I didn't have any expectations since I've never experienced anything like this, but I can say with utter confidence. I'm now addicted. Do not let the exterior of this business fool you, the inside is top-notch. It's very clean, calm and the aesthetic is very apropos. My tech was outstanding and I can't wait to go back to see her again. Thankfully, for my pocketbook, I live more than an hour away... so I can't come here as often as I would like. I went into one to change and afterwards was brought to an another area a few "doors" down. The atmosphere is calm, serene and peaceful. I went with a head spa experience and it was amazing. The hour flew by before I knew it but it was absolutely relaxing. I did pay extra for the essential oil for my hair and that is a small upgrade I recommend to anyone having this experience. Then the consultation took my information to create custom treatment most suitable for my skin's current needs.
