said before Togo's is consistant and this time did not dissapoint. I love their fountain machine, lots of drink options with the flavors, can't go wrong with the Dt cherry dr pepper. Recently ordered a couple sandwiches. While everything was fresh and good, the price for what you get is rather high. Protein portions were very skimpy, but I feel like that's with every sandwich shops anywhere it seems like anymore. What you get for what you pay, I feel like I'm filled up with carbs more so than protein, therefore I'm never fully satisfied hunger-wise after eating. This is my go-to Togo's spot since it's near my workplace. Everyone is nice and at least one person greets you as you enter the store. Their service is fast too, however, speed might've affected their quality of service today since my sandwich started falling apart just a bite in. Mind you, I go to this place often and this is the first time my sandwich wasn't well-built, so I believe it was an employee issue and not a store issue. Came in to grab a sandwich at what I thought would be before the lunch rush (11am). I think this establishment probably just needs a few more employees because they were badly backlogged with doordashers and other order pickups and couldn't keep up with the customers like myself that were just walking in or on a lunch break. Me and another guy were kept waiting a very long time (over fifteen minutes) just to place our order. Luckily I was in no rush, but I was really hungry so it was difficult to be patient. Owner and some staff are friendly. Most seem like they hate their job and look miserable. They take their sweet time. They need to learn to pay attention to what customers are saying. They ask what you want on your sandwich and don't really pay attention because they repeat themselves more than 2 times and half the time, they hear wrong. Sometimes they don't even get the order right at all. Tonight, I asked for ranch on my sandwich and they put the smallest amount imaginable. Couldn't even taste it. Had to come home and put more on. Let me start with saying I love togos, but when I visited this particular togos, it was enough to make me never visit again. This place needs the health department called on them. It was disgustingly dirty EVERYWHERE. Not a clean table top in the restaurant to eat, the floor was gross, the countertop where the sandwiches were made was disgusting- the bathroom was so dirty, it made me wonder how the employees could actually wash their hands in there before returning to work to make peoples food!!! Very disappointed I usually visit the Los Banos Togo's and customer service is so great there, here it seems like they don't like their jobs not one of the four employees was smiling or friendly, cashier was borderline rude when I asked to use my coupon!!! Today, thru DoorDash, because I can't leave the house right now, I ordered Togo's from Patterson. My house is actually two blocks from there, I thought, why not? I decided to leave a review to save a multitude some time. Do not bother to order via online or phone. They won't make it until you get there. Ordered a family size hot roast beef sandwich extra mayonnaise, paid 28.00 for the crap. It was saturated in mayonnaise to the point no one could eat it. Unfortunately they were closed by the time we had started to try to eat it. Wrote corporate and they never responded. I went to the Togo's in patterson and ordered an Asian chicken wrap with no chicken. I had gone last week and ordered the same thing and was charged 3.95 ... today I was charged regular price... when I spoke to the manager she said it's the same price even if you don't have chicken... which doesn't make sense ... since chicken is the main ingredient. She compared it to someone not wanting bacon on their chicken bacon avacado sandwich ... which is ridiculous since chicken is the main ingredient on that sandwich... she would not budge... so I just left the wrap... her management decision was to spoil that wrap instead of taking care of the customer, a business based decision would have been , ma'am I'll do it this time but in the future they will be regular price since it was already made.
