If I'm a U2 fan, I Heart Bono. If I like to buy one get one, then I Heart BOGO. And if I like very sweaty girls, which I most certainly do, the I Heart HotYoga. But back to the less expensive finer things in life. The drink was actually pretty nice, and the service was good too. This is a tiny little place and it's a chain that I have never really gotten into, and I have had problems with some of the management being accusatory online. But it was not the management of this particular store, it was the one over on Highway 6, which it turns out is the same owner anyway, so my resentment totally carries over. It's probably cost them a bunch of drinks from me over the years, as well as positive word of mouth and better reviews. In any case, forgetting what happened at the nearby location, just for this experience alone, the drinks are pretty cheap and they're not too bad but not my favourite, and the service was really nice too. Definitely five star service. Very friendly and cute. Now as for that other matter. What the owner/manager of the hwy 6 location said was: "Regarding your comment and the table for 4 year old, I guess you don't have kids, Parents do take their kids here for treats and drinks.. We're also curious about how one could check in in so many different place in different cities in the same day (10/12/17)" That was in reference to a Zoolander joke that they misunderstood, and a 3 star review because the boba was, well, 1 star worthy (I'm very generous with my ratings). It takes a special kind of "person you don't want to give your money to" to call into question integrity just because they didn't like a 3-star review (yes, 3 stars, not 1). They also misunderstood Yelp, since I posted a bunch of reviews from around the country on one day, and they thought that meant I'd been to all of them in one day, which made them suspicious, and made them call my integrity into question. I don't mind the lack of intellect, I do mind the accusations. It's really, really not my fault that your drinks are so, so cheaply made and that you cannot even slightly take constructive criticism with a generous star rating from a random customer. At least, at this location, the drinks were good (not great) and the service was wonderful. IHeartBoba is better than IHeartRadio but that's not saying much.

Ordered 6 meatball sandwiches to go. Their meatball was like the frozen Italian sub meatball. The texture was not good. We use to love their meatball sandwich.

My bestie and I stopped here on a whim on our way to home and this is the best boba tea I have ever had, hands down! The teas were done so quickly and the place looked clean and friendly! Inexpensive and delicious! If it wasn't an hour from my house, I would be here everyday.

cashier never asked for my husbands name and put the order under Jesus! A HISPANIC NAME because my husband looks hispanic. do better, yall should've asked for his name instead of assuming! that was incredibly racist. his name is nowhere close to sounding like the name Jesus! if you don't know somebody's name you ASK them.

I've been to dozens of boba places all across the country, but I keep coming back to I Heart Boba. I love that they use real fruits in their smoothies because some shops use flavored powders that leave more to be desired. They add items to their menu from time to time which I'm always excited to try. I've had their teas, coffees, smoothies, and juices. They are also very accommodating. I wanted to try a fruit combination that wasn't offered on their standard menu (avocado + mango smoothie) and they were able to do it for me. I often come here for their lunch special. Their sandwiches are great as well. The boba selection in the cypress/copperfield area is limited, but I heart boba provides everything i'm looking for.

Not impressed. There are several places in this area that have better service, better atmosphere, and better boba tea. Here is an update for the person that mentioned my review is vague. I initially did not want to give a bad review but here ya go. Taro milk tea had a weird flavor. My son gets these ALL the time and loves them and neither of us liked this one. I get Green tea no sugar with lychee jellies. The lychee jellies were old and had no flavor. The atmosphere is dark because they get afternoon sun and have to use heavy tint on the windows. The inside is small and not inviting. The person that waited on me was indifferent and did not seem happy to be there. Fusion 36 across the intersection next to Jasons Deli is wonderful. Teahouse on Barker Cypress and 290 is a great place or Boba City Tea on Longpoint is another favorite. read more

I came here two days in a row and I'm loving it! It is such a convenient location when I'm on my boyfriend's side of town. I've tried their iced lychee green tea and iced honey green tea with crystal boba and loved both. I was so excited to find out that they have crystal boba here (my new obsession)! Note: when ordering iced drinks, make sure to tell them "less ice" since they put a lot of ice in their drinks. All in all, I will be coming back more often for their flavored iced tea varieties. read more

The drinks and the sandwiches are good. But it is a very small place and it is Extremely Loud, from the blenders. The blenders are rite behind the register so when they start grinding up ice the cashier and the customer cannot hear/understand each other. You are screaming and repeating yourself to try and place an order. read more

I say 3 starts not because of the food but because of the service and the employees, I had one really bad experience were the women behind the register was talking crap about me in her language and I only know that because my good friends was with me and understood her , and that really made me angry but I do acknowledge that there food is good and also there drinks but they really need better people working here read more

