Exceptional service and the food is authentic and very good! Cute little place! The place was very busy and the parking lot was full so I had to wait for a spot.

Toi's staff are courteous and friendly. The atmosphere is clean and simple thus easy to maintain. The food..... hmmmmm My wife ordered phad tai and we rate it at 3 stars. The sauce was very sweet thus like soggy sugar Frosted Flakes. Ok it was edible but you'll need to make your dentist appointments. My wife ordered shrimp red curry for me. Well I rate it at 2-3 stars. The curry was watered down it had great spice and taste but lacked the full body creaminess's I expect. The vegetables were mostly onions and cabbage which was a disappointment. And the prawns were a premade small thin tempura prawns that were tasty. The bottom line is the food we had was very cheap products that was easily made. If you know how to cook you can do so much better at home. The dressing on the salad was also way too sweet.

Everyone that works here is always so nice. Place is clean and bright and cherry. We ordered a number four for spicy but honestly, it was too spicy for both of us so next time I'm going to get a three minus the spice my food was fresh and delicious. I WOULD RECOMMEND

(Review based on 3.5 stars) While visiting friends in Prescott Valley, we came here on a Sunday night earlier this month, around 5:45 pm and seated right away. After looking over the menu, my husband and I ended up ordering: Fresh Rolls, $7.95 prior to tax- This order comes in 2 spring rolls that are cut in half. The rolls are filled with chicken and shirmp, lettuce and vermicelli noodles. There is a small side of hoisen sauce on the side and chopped nuts. But you can ask for a side of peanut sauce, which is what I did because I didn't really like the hoisin sauce. The rolls were fine but I don't know if I would order these again. Papaya Salad, $11.95 prior to tax- I ordered this and requested for the amount of dressing to be half the amount that is normally used. I thought the salad was actually a small portion than what I was expecting, for the price. But the salad was refreshing and I did enjoy it. I think if I did not have the spring rolls, I may have been hungrier. Pad Voon Sen, $12.95 prior to tax- My husband ordered this dish, with chicken. I didn't try any but my husband thought it was good. The portion size is good for one person to be full/ satisfied. ---------------------------------------------- (Total= $35.87 after tax, prior to tip) Service was friendly and attentive. But I don't feel that the food is authentic. There is very limited seating inside (There is also seating outside as well). Our friend had ordered a noodle dish but was missing the chicken she ordered with it. The restaurant was apologetic and cooked up a small rice bowl of chicken immediately. I think she probably got more chicken than what originally would come with the dish. Food was good for what it is, especially in this area. But I don't think I would come back if I lived here.

I've now been to Toi's two times and I had different experience for each time. The first time I would've given this place 4 stars but my second time was a 3 star experience. The service is good, but not great. But they are busy so I don't want to say too much on that. The food is why I had a different experience. The first time the food was flavorful and filling. This last time my food had no flavor and it was a much smaller portion. For the price though, I can't complain too much on the amount given as most dishes are under $15. Tois is very small so expect a wait if you trying to dine in!

Favorite Thai place in Prescott/Prescott Valley and we've tried them all at least once. We keep coming back here for a reason! The food is the best Thai you will get around here, and if you end up eating there, the dining room is small but the service is always friendly. The soups (tom kha, tom yum) are especially good. You can't go wrong with the traditional pad thai or the curry dishes - and they will even make a prik nam pla (upon request) if you want to take the heat up to sweating level!

Do they do delivery and if so, is there a delivery charge?

Prices at sit down seem to match online menu I don't think they deliver call and ask Certainly lots…

Closed tonight? Have they closed permanently?

Hello, My husband and I went there a few days before New Year's because we wondered the same thing. There was a flyer in the window saying they would be having a grand-reopening on New Years day. We have not gone by since so I'm not sure.

    Seems to be closed?

We eat here regularly so I can guarantee it is not closed! It remains our fave Thai restaurant in the quad cities.

I really appreciated the conversation and to learn from each of you a bit of your background and what makes this place so special. Chef Michael, I love the conversation about your background and your love for Food and the many countries you lived in and how you met your beautiful wife Clarissa. Chef Dan, I loved our conversation about your love for Food and your love for motorcycles. Boy did we talk about that a lot? I started with a bowl of the cream of mushroom soup, but I found out it tasted so good that I ordered another. I went onto your delicious shrimp and lobster rolls, potstickers and the sesame bean balls. Everything was fabulous. Made to order. Honestly they have so many things on the menu that I enjoy but haven't really found a good place that makes most of it. I'm so excited to try the Saturday morning brunch from 10 to 2, the special dinners on Friday and Saturday nights and if I could be so lucky to invited to one of your A-list dinners that would absolutely wrap my world. Your place is small, cute, an adorable balcony upstairs. I love your special thoughts you put into your restaurants. The cards at the table to talk about the chefs, a prayer note at the table. My meal ended up with a beautifully, little wrapped scripture. It all was so special for me. I WOULD RECOMMEND

Pretty much the worst Pad Thai I've ever had. There was nothing redeeming about it... I took one bite and threw it in the garbage. Can't speak for the rest of the menu, but please skip the Pad Thai.....

I feel like that could probably be managed a bit better but it is a small spot so we gave some grace and sat down anyway. Wasn't too busy other than that one party. We ordered 2 rolls, miso soup, garlic edamame, and yellowtail sashimi. It was soooo good. The garlic edamame was pretty weak, it had chunks of garlic in it but other than that it was just regular edamame. The sashimi was to die for, very fresh and impressed with the quality. The sushi did take a while, but we enjoyed every bite. The green dragon roll was the standout for us. The miso soup was probably one of the best ones I have had in a long time, very flavorful and left me wanting more. This is steps away from Whiskey Row and I was purposely avoiding that street. My friend chose their vegetable rice since the special of the day was listed outside their sandwich board. There was another couple that was finishing up but plenty of seats and the menu extensive. The prices were fair. I ended up boxing up half of the poke bowl.
