She is warm, knowledgeable, and has a calming sense about her that puts kids at ease. My son sees Dr. Ben who is friendly, always has fun shoes or socks, and is good at distracting kids while he is working. Half the time my son is surprised to hear that he is already done. The front office team is friendly and on top of it. My kids have liked all the dental hygienists they have had. The office is welcoming with toys, educational computer games and has bright and colorful designs. Every time we go there it's always impeccably clean. My kids really like the reward system they have in place there. If they have a good cleaning/appointment they are given 2 tokens. They can use those 2 tokens for a balloon or any of the prize machines (which are located in the lobby). I highly recommend this pediatric dental office. The staff is fantastic, the care is wonderful, and my kids aren't afraid or dread going to the dentist since going here. It was important for me to get this work done ASAP but at the same time since I was pregnant I had to be extra careful and cautious of the dental work. I wasn't allowed to take laughing gas due to my pregnancy so Dr. S recommended other sedatives and I was able to take them without any harm to me & my baby. All the work on my teeth was done with extra caution and care. I didn't make the job easy because of my high anxiety and nervousness of too much work happening in my mouth but Dr. S was very patient, caring to my situation and he succeeded in fixing my cavities & pulling the wisdom tooth. My tooth pain is gone! I'm so happy my husband found Adroit dental and referred me to their office. My teeth have never been happier! Since then my husband and son also see Dr. Smirnoff and are very pleased with his work and attention to detail provide and how well they treat their patients. Their office is very clear on costs/discounts and insurance is verified prior to your Appt. so there are no payment issues /confusions later. The entire office staff is very kind and helpful to answer all your questions. I don't feel rushed to need to leave (they answer all my questions and take the time to explain any dental procedures) and I don't feel pressured to do any dental work I'm not comfortable with. On my most recent visit, I was very nervous as I had to remove my mask for the cleaning my hygienist, Shannon, explain how they would keep me and others safe and that she was wearing a mask and a shield to aid in protecting me. They also have ceased using the polishing machines they typically use as those spread aerosols which we are all trying to avoid right now. They do this by hand now. All in all a great cleaning during a world health crisis. I'll definitely be back I hope I will have had the vaccine by then.

My youngest daughter needed to have an extraction and I had very little confidence that, as an anxious little, she'd allow such a procedure sans sedation, but Dr. Crowley and Chenoah partnered expertly to not only reassure her, but to let her pick her favorite scented mask for the nitrous, and the flavor of the "silly stuff" (lidocaine).
