They are amazing folks that are truly doing it right. They are so professional and friendly, and when I contacted them about a faulty fridge, they responded in less than twelve hours and said a new fridge was on the way! Talk about amazing service! When I was first in the market to rent, Cohesion had a perfect little property for me. I called about it, but it turns out someone had applied already, and in order for Cohesion to comply with fair housing, that meant I was second in line. I was bummed, but so impressed with that level of professionalism in a small company. They know what they're doing! I also know Heather and crew don't rent out places they wouldn't themselves be happy living in. When Heather told me this when I first looked at the property (back in summer 2017) I was really impressed. In addition, they properly ensure all tenants are fully vetted to take care of the property. What company has those kinds of standards anymore? I typically wouldn't review a management company but Cohesion has been so incredible to work with. I am going to be so sad when I leave Boise to have to rent from someone else.
