Fine, I except that.. except they should let you know of this policy. Front desk people are not updating files for each kid so I missed an appointment cuz my phone number is wrong. (I didn't remember making this app) Then they charge you for the first appointment missed.. $50 to set another appointment up with them. My daughter was happy not to see him again anyway. She said he's rough and doesn't like him. Good riddance to this office who's ALWAYS EMPTY!!!

She's a fabulous and competent dentist who has a tremendous bedside manner (do dentists have to have that? who knows? she does). She's friendly and helpful and puts her patients at ease immediately. The entire staff at McManus and Pratt are wonderful--organized, helpful, and friendly. They always run on time, are efficient, and call AND email to remind patients of appointments. Love love love. What the???…read more Seven thirty this morning, my fingers crossed- I did what I've been meaning to do for four years - change my dentist. Inertia is a weird thing. WHAT A FABULOUS EXPERIENCE! I've lived in 5 states and been to many dentists. I've kids, I've spent time in museum quiet, semi-circle-seating-type waiting rooms. Imagine my shock walking into a spacious sunlit room, chatter and laughing in the waiting room, in the office, just this hub-bub of happy people. (It gets better) I have the privilege of Dr. Chang taking me on extremely short notice. An amazingly gentle and knowledgable doctor who had me at ease from hello. His dental assistant Diane was excellent. I usually despise the 'down' time looking at a poster of a fuzzy animal on the ceiling tile. HAH, this office blew that away! My view? Large gorgeous skylight, tiny tree branch with an orange leaf, a hawk circling a thermal vent, a flock of extremely fast birds, and the drill whirled on! (seriously) Pleasant and personable is what comes to mind but it's not quite it. It's something More... the front office worked so hard to help me determine insurance coverage. Pulling out my car keys, I realized I was smiling. I looked up and caught the eye of a patient leaving, we both grinned and she beeped :-) Oh, my tooth, fixed. Simply wonderful. Their hygenists are all very nice and very good but I prefer Sue. She is wonderful and for several years now I will only go to see her. She has a nice way about her and does not dive into your mouth hacking and slashing. Nope. Hers is a kindler, gentler cleaning method that I approve of. Sure, she gets it doen and done well. Just without the pain and bleeding that I have gotten as an extra for no charge from other hygenists. Dr. Coletti is a very nice man. Profesional. Competent. An excellent dentist. Now I have never had a cavity or had any dental work other than wisdom teeth and cleanings so this review is strictly from my experiences.

I have to say that Caroline Danish, of Danish & O'Laughlin, is by far the best dentist I've ever had the pleasure of being treated by. Sounds strange to use the terms "dentist" and "pleasure" in the same sentence, but Caroline's skill, professionalism and chair-side manner are second to none. The big difference between her and other dentists is that she treats you like a person, not just an appointment. She cares about her patients. She'll take time to fully explain your treatment options and will do everything possible to preserve the teeth you have. I actually look forward to my trips to the dentist now.

allow me to star with if I could give them zero stars I would. I am a veteran that has been…read moreauthorized for "out in town" care and Warwick Dental group is where the VA sent me. I received a phone call on Monday to make an appointment, that appointment was today. When I was called into the back I was not met with even a hello rather pointed to a chair and asked "what are you here for". I explained that I was here from the Providence VA and met with an "oh", the dental tech then left the room, every staff member that walked by the room look in it with a dirty look. When I explained to the dental tech that I had just had a tooth pulled the day before and asked to be gentle with the xray film I was told that the xrays "needed to be done". I have very bad TMJ and jaw shifting but wasn't able to explain that to her before the film was where my tooth was extracted, making me gag. I then asked for a pano so they could get the needed pictures and that was even an issue. I am 5'11 and 250 lbs and have had many panos done so I know that 1. the machine is adjustable and 2. i fit. without adjusting the machine from its low position I tried to bite the bite stick but again very bad jaw shifting due to TMJ while crouching and trying to bite the stick I could not move my head against the machine and into the correct position without losing the bite stick. The pano never happened and I could not leave fast enough and didnt even see the doctor. The staff is completely unprofessional and made me feel like I was wasting their time! I will never go back to them again and we be telling the VA about how incredibly rude they are as to not have another veteran treated this way.
