I really did appreciate the customer service at this location... the young lady at the front was very kind and welcoming. And the taste of the Vietnamese ice coffee was really good. The flavors are delicious, my favorites are the Creamsicle smoothie and the peach mango smoothie. 10/10 would recommend. The chicken banh mi is a staple at my household, my husband loves the pork banh mi and the Korean beef banh mi. I recommend I heart boba to anyone who will listen! Truly one of my favorite spots, it helps that it's next to my favorite grocery store. Staff is always super nice, welcoming and make great suggestions! Fast service here. The employees were friendly. They didn't ask for my name, but still taped it to the drink which was a little creepy. The bulgogi banh mi is what I never knew my cravings needed until I had it! The drinks great with every dietary restriction cared for whether you want non-dairy, gluten-free, or low to no sugar options available. IHeartBoba is better than IHeartRadio but that's not saying much. Received a message from them which said I should have told them I didn't like my drinks. Why? I've tried a bunch of different drinks here, lol. Also was defensive about the kiddy table. I love the kiddy table! They obviously didn't get my joke or don't have a sense of humour. This made me lower the rating from 3 stars to 1 star. Then the owners (a different person they assured me, but I'll check the grammar to compare the two, later, to see if I was deceived), sent a note of apology, so I'll temporarily raise it back to 3 stars which is what I gave it originally. What they said in the first note, exactly, was: "Regarding your comment and the table for 4 year old, I guess you don't have kids, Parents do take their kids here for treats and drinks.. We're also curious about how one could check in in so many different place in different cities in the same day (10/12/17)" They then proceeded to list the 10 places I had most recently reviewed including the addresses. They don't understand that reviewing 10 places in different cities, doesn't mean you visited those 10 places on the day that you reviewed them, or that you checked in on that day that you reviewed them. So clearly they don't understand Yelp and that's fine. What's not fine, is that the implication here is that I didn't really visit those places or that there's something wrong with my reviews. Never mind the fact that I took pictures of all of them including the products I bought. And what's really, really not fine is that this is actually a form of intimidation. Basically, "we don't like that you gave us a 3 star review so we will respond by calling your integrity into question." That is no way to treat a customer, and what happens when you do that (to me anyway), is that this customer will change their moderate 3-star review, to a disgruntled 1-star review. Now here's the rest of my original review: They are so dirt cheap that I want to love them. They are so popular on Yelp that I expect to love them. But no. Unfortunately I do not heart iheartboba. It has a lovely name, but their drinks while on the cheap side, are really unimpressive. The Boba has been chewy and rubbery each time I have been in here. And tasteless, which is the worst part. Because consistency is not always the most important thing, especially when dating ;) The decor may be cute and the selection may be massive, but the products just don't do it for me at all. Which leaves me really scratching my head because if you look at the ratings here you would think it was literally the best bubble tea you will ever find in your life. Or in the next lifetime. It makes me skeptical about the reviews because, well, there are so many really great boba places all over Houston with much less stellar reviews (and fewer too). There's another location way down in Sugarland and I have found the exact same problem there. I have one less problem without IHeartBoba. read more

I've been here several times after my friend introduced me to it. It is located right next to HEB. For my recent trip here, I saw a few customers spin the wheel. I didn't get to personally, but I believe you can for some kind of prize if you land on a certain one. Their drinks never fail me. I've tried about 5 different kinds - Taro smoothie, Cantaloupe cream tea, Green tea matcha tea, Avocado smoothie, and Piña colada smoothie. I'd recommend the first 3 with their tapioca balls, which are soft but smaller than other places. As for the sandwich, it is a hit or miss for me. The first sandwich I had here was delicious, which was the combo. Recently, the Bbq pork wasn't that great. The meat was dry, and the sandwich had way too much butter. I had to use a napkin and take some of it off. I highly recommend Les Givral's sandwiches - cheaper and bigger. The thing I really like about this place is its cleanliness. You don't see many tapioca businesses as clean as this. Apparently when one of my friends asked for the wifi code, they didn't give it out when it clearly states "wifi available". I wasn't there when the incident happened. Lastly, don't forget to check in for BOGO half off for drinks. They also have lunch specials, Bahn mi + drink with $1.50 off.. To the left of HEB is a must go to place if you want good quality boba drinks and banh mi (vietnamese sandwiches). We have been here several times and this small but delightful place offer great food at very decent prices. We can't compliment enough how the staff and owner are friendly and provide excellent service. The interior is extremely clean/modern. We have ordered and recommend the Boba cream tea, green tea matcha, thai milk tea. My personal favorite is the green tea matcha and ask them to add cocunut flavor. Their banh mi combo is absolutely delicious! Definitely a must order. We have been to numerous places in Cali, Denver, and Florida, and some are not nearly as good as how they make it here. How did I not know about a bubble tea joint named, "I Heart Boba?" Wow. My life is complete. I came across this place through my bubble tea exploration efforts in the area, and I have to say I am very impressed. As soon as I walked in, I noticed how clean and comfortable this place was. I came around lunchtime on a weekday, and noticed that they also have Bánh Mì sandwiches! Get this, if you order a bubble tea and a sandwich around lunchtime between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. on a weekday, you get $2.00 freaking dollars off your order! What?! I decided to order the Charbroiled Chicken Bánh Mì Sandwich and a Green Tea with tapioca and light sugar. My order, with the added $2.00 lunch discount, came out to be a grand total of $5.53. That is an incredible deal for a sandwich and drink of this quality! I sat on their comfortable couch and chitchatted with the management. I found this location opened up just a year ago in July 2014 and that they do not even advertise. They have a consistent customer base through word of mouth and the many positive reviews online. I can honestly say, this place deserves it. I will definitely be coming back! Finally!!! a tapioca and banh mi place in the cypress area. I heart boba opened their doors yesterday so I stopped by. I got the strawberry banana smoothie with tapioca and it was delicious! I also got their banh mi thit nuong and it was also great. They were not stingy with the meat either. I hate when other places don't put a lot of meat. I heart boba put a good amount of meat on their banh mi. Also, the bread! The bread!! It was so soft compared to other banh mi sandwiches I've had.
