LIST OF ISSUES: *I asked for olives, the girl didn't even look at me just SNAPPED "we don't have olives!". *They price quoted me wrong and 2 girls admited to being wrong yet they didn't honor what they said. The cashier literally said "she was asked the price and she said what she said but the price is different." Wtf? Yeah, she said what she said, exactly! Honor that! *we add a drink to our order, paid, they gave us the bag and she walked off not giving us our cup. I've been to 2 or 3 other Mr. Pickles shops, and they still aren't as tasty and consistent as this place! My personal favorite sandwich is the Italian. It's super yummy! The Dutch crunch bread is crispy on the outside, soft on the inside! Ingredients are fresh, but the way the sandwich is prepared, it looks tasty too! They are pretty quick to come out with your sandwich. With each sandwich order you get a cookie treat! Say hurrah to this family owned business which is part of a franchise. My sandwich was supposed to have ham, turkey and salami on a Dutch Crunch roll. Tiny amount of meat just a few skinny strips after I took everything off the bread because the roll was so hard and very dry and I couldn't eat it. Potato salad was good but small amount for price. read more

I could tell that most of those were phone-in orders because they were in & out so quick. But thinking about it, I was too even though it was my first visit. I have always gone to this location. I order through the app and pick up usually at my pick up time or shortly after. 50% of the time they are late for the pick up time. No big deal but the other day I ordered through the app, I chose the pick up time then went on time to pick up the order. They said my order wasn't ready. I waited ten minutes and my 4 sandwiches were ready. When I got home and when we started eating I noticed the sandwiches were all soggy. I've never had this before with this location. Also, very confused because they were late for the pick up time so they were making them when I got there so how were 4 sandwiches soggy? It was like the sandwich was sitting there for a couple hours. I don't get it. This location is hit or miss. My wife and I went there the other day. I ordered the Mrs. Pickles with mayo mustard and pickles. That sandwich comes with turkey, cheese, bacon, avocado and the condiments.. My wife ordered the Tuna sandwich. The girl making the sandwiches took a VERY long time to prepare them. When we finally got our sandwiches, we unwrapped them and took a bite. My wife wanted hers cut and I noticed that 2 of the 4 main ingredients were left out. There was no bacon and no avocado. I mean 50% of my expensive sandwich was missing. We took it back up to the counter, complained and then the other girl said "Oh we'll add that for you" as if she was doing me a favor. I sat back down and waited for the remaining ingredients to be added to my sandwich and my wife sat with me waiting for her sandwich to be cut. About another 5 or 6 minutes passed and when she came and said "Here's your sandwich". I said "Where's my wife's sandwich? It was only needing to be cut?". The girl said curtly.."It's right here.". Then she took it out from behind the counter where it couldn't be seen or reached from our side and handed it to us as if we were in the wrong for not grabbing it ourselves. Maybe if you told your employees to not wear their earbuds while on shift they'd be able to hear people properly and not leave a bunch of stuff off of their sandwiches for no reason.. For a sandwich shop, Mr. Pickle's is fine. It's much better than Subway, but still not amazing. There's only so much they can do with cold cuts and basic toppings. The bread looks a little bit unique and I think it's better than Subway's bread. While I enjoyed the Big Jake $8.49 sandwich, I don't think I'll go out of my way for this menu item. I only ate half of the sandwich and it was sufficient for lunch. They are conveniently located near the Costco complex. I'm expanding my selection of food sources during the pandemic by utilizing DoorDash as I can search for new restaurants rather easily. I got the Truly Vegan sandwich on sourdough with everything listed and I would have to say it was a symphony of flavor that was orchestrated perfectly for a light but filling experience. The staff is courteous, polite, and accommodating. The bathrooms were immaculately clean and available only for customers as there seems to be some theft of toilet paper as described with the signs on the restroom doors, crazy times we live in.
