She's incredibly kind, pays close attention to every detail, and always makes sure my nails look perfect. She also gives an amazing leg massage during the appointment. I also appreciate their cleanliness and hygiene practices. They use disposable nail files and single-use buffers for every client, and their nail clippers, nippers, and cuticle pushers are sterilized after each use. The temperature inside was noticeably cooler than during my previous appointments, and the massage spot in the middle seems to have the best air circulation, making it much more comfortable. I hope Nina (the manager) or the staff who sees me there weekly will remember to put me in that section if available. Between the cool, relaxing environment and Tao's consistently perfect pressure, I was so relaxed that I actually fell asleep for a while--which, to me, is the best compliment a massage therapist can receive. Every therapist I've had here--female or male--has been very strong and seems understand which muscles to work on. The place is clean, and I love hearing the waterfall sounds. I know this business has many locations and a sister location named Yaya Foot Massage in Lynnwood. They are pretty good too, but I think many of their best staff members have moved over to this location (even though they jump around if needed).

It really feels cozy, and inviting, so points for that! This isn't the type of place you go for edgy/mainstream styles, but for nice polished looks all while relaxing with your cup of coffee. I always hate talking to hairdressers, but the owner was a pleasure to talk to, and she did a great job on the hair. One thing I like is that when she finished, I asked for some additional trimming (I've found this to be a risk). She immediately agreed to make the changes, and didn't rush through them.
