Went there 3 times. The second time the guy doing my nails about took the top if my.middle finger off..was bleeding very badly..so I told them i did not want him to do my nails. Of.course they had an attitude about itm.as far as I could tell since I don't speak their language..and they barely speak English other than pick up color and you want your nails cut down. Figured I will try them again since they are so close toe, and the lady doing my nails started painting them and the color she had was absolutely not the one I picked. So she took a deep breath and got me the one I wanted .but apparently was mad because I made her get up and walk ten feet. So I will never go back there. When someone comes to this.l country to work ans make a better life for themselves, they should be a bit more respectful and glad that they are able to do that. Just my opinion read more

Love this place. They have rules and don't back down and I love it. Some places are just not meant for small children. I would never subject a small child to the chemicals smells in a nail salon. I also would not leave my child unattended in a car while I came back in to complain a second time. I always go here to get my nails done. They always do such an amazing job depending on who you get. I think there is only 1 person there who I don't let do my nails. Everyone there is so nice and they are very clean. The bathroom is nice. I would not get your eyebrows done here though. I have very dark eyebrows so you can see when they are messed up, and when I used to get my brows done here they always looked so bad. Now I only go for manicures. read more

My fiance and I went in for pedicures, I finally got him, and I got a no chip manicure. They were GREAT! The water was wonderful, the massage was to die for, they used a cheese grater (not really a cheese grater but a pedicure tool that looks like one) on my fiance's calluses, the sugar scrub was beautiful, and the chat was wonderful! Do not patronize Ever Nails in Crest Hill. They would not allow my son to sit quietly with his tablet while I had a pedicure. They made us leave. Please share and spread the word to boycott this business. Can you imagine the man at the desk told me to get a babysitter? I have seen moms and daughters getting mani/pedi together in this salon. I took my daughter for a pedicure here they seemed deeply annoyed that she was a child. She barley was able to reach the tub I asked for a back support of some kind so she could lean back they had no idea what I was talking about. Threw our visit it was very uncomfortable. Worst gel nail set I ever received. Crooked, nail polish on fingers, took forever. Manager said I could come back & I jdecided I wouldn't ever go back. Even the woman who redid them at another place two weeks later asked who did my nails because they were terrible. Horrible. I was very disappointed with my service ! I went in asking for a full set acrylic and so the nail tech (lady) applied the nail tips WHICH WERE WAY TO BIG FOR MY HANDS! My nails looked like the press on nails instead of a natural looking style. Then when I asked her why my thumbs had to different size nails (in width) she said its my nail bed. Which is complete Bs because I have been getting my nails done for 8+ years and never have they put to DIFFERENT size nail tips on my nails! I've tried a few other salons but none of them do as good as this salon. My acrylics never fall off, my nail polish doesn't chip off of the acrylic like it does at other salons, they're not rude, they take their time to make your nails how you want them, they try their hardest to do exactly what you asked for, ect. Today around 4 p.m. I went this business about the full set of gel nails service I received on April 27th. The nail on my right little finger was lifting and several nails were also lifting on the sides. 3 nails were starting to separate from the gel nails on the underside. My nails were done by Justin on the 27th. I explained that to the gentleman in the front and told him who had originally done my nails. He said that he would fix my nails and started to file my nails. He mentioned that if I picked at the nails they would separate. I told him that I had not been picking my nails and that I wore gloves when doing any work. He also mentioned something about the way my nail beds were shaped. I stated that I had never heard of that before and if the shape of my nails would cause A woman who claimed to be the manager kept getting into our conversation and I asked her to tend to her customer since she did not have any business in our conversation. She insisted that I was picking my nails. Your manager then proceeded to tell the young man to stop working on my nails, and stated several times that she would call the police. She set a very poor example of customer service. I asked if she was the owner and she would not give me the name of the owner. read more

