I bought three Sonny Angel Mini Figure Charm Candy Store Series for myself and my friends thinking that they were legitimate. Upon opening, I realized they were counterfeits. It did not come in the signature blind bags, the material is different, the paintwork sloppy, stretchy strap is NOT translucent (it is opaque/solid-color), no official logo on the bottom left, etc. The price was too good to be true ($9.99 per box), but the packaging looked legitimate. All of them were counterfeits. I'm very disappointed in this and am going back to try to get a refund for this.

"Ai, okuu ni oyobu!" This translates to: Love will even reach the crows on the roof. All that is Japanese can be found here. The crow shows that life will be reborn and rejuvenated. The crow can be seen on each and every roof top or building in abundance in Japan. The crow is the symbol of guidance. In Japanese mythology it is symbolized as evidence of the will of Heaven or divine intervention in human affairs. Much of the trinkets and artifacts they sell here to the public have a underlying meaning. Many statues will bless your house. bring good luck, or ward off evil. In Japanese culture it is thought that statues, figurines, and other items hold the power of a life energy all its own. Are you looking to expand your realm of thinking? Step out of your cultural norms and see what's happening in another place. All the products and foods sold here come straight from Japanese shores. Tune into something different. Many food choices that are the usual for Japanese citizens are available here. Ever wonder what sort of snacks they eat somewhere else then let's go explore. Are you or someone you close to you into anime?y daughter has introduced me and I'm hooked. They have all that you can imagine and more when it comes to anime articles. Who does not love Pokémon? Get your fix here? Remember Hello Kitty, right! Express your ideas with stationary styled after this most famous kitty. Are you just seeking something different? Looking for the perfect gift? Here's where to come. Do you want to leave a lasting impression on someone gift them something different. Do some research on what you find interesting. Every item in the store has a story to tell. The Japanese culture has so much mystery to provide. It's impressive what a statue might actually mean. Come and explore what could change you. Bring the family!

    The fakes they have

They sold my 10 year old a fake Labubu. And when we went back the same hour we bought it, they would not refund her money. My daughter was crying because all she wanted was her money back. They are knowingly selling fakes, and they are willing to let a 10 year old suffer instead of just making it right. All she wanted was her money back. But instead got stuck with a "store credit" and was forced to get random stuff she didn't want. What a greedy business and worst business practice ever.

This store does have really cute merchandise but most of the stuff I find are knockoffs that are way over priced you can tell right away because the picture quality is really bad saw this keychain here at the store just buy your stuff at AliExpress they are literally getting their items there they were selling this same keychain for 10.00 and also charge a lot in taxes

They have Kpop stuff! I found BTS, Monsta X, Blackpink, TWICE. Good stuff.

Thank you Tokyo World for feeding my love of all things Japanese, kawaii, Pokemon, and Kpop. They always come through when I need to find a gift for someone for a birthday or Christmas or any kind of occasion, really. They also come through when I feel the need to impulse buy anything for myself. I needed a BTS poster for the concert I attended and they were one of the only places around that actually sell them. I have a friend who collects cute alpaca plushies and I know I can always find them here. The prices are a little high and the older staff isn't very friendly, but I love chatting with the younger ladies about our mutual likes.

I love to shop their traditional art pieces such as masks and statuettes. Their Japanese folklore items are truly beautiful. I picked up a Fire Chinese Dragon mini statue while I was in there and it rests on my desk.

Limited in variety of sizes for shirts so be mindful of sizing. Lots of keychains and lanyards. I was able to find a cool Tron sweater and would check out again if I needed a gift. Prices are not cheap, but I guess because you are not getting knock offs. Service is friendly, but you can't tell who works there and those who are just shopping. They kinda blend right in. Chill vibes so I don't mind that. I got in and out pretty fast. Would check out again.

While I was only looking for sweatshirts, this store definitely bought out the nostalgia in me. BoxLunch, located next door to Victoria's Secret on the second floor, makes a different in donating to charity. As their slogan is "Get Some. Give Back", for every $10 spent here, they donate to Feeding America, where they provide a meal to a person in need. They have many pop culture items here, ranging from Peanuts to Disney to SpongeBob to Star Wars. The second that I stepped into this store, my eye caught a really cute Star Wars sweatshirt (coincidentally, I bought this the day after Star Wars Day). It has a picture of a bubble tea cup with the text "Lord Vader's Blue Milk Bubble Tea". I ended up buying this in a medium and I'm currently wearing it as I write this review. The cashier that rang up my order told me that I could get a 10% discount on my order if I signed up for their loyalty program, which I kindly accepted. Because of this, I got a nice deal on this sweatshirt and I'm proud of it. Even though summer is around the corner, I can't wait to wear this on my trip and when it starts getting cooler once summer is over. It looks really good on me! I liked this place and I would like to come back again next time I visit the Galleria.

I wait and wait and wait alllll day for an email saying it was ready to pick up, which it never came. I call again the day after in the morning to check the status of my order. The representative on the phone says it was picked up, which I never picked it up. Weird. So I let her know I never picked it up and the representative contacted the store and she said that they can do a substitution for it. Cool! So I head on down to pick up my substitution... just for them to try and charge me $55 AGAIN to pay for the substitution. I tried explaining that I have already paid for the item which wasn't in stock according to one of the workers, and she just didn't care. She wanted me to pay yet another $55 for the damn substitution. Every explanation I say to hear lands on deaf ears. I walk out since I am not paying $55 AGAIN. After I walk out, they finally realized that "oh shoot wait, that item isn't in stock so let's cancel the order the day after he placed it". I contact customer support just for them to not be able to do anything since the worker already processed my refund. Now I am without my early Christmas gift and $55 f****** dollars. Merry Christmas. Don't place orders for pickup online for this store. Better yet, don't shop here. Ridiculous

When I went into the store I heard people walk out and I can over hear them complain. I have such a horrible experience at this Spencer's. Every time I go in I'm treated terribly. The first time the lady made me feel uncomfortable when I was looking at products. Then I tried looking at the jewelry and she kept running and following me acting like I was going to steal. It felt racially motivated. Then I went in again the lady was so rude. When my friend tried buying something she gave the worst attitude and tone. She totally ruined Halloween. I will now shop at Hot Topic. People who work at customer service should understand to be nice. You never understand what's someone's going through. My friend has a severe mental illness.
