So busy being rude that they arent paying attention. I said no onions, there's onions.

ALOT OF ATTITUDE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DESPERATELY NEED TRAINING. HIRE GIRLS WHO SMILE, ARE NICE TO CUSTOMERS, LOVE WHAT THEY DO and ARE THANKFUL TO HAVE A JOB. LIST OF ISSUES: *I asked for olives, the girl didn't even look at me just SNAPPED "we don't have olives!". *They price quoted me wrong and 2 girls admited to being wrong yet they didn't honor what they said. The cashier literally said "she was asked the price and she said what she said but the price is different." Wtf? Yeah, she said what she said, exactly! Honor that! *we add a drink to our order, paid, they gave us the bag and she walked off not giving us our cup. We ask our sandwich maker w the attitude for the cup and she literally asked us again with attitude if we paid for it. Really? *I said NO ONIONS. I get home, there's onions. See pic. She was so busy being rude that she wasn't even paying attention to basic instructions. *this was only our 2nd time coming here and the 1st time we also had the same issue w our order and attitude. CUSTOMERS BEWARE. GO TO SUBWAY, LESS ATTITUDE AND IMMATURITY.

    Free cookie with every sandwich!!

My daughters absolutely love Mr.Pickle!! And I have to agree , their sandwiches are bomb!! And the cherry on top is they give you a free cookie with every sandwich. That is what's up!!!! So I went tonight to pick up sandwiches for my daughter's. I ordered a cold Cali Tuna no cheese no cucumbers. And I also ordered a Big Jake . That comes with Turkey, avocado, & cream cheese . I noticed they had a brand of chips I've never seen before, so you know I had to try . I asked the girls working that night what the most popular was. They were very helpful & friendly. They said that a lot of people get the Dirty Jalapeño heat & Dirty Funky Fusion. So I got both . And let me tell you I loved the Dirty Funky Fusion!! It was such a unique taste. So I noticed when I was there that they have a meatball sandwich & French dip . Both sound really good!! I'm definitely coming back for a sandwich. Mr. pickles is my daughters favorite sandwich spot!! Over any other sandwich place . Yes ,over any other sandwich place .

Lately, I've been picking up from mr. pickles. You can order it on their app and pick it up at your preffered time! So delicious! I love getting the summer love wrap!

Wasn't bad but if I wanted half a sandwich I would've paid for half a sandwich. Kind of a rip off...

If I wanted half a sandwich I would have ordered and paid for half a sandwich... service was good but quality not really there... pretty disappointed.

Hang Loose (Whole) I have never had cream cheese on a sandwich highly recommend it.

Went to check out mr pickles from a local recommendation. Good choice. Clean, great unusual selections. Delish place.

    Big Jake $8.49

For a sandwich shop, Mr. Pickle's is fine. It's much better than Subway, but still not amazing. There's only so much they can do with cold cuts and basic toppings. The bread looks a little bit unique and I think it's better than Subway's bread. While I enjoyed the Big Jake $8.49 sandwich, I don't think I'll go out of my way for this menu item. I only ate half of the sandwich and it was sufficient for lunch. They are conveniently located near the Costco complex. I appreciated that the friendly employees cut the sandwich in half and placed each half into two different baskets since I was splitting the sandwich and chips with a friend.

Everything was fresh, everything was delicious, everything exceeded our expectations. This felt like a bay area experience right up the street. No traffic, no problematic parking just good people and good food.

I never was interested in going there for years since it's been there but decided to try it tonight. Firstly, the ramen place holds maybe 40 at most and we had to wait a while before we were seated. They asked if we had a reservation but didn't think that it would be needed since it's not like a fancy restaurant and I don't know many ramen places that takes reservations. Since we didn't , we got seated on the bar which is fine. For it being in Modesto, they try to get the anime vibe with toys and anime art around. I'm no ramen expert but I've tried over a dozen ramen places in Tokyo, Vancouver, Japan town in LA, San Francisco, Oahu, Seattle just to name a few cities. So we got first the spicy garlic edamame. Not bad at all, had a kick to it and was edible. From a scale of 1 to 5. I'd give it a 5. For the main entree, I wanted the garlic tonkatsu but the waitress said they ran out.... Ok, for a Saturday night at 6 pm, running out of a ramen and they've been in business for several years now?!? never had that happen before in any ramen shop I've been to. So me and my wife both got the Ichiraku ramen which was a miso broth with pork belly. Price $23. I added 2 more pork belly at $5 more. Oh, the waitress mentioned no bamboo shoots and no fish cake........ ok, never had that happen before in a ramen shop. So while eating edamame, I kept track of how long it took we got our ramen.... It took 30 minutes before we got our ramen... definitely atypical to wait that long wait but I guess it's because they offer a lot of items besides ramen. Presentation was fine, the pork belly was seared on one side with a blow torch since I can taste that searing. . It just had green onions, 2 seaweeds and 2 soft boiled eggs which I was impressed the yolk wasn't overcooked. The noodles I chose was thin and was good with a soft texture. The miso broth was average Over all, it was an okay ramen. Me and my wife both didn't finish our bowls... definitely unusual since we love ramen but somehow, it didn't fulfill our satiety to finish and be content. I can tell you that of all the ramen places I've been to. This is average and doesn't compare to Ramen 101 in Modesto that I've ordered many times before my first time here. Sadly, I can only give it 3 stars because the ramen was average and not in the same league as other ramens I've had in other places and cities. And if me and my wife couldn't finish our ramen, that's a tell tale sign it was just okay. Plus, the place is called Konfucius Eats, doesn't have a Japanese name for a restaurant since "Confucius " is a Chinese Philosopher lol. In fact, I didn't see any Japanese or Asian cooks... just saying that's atypical to the other ramen establishments I've been to. For Modesto, it's aight. I just can't see myself going back here for a long time. Lastly, they are open Tuesday to Saturday only .
