Not impressed. There are several places in this area that have better service, better atmosphere, and better boba tea. Here is an update for the person that mentioned my review is vague. I initially did not want to give a bad review but here ya go. Taro milk tea had a weird flavor. My son gets these ALL the time and loves them and neither of us liked this one. I get Green tea no sugar with lychee jellies. The lychee jellies were old and had no flavor. The atmosphere is dark because they get afternoon sun and have to use heavy tint on the windows. The inside is small and not inviting. The person that waited on me was indifferent and did not seem happy to be there. Fusion 36 across the intersection next to Jasons Deli is wonderful. Teahouse on Barker Cypress and 290 is a great place or Boba City Tea on Longpoint is another favorite. read more

I came here two days in a row and I'm loving it! It is such a convenient location when I'm on my boyfriend's side of town. I've tried their iced lychee green tea and iced honey green tea with crystal boba and loved both. I was so excited to find out that they have crystal boba here (my new obsession)! Note: when ordering iced drinks, make sure to tell them "less ice" since they put a lot of ice in their drinks. All in all, I will be coming back more often for their flavored iced tea varieties. read more

The drinks and the sandwiches are good. But it is a very small place and it is Extremely Loud, from the blenders. The blenders are rite behind the register so when they start grinding up ice the cashier and the customer cannot hear/understand each other. I came here today for the first time to grab a Taro cream tea. After I took two sips, I had to throw it away because it tasted like I was drinking all sugar even I told them to go light on sugar. Taro doesn't smell or taste like taro. The lady at the cash register was so rude and rushing each and every customer. Oh man boba places alone are great but this one is superb. They serve the bahn mi sandwiches and gosh darn it it is one awesome sandwich. It goes perfectly well with the thai tea. The parking is a little confusing because it's in the same lot with the Wal-Mart but it's not too bad. It has a small interior but most people take it to-go so don't worry about seating either. It's a good place to visit every now and then when I'm craving boba. Very good prices and drinks. read more

I went to I Heart Boba on the day of their soft opening. It's conveniently located near the Walmart on FM529. So I stopped in right before my Walmart trip. The place was very nice and the staff was very attentive. I got the strawberry smoothie with Boba and it was amazing. Not too sweet and not too bland. Just right. Their banh mi was great too. Very flavorful. The bread was perfect, not too hard like some other places. I will definitely come back again and try their lychee slushee with lychee jelly. It's nice to have a drink in hand while doing my shopping at the Walmart nearby. =) read more

The boba never fails and is so good. They're constantly coming up with new flavors. I got the guava smoothie with tapioca and it was amazing. I have been to the other 2 locations & I absolutely love everything about them, drinks to the food & even the customer service but this location was the opposite. I called 15 mins prior to coming in to order my drink/sandwich because I was on my lunch break to save some time. After I paid i noticed 2 people that came in after me received there drink/sandwiches when they just ordered; I waited & got my sandwich once I got that the guy looked at me & says "thanks" I just stood there because I havent even received my drink & when he went to grab it, it had been sitting on top of the counter, barely any ice left, to mention it tasted like straight syrup. My sandwich was awful, it was super cold & the bread so hard. i'm not sure if maybe these people are new but I recommend call in way way before you go in to prevent a situation like this. read more

Their customer service is great here. They were friendly and helpful but unfortunately I didn't like my taro smoothie. They make them with powdered taro and I appreciate it when it is actual taro root vegetables being used. The real deal will always be better than the processed stuff. It was also too sweet!