I will probably keep updating my review every time I come in! Just amazing, I cannot stress that enough. I came in a few days ago with friends, but I came at night, so no special :) BUT WHO CARES! This place hands down always have the best sandwiches and boba! It was only $1-2 different, compared to the lunch specials. This time I got a beef sandwich with a fried egg. I came here today for the first time to grab a Taro cream tea. After I took two sips, I had to throw it away because it tasted like I was drinking all sugar even I told them to go light on sugar. Taro doesn't smell or taste like taro. The lady at the cash register was so rude and rushing each and every customer. I am a big fan of Kung Fu tea and this place is nothing comparable to Kung Fu tea. This is gonna be my first and last time here.I feel like I had wasted my money. read more

Oh man boba places alone are great but this one is superb. They serve the bahn mi sandwiches and gosh darn it it is one awesome sandwich. It goes perfectly well with the thai tea. The parking is a little confusing because it's in the same lot with the Wal-Mart but it's not too bad. It has a small interior but most people take it to-go so don't worry about seating either. It's a good place to visit every now and then when I'm craving boba. Very good prices and drinks. read more

I went to I heart boba on their soft opening day with my sisters and had their thai tea with boba and banh mi. The drink was delicious and I CRAVE the banh mi from this place. It's perfectly toasted and the thit nuong (pork) is perfectly seasoned! So glad they opened one here right next to Walmart so I can stop by after shopping. Highly recommend! read more

I went to I Heart Boba on the day of their soft opening. It's conveniently located near the Walmart on FM529. So I stopped in right before my Walmart trip. The place was very nice and the staff was very attentive. I got the strawberry smoothie with Boba and it was amazing. Not too sweet and not too bland. Just right. Their banh mi was great too. Very flavorful. The bread was perfect, not too hard like some other places. I will definitely come back again and try their lychee slushee with lychee jelly. It's nice to have a drink in hand while doing my shopping at the Walmart nearby. =) read more

The boba never fails and is so good. They're constantly coming up with new flavors. I got the guava smoothie with tapioca and it was amazing. They also have candies that you'd usually have to drive to Asian stores for, such as Hello Panda and Yan Yan's. You should definitely come here for your boba cravings. read more

I have been to the other 2 locations & I absolutely love everything about them, drinks to the food & even the customer service but this location was the opposite. I called 15 mins prior to coming in to order my drink/sandwich because I was on my lunch break to save some time. After I paid i noticed 2 people that came in after me received there drink/sandwiches when they just ordered; I waited & got my sandwich once I got that the guy looked at me & says "thanks" I just stood there because I havent even received my drink & when he went to grab it, it had been sitting on top of the counter, barely any ice left, to mention it tasted like straight syrup. My sandwich was awful, it was super cold & the bread so hard. i'm not sure if maybe these people are new but I recommend call in way way before you go in to prevent a situation like this. read more

Their customer service is great here. They were friendly and helpful but unfortunately I didn't like my taro smoothie. They make them with powdered taro and I appreciate it when it is actual taro root vegetables being used. The real deal will always be better than the processed stuff. It was also too sweet! If you're craving a classic or simple sandwich, you can get that. However, if you're looking for something special or out of this world, you can also get it. Ike's specializes in sandwiches with their Dutch Crunch bread and Dirty Sauce, both unique in its own way. Whether you're a meat lover, vegetarian, vegan, or on a gluten-free diet, their menu has it all. I personally am not a super fan of the Dutch Crunch bread since I find it a bit too harsh on the palate and somewhat dry, but love the Dirty Sauce (make it extra or on the side). I enjoy subbing the Dutch Crunch with either French or Sourdough. With over 300 unique sandwiches on the menu, there's a sandwich for everyone. My favorites have been the Menage A Trois (halal chicken, honey mustard, BBQ Sauce, real honey, pepper jack, swiss, cheddar), Ike's Reuben (pastrami, mack Sauce, purple slaw, gouda), Joker (all beef meatballs, fried zucchini, Ike's red pesto, ranch), and Grant Pinkerton, a Houston exclusive (Pinkerton Brisket, pastrami, BBQ aioli, provolone). BEST BOBA AND BANH IN CYPRESS! One of my go to places in Houston. Wife and I moved to Dallas a few years ago but come back to visit family frequently. Every time we're in town, gotta get our boba and banh mi fix. Haven't tried their other new food items but they look good. Even with COVID going on, they're taking great safety precautions and being careful. The staff there are always nice and professional.
