Great cafe feeling. Would be fantastic for working online, meeting with friends, casual lunch, lunch date.... They have outlets across the booth seating if you need to charge anything. Light music and low lighting. Good variety of food and drinks. I got the chicken skewers, six skewers to an order and it comes with a side of sauce. I believe it's chicken thighs that they drop in the deep fryer to cook through but it was still juicy. Would've loved them coated in seasoning or if there were other types of sauces.

If you love garlic and oil, you'd really enjoy the spring tonkotsu ramen. You order and pay at the counter and they will bring your food out with chopsticks, plastic fork and a soup spoon. The temperature of the broth is really hot so watch out. The pork slices are a bit dry so let it soak in the broth for a bit. I could hardly taste the pork broth as it was overpowered by the garlic and excess chili oil (I would probably try this again and ask for the chili oil on the side if they allow). When you get down to the bottom of the bowl, I found bits of clumped up garlic/chili paste at the bottom.

Ever since I was a wee little lad, I have always HATED boba tea. Didn't care for tea, nor the idea of having balls in my mouth. HOWEVER, as I grew older, I developed an affinity for the unique Japanese drink. This affinity is what lead me to this place, and I'm very glad that it did! Brief Summary: This small, modern, and new looking place is just what the Sarasota Bradenton area needs. I think growing the diversity of food offerings within a city is part of what makes a city so special and memorable. If you're looking for something new and unique, definitely give their boba tea a try! Would I Recommend This Restaurant? Yes, for the tea. (I have not had the ramen YET) The Food: I know this may come as a shock to many of you, but this restaurant specializes mainly in ramen and boba tea. Crazy, I know. So naturally, I had to try at least one of them. I opted for the boba tea, as I had already eaten prior to my arrival. I'm not one that usually gets too crazy with my boba tea flavors, so I decided to just go for a traditional brown sugar milk tea. I wasn't able to find it on the menu, but upon further investigation, the girl at the front counter said they do offer it, and that it is called the coco cream wow milk cap there. I think they're trying to be creative here, which is totally fine, but I just found it to be a bit confusing. Then again, I may just be stupid, so I'm not going to knock them for that. As far as the boba tea itself goes, it was quite good! It wasn't blow your underpants off good, but it was certainly something worth going back for again. It wasn't as sweet as most brown sugar boba teas I've had in the past, but I didn't mind this. The only issue I had with my tea was that the diameter of the straw is just a tiny bit too small for the boba balls. If you suck any of them in there, they're stuck, and there is only one way to get them out! I'm a bit OCD and I like having the right tea to boba balls ratio, so this is why this bothers me a bit. Then again, I'm just nit picking at this point because there really weren't any negatives about my tea. Well done overall! Service and Staff: The girl at the front counter was not a girl of many words, never the less, she was kind, courteous, and helpful, and that's what really matters. One thing that impressed me was their speed. It was reasonably busy in there, and yet, they still managed to have my tea ready for me before I could even check the receipt for my order number to listen for. I mean, WOW! Either they're really fast, or I'm just that slow. I'll let you be the judge. The thing that I appreciate the most though, was after I grabbed my tea, a gentleman who I'm assuming was the owner or the manager, thanked me just before I began to walk out. Now this is someone that, prior to that interaction, I had not spoken to or even seen beforehand. It was just pure kindness and appreciation, and that goes a long way with me! Location and Interior: This restaurant isn't located in the best area, but it's not terrible either. Just don't go late at night while you have money dangling from your pockets and you should be fine. It is right off of University, which makes it very convenient. The interior was nice, elegant, and modern. Final Thoughts: Overall, I was very pleased with this place! I would gladly go back there again, and I'm looking forward to trying their ramen. Is it one of the best places I've ever been to in my life? Maybe not, but it is a nice place, with good service, and good tea! If you like boba, definitely give this place a try! Final Scores: Food - 8/10 Service/Staff - 5/5 Location/Interior - 4/5 Total - 17/20 = 5 Stars Stay fresh Mother Fooders! :p

Food was amazing, service was great, inside was very clean and cozy. We dd order to go but I want to go back and try a few more things. They also have imported chips and other imported snacks.

Great service and tea as always.

We love coming here for boba tea. The taste is always right, so is their service. There are few young people working here and they are very pleasant to deal with.

Their Korean style ramen is bangin. Their drinks are really good as well. Would highly recommend.

Great ramen and bubble tea. Nice paintings inside as well which sets up the restaurant vibe really well.

We ordered a nabeyaki(seafood ramen) and tonkotsu with chicken instead of pork. All were quite flavorful and warm. Our servers were quite helpful. We asked for waters, limes, & extra sauce for my shrimp tempura. All were taken care of smoothly and quickly. There's many anime toys and decor around. Definitely a cool spot to check out with so many ramen options and apps!

We were super hyped with all the anime art and figures throughout the restaurant, that it took us awhile to finally sit and order. I liked the sauciness of the Takoyaki (not much meat inside, per usual), the chicken teriyaki was more or less the same. The Shoyu Ramen was good. Adding to that, there's Wagyu Ramen only on Friday/Saturday, so come on those days. In addition, come at night to see the Green Tea Ice Cream along with the flame to make it look like a Dragon Ball. All in all, I was more hyped with the theme than the food. I did ask if they had any food items with an anime theme/presentation and Dragon Ball was it, but we came during the day time. Did plan to come back again during our vacation, but got too busy, next time!

I was seated facing a wall so I didn't get a good long look at my surroundings but between what I did see and looking at photos posted on Yelp the theme seems to be chickens. Our server was friendly and available to answer any questions as we spent time looking over the menu. I settled on The Hitman, a double patty smashed burger with American cheese, hen sauce, fried mozzarella, Nueske's bacon, with a side of garlic parm fries. It isn't listed on the online menu but there is a note the menu changes frequently so it may not match the day's offering. Let me start by saying that two of the people at my table got salads and were disappointed that there was too much lettuce and too little other stuff. With that out of the way, let me talk about The Hitman, which I loved. What is Nueske bacon? This is a special smoked flavorful bacon made by the Nueske family. Fork & Hen uses thick cut, and there were two slices on my burger. My burger towered so high there was no hope of picking it up, so I attacked it with knife and fork. Being made with Focaccia bread certainly added to the height, but so did a thick block of mozzzrella cheese. The cheese, melted on the inside and crispy on the outside, was substantial. I would be careful biting into a hot block of melted cheese, think pizza mouth. In my photo I broke into one corner to show that is cheese, so much cheese. The burger patty part topped with American cheese was by itself great, like you might find at a home cookout or Smashburgers. Other toppings were there but for me this was meat and a lot of cheese. And as much bread as you want. I loved my surprising good cheeseburger.

Our table ordered a couple of dishes: chicken and waffles, southern fried chicken, shrimp fried rice, and the hitman. The water tasted like it came straight from the water fountain outside the restaurant. Chicken was overly breaded and salty, and the corn cake was sour. I also don't know how they managed to dry out dark meat. The waffle was semi burnt. The shrimp "fried rice" was soggy, vinegary, almost sushi rice like texture, and shrimp was heavily salted. The hitman smashed burger... the hitman probably killed people with the insane amount of salt on the plate. See the theme? Lighten up on the salt unless you're trying to give your customers clogged arteries. Extremely disappointing considering all the great reviews we saw before going.