So I had to come on Yelp to leave this review because my experience was so good. This was a classic day in my life where I was trying to squeeze too much in. My two friends decided, at 3pm, to book a pedi for us at 3.40pm, and I volunteered to stop for Starbucks on the way for everyone. Well, I didn't even get to Starbucks until 3.35, so I told them I would be late, closer to 3.45 or so. Starbucks was a madhouse, plus it was raining so every idiot on the road was going 20 in a 40. I didn't get there til 4.05! At this point I would have totally understood and been fine if they gave away my appointment. Nope! They still had my chair ready with warm water for me, plus helped me distribute the Starbucks to the two other girls, and somehow got my pedi done within 5 minutes of my friends... And, they did a great job, had great color selection, good prices, a great menu of services, and were super nice and friendly! I really was blown over with their generosity and level of service. Plus, my one friend is a bit of a diva, and they were super accommodating to her. I can't wait to come back here, and will definitely recommend to my friends. I came here twice to get my nails done. So far I am impressed with their high quality products they use. The nails come out looking very glassy and pretty. I have never had acrylic nails done like that before until I came here. The thing that irritated me was the fact that the guy who did my nails the first time cut my cuticle twice and it hurt! I came in about 30 minutes before closing and it seems as though he was rushing. Their prices were not that bad. I think I paid $15-$20. I can't remember. Unfortunately I can't give them negative stars... I had an appointment yesterday for 6:30 that I called to schedule a few hours prior. When I called to let him know I was a few minutes late he was confused and asked who I spoke to... I spoke with him earlier -_- I got there at 6:40 and still waited about 15 minutes before anyone took me. The man that attempted to do my nails was clearly new I'm not sure if he's ever even done nails before. I was supposed to get a no chip full set but instead he decided he wanted to do a fill in. He barley put acrylic on my nails I was trying to tell him that he needed to add more acrylic, you could still see where my nails were grown out but he left it. I had some nails that were broken and one of them he put on crooked I told him after he glued it on that it was clearly crooked it was almost side ways. He said he'd fix it later put everything on it and when he thought he was done I showed him that the nail was still crooked. They moved me to someone else to fix it who was also trying to fix the nail without taking it off which didn't work so eventually he took the nail off and had to redo it. Now it's 7:50 and he's fixing the other nails some are longer than others and some were fatter than other nails. They were supposed to be coffin shaped but the ones that he had to put nails on were just square. I had been there for an hour and a half and they still haven't even gotten to the polish it's 8:10 and they close at 8pm. I asked if I could just come back tomorrow when they opened the man said yes they open at 9:30 am and that he would do the polish for me. He reassured me several times that he would be the one to do my nails the next morning but never wrote anything down. I get there the next morning at 9:30 and he's already doing someone else's nails. I asked how long it was gonna be before someone got to my nails because he told me last night that he would be the one to do my nails this morning and he said he didn't know and that I had to wait for someone to get there. I had to leave for work by 10 am and I let him know that and he told me he didn't know what to tell me and that since I have to be leaving in a half hour he didn't know what he would be able to do. ALL I NEEDED WAS POLISH!!! Did he not remember that I had been there for an hour and a half the night before and I still don't even have polish??? Their customer service is terrible and he never apologized yesterday or today for the inconvenience or for anything for that matter. Needless to say I will not be going back and this is a warning for anyone else especially if u are a person of color because they definitely will treat u differently! read more

Very unprofessional I came in at 5:58pm on a Saturday wanting a full set and was rejected service because they closed at 7pm. I explained to the nail tech I only wanted a full set and could clearly see there was no wait they told me "a full set would take over an hour and we close soon only doing eyebrow right now" I would suggest you guys turn off the "open" sign you're displaying in your window an hour ahead of time if you're not open. I have been gettin my nails done for years in what nail shop does a full set take over an hour I felt like they insulted my intelligence a full takes 45m and no chip paint dries in 5m it was very disrespectful to turn service around I've never known a shop to do that with a hour remaining. If it did take over and hour I wouldn't have been in there 15m pass closing time if it takes you guys 1 1/2 hr for full set you guys work extremely slow. I showed a picture of what I wanted and the lady didn't really seem to understand, so I said never mind & said we will keep what I have then (French manicure) so all she had to do was fill my nails in...then I asked for a design on my ring fingers at least (something to make it not so boring ) so another lady came to give me a design, she sat down acting all irritated & Said what do you want rudely & I told her something pretty idk maybe some swirls with a flower or something... So she put a ton of ugly lines all over the place (no swirls or flowers as I suggested) I didn't like what she put on my nail so I told her & she had the BIGGEST most UNPROFESSIONAL attitude! She said " well what do you want then, I can't just keep putting design & take it off!" In shock I told her forget the design then. She then hurried me up with the light to dry my nails then left.
