The steering wheel has a vibration at about 50 MPH and it feel like your hitting the rumble strips. I contacted GMC Elk Grove where I bought it and spoke to "Cristian" the service rep and explained the problem. He said the transmission just needed to be flushed out and a special transmission oil is put in to alleviate the problem. My truck is out of the 5 year 50,000 warranty, but the truck has only 28,000 miles on it and is in new condition and is regularly serviced at 5000 miles at this dealership. He could only offer a, "I can just let GMC know and they decide if they'll honor the repair, without a charge". I had researched and found this is a known problem by GMC however, not enough complaints for a recall. As I explained I am a loyal customer that bought the vehicle from their Elk Grove Dealership, the condition and low miles on my truck, but still offered no relief not even a let me talk to my manager to see what we can do. I asked him why should I continue being a loyal customer if there is nothing in return from them. Of course no response. I told him I would not be bringing my truck back for anything in the future. Cristian could care less and didn't even try to save my business. I contacted LS Pros and spoke to Bill and met with Dan the owner. As soon as I told him about the problem they said they have done several repairs on this very issue and that they even had a flier posted in the shop depicting this exact problem. He told me that there was actually a fix for this as opposed to just flushing out the transmission and putting in a special transmission oil. I took it in and sure enough the fliers were posted in the office. This shop receives all GM product bulletins and they have both been past employees of GM and they really know their stuff. I received the truck back the next day and I noticed the fix right away. I have found LS Pros to be honest , fair and in most cases cheaper than the dealerships. So, no more Elk Grove Dealership for me. I have made arrangements to have my truck serviced and repaired at LS Pros from here to Eternity! Great job guys! Your integrity is appreciated!

Never been treated so badly in an auto parts store. I'll Try…read moreto keep it brief. Needed an axle nut socket, while in the middle of a job, google not much help. I know it was between a 35 or 36mm. Google wasn't any help on the size, employee didn't care to help figuring it out, fine, not their job. I purchased a 35 mil socket, went over to my job, put it up to the nut, it's a 36, yes my fault it's the wrong size. Walked over wanting to return the socket and purchase a 36mm, employee takes my socket and goes back, comes back out a few minutes later and says I can't return it. I did not remove any packaging, I did not put any tools on it, it never actually went over an axle nut. I did not use it. Manager comes out, says I can not return it in "that condition" it's still in brand new condition. He says it's got oil on it, we'll impact sockets come oiled from manufacturing to fight corrosion. Manager then says I should have used a caliper to measure the axle nut if I had any experience. They didn't let me exchange the socket for a 36mm and kept arguing claiming the socket was used even though I never remover the packaging and never connected a ratchet or impact to it. I went over to autozone and they sold me a socket for half the price and let me know if there's any issues they will take care of me 100%. I will never ever buy from Napa again.
