Stop by tonight cus I got off work late. The door says close at 10pm but it's was only 945pm. Saw two girls inside. One mopping and the other one cleaning the glass. As I walked up to the door trying to open it, it was lock and I can see they were laughing at me. Went to this Panda Express hoping to have a good meal only to see that they don't wash theirs hands at after touching register and counter tops, cash drawers, refrigerator doors. Then have the nerve to grab serving utensils with bare hands and touching the food. As a healthcare professional this is a HUGE problem and Unacceptable. I went to Panda in Patterson today and was reminded of the reason I haven't been there in years.. There were two young ladies at the serving station. The first was polite, took my order, and explained It'd be a few minutes wait for the veggies. She wrote my order on the lid of the bowl and handed it to her coworker who went to the register. Her coworker was at the register ringing up what I assumed was my order since she had the bowl and lid with my written order. She never motioned for me to come to the register or say, "I can help you down here". So I walked down to the register. She never said anything other then stating my total. I paid the amount she gave me the receipt and the change minus the coins and walked away without saying anything. Clearly I was owed about seventy cents and I was getting ready to walk over to the serving area to ask her about the rest of my change when another customer graciously told me the coins are in the coin dispenser on the side of the register and stated, "wow, how rude"! I told the other customer it was ok. But then the same young lady from the register began filling my bowl with the food since the veggies were ready. I then saw her going to the cream cheese Rangoon so I went to her to tell her that I ordered veggie spring rolls and not the Rangoon. She threw the tongs down and said "well you have to wait" and turn to help someone else. After about 4 minutes I saw her grab a bowl of rolls and place two of them in a bag with my bowl and just sat it on the counter without saying anything to me. I asked her, "These are the veggie spring rolls and not the chicken rolls, right"? She said yes but it was in a very snarky tone and began walking away. As she walked away I asked her if I can have some sweet and sour sauce and she rolled her eyes as if she was annoyed, grabbed a handful of packets and just threw them in the bag and sat the bag on the counter and walked away not even having the decency or professionalism to hand me my food. She was very rude and unprofessional. Some people shouldn't work in places that requires interacting with human beings if they lack the ability to be a human being themselves. Hortencia was the associate that greeted me with friendliness and was able to get me fresh portions very quickly. The freshness of the food was the best I've had in a long time at Panda despite them being slower at that time of day. Very impressed. The associate Hortencia had exceptional customer service in comparison to some other locations I've been. I'm extremely satisfied with the over all service and the associate was the biggest reason for that due to her friendliness, kindness, and professionalism. 10/10 would recommend this location due to the awesome team here. read more

I moved to Patterson not too long ago and this location is the absolute worst.. I don't know if they have a staffing issue or bad management but I can never get food here.. seems like they are either under staffed and close early or they don't have power which is confusing because all the other fast food restaurants do? They are always closed all the time at least it seems that way every time I visit.. I'm going in today again and I will update my review on my 5th visit. Update : 10:51 am, Just walked in had great staffing, quick service there was a lot of items missing but the kindness of the staff suggesting different options really helped. The food is always great. I hate coming in to a line every time because they prioritize the to go orders over the 10 or more people waiting in line. Then they get stingy with the sauces and when you ask for "a lot" they give you 3. You ask again and they give you 2. I felt harassed to sign up for their new rewards system & when i went to the register, i asked to use them first my purchase. Mariah told me "later". I told her I asked about the rewards & she told me "well, I didn't hear you‍" & walked away. When I came home, i realized there was no teriyaki sauce on my boyfriend's TERIYAKI CHICKEN. Went to this panda on Tuesday, December 5 around 3 in the evening and me and my sister both got a plate. We both got orange chicken and I got honey walnut shrimp and an eggroll. My orange chicken was inedible. it tasted old even though I saw the freshly fried chicken being placed. I was so hungry that I ate the shrimp but that orange chicken is my favorite and it was horrible. Im not sure it was chicken, but whatever it was it was old and chewy and nasty. I took an entire plate back in there, except for the shrimp, including the old soggy egg roll that I never even touched. The way it looked it shouldn't have even been sold. The girl told me that when the mgr came back they would give me a gift card for a meal in the future. The manager Hortencia came back after like 10-15 minutes and gave me nothing but attitude and trouble, even though we had just spent 30 dollars in there and I was still starving! I told her about the chicken and she said "I just ate the orange chicken and it was fine." She was never nice or accommodating, first told me that they didn't have any gift cards, then she tried to bring back a card that could only be used at that location, which I was driving though and would never go back! After about 30-45 minutes of going back and forth and her asking of the receipt a thousand times and making us wait, Hortencia ended up giving us a partial refund and didn't even include the tad in the refund, even though we paid for it. Don't waste your time going here, just keep it moving. Rude service and horrible horrible inedible food!!! I wouldn't even take my dog here! Been very disappointed the last several times we have ordered food. Sadly I ordered online, so didn't see the food before I got it. Sesame chicken has been over cooked, even the peppers were shriveled up, barely any sauce on it either which also made it dry. After a few bites, I ended up throwing my large al carte away. They forget to include ragoons most of the time when we order them and NEVER give the sauce for them, even when you ask and they say it is in the bag... With few options in town, it is frustrating. The bathrooms at this Panda Express are HORRENDOUS, I was sat poopin and went to wipe, then I realized the trash can was across the room from the toilet... why is the trash can impossible to reach from the toilet. I went to wash my hands and when I went to get towels to dry them off I couldn't find the towel dispenser. I turned and it was in the CORNER next to the toilet, yet again on the opposite side of the trash can. I could expect it from an associate but not by a manager.. ‍ This location has many issues, like shutting down because lack of staff, inconsistency with the way they make their food! Ex: I ordered fried rice once and it was horrible! Did not taste the same! I came in today and definitely asked to sample their rice only because I didn't want to waste time and money. The manager was very rude about it, and once I told her why I wanted to sample their rice she had nothing to say and gave me dirty looks until I left! I love the manager who runs this panda. She really has that place in order. Girls are always really friendly and cleaning. They clean not only the inside but outside seating area daily for customers.
