Came into the restaurant and ordered our food wanted to sit down in the dine in while most of the tables were dirty in the morning when no ones was here. Food sizes have definitely change, employees were making remarks about customers complaining about the food being too expensive and he said "there's a McDonald's over there".. tbh this is starting to look like McDonald's food, so I don't blame the woman for leaving. Friendly service, good burger(Bacon Boy). The manager was very involved, greeting, going from table to table checking in, he was real friendly. After an initial bad feeling - they did a great job and had a wonderful experience. When I walked in to order - no one said hi or anything. After 2/3 min standing there someone finally came over and took my order. They weren't busy and a few employees walked right by me. But after that they did a great job. The employees are really rude and seem like they hate their job ! I had not been there for over a year and when I finally decided to give it another chance it was even worse . It's so disappointing that at first when opening it was really an enjoyable restaurant to dine at ; however now it's gone down to the dump !!! I enjoy this place and always forget it's around. I've never been disappointed in what I've ordered. Everything is fresh, location is fairly clean, and the folks working here are nice. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that some of the menu prices are absurd. I like the turkey sandwich they have but if you get it as a meal with the fry and drink, it is $18. This far exceeds what you would get at a restaurant of a higher Tier. I think the meal price for their burgers and sandwiches is overpriced so share a fry and drink with your partner to make it a little more affordable. We had a terrible experience today at Farmer Boys. It started with the ordering. I had to repeat my order numerous times ( that should have been a clue for me). We got up to the window, the person at the window repeated what I ordered : 2 double cheese burgers with the sauce on the side and extra pickles on the side, 1 order of French fries, no salt and well done and 2 chocolate shakes. That's exactly I ordered. We got home. The French fries were soggy and loaded with salt. We had to throw them out as they were not edible! The double cheese burgers were so salty. 1 burger was overloaded with pickles and the other had 1 pickle. No pickles on the side. The buns were so soggy, they were difficult to eat.
