If I'm a U2 fan, I Heart Bono. If I like to buy one get one, then I Heart BOGO. And if I like very sweaty girls, which I most certainly do, the I Heart HotYoga. But back to the less expensive finer things in life. The drink was actually pretty nice, and the service was good too. This is a tiny little place and it's a chain that I have never really gotten into, and I have had problems with some of the management being accusatory online. But it was not the management of this particular store, it was the one over on Highway 6, which it turns out is the same owner anyway, so my resentment totally carries over. It's probably cost them a bunch of drinks from me over the years, as well as positive word of mouth and better reviews. In any case, forgetting what happened at the nearby location, just for this experience alone, the drinks are pretty cheap and they're not too bad but not my favourite, and the service was really nice too. Definitely five star service. Very friendly and cute. Now as for that other matter. What the owner/manager of the hwy 6 location said was: "Regarding your comment and the table for 4 year old, I guess you don't have kids, Parents do take their kids here for treats and drinks.. We're also curious about how one could check in in so many different place in different cities in the same day (10/12/17)" That was in reference to a Zoolander joke that they misunderstood, and a 3 star review because the boba was, well, 1 star worthy (I'm very generous with my ratings). It takes a special kind of "person you don't want to give your money to" to call into question integrity just because they didn't like a 3-star review (yes, 3 stars, not 1). They also misunderstood Yelp, since I posted a bunch of reviews from around the country on one day, and they thought that meant I'd been to all of them in one day, which made them suspicious, and made them call my integrity into question. I don't mind the lack of intellect, I do mind the accusations. It's really, really not my fault that your drinks are so, so cheaply made and that you cannot even slightly take constructive criticism with a generous star rating from a random customer. At least, at this location, the drinks were good (not great) and the service was wonderful. IHeartBoba is better than IHeartRadio but that's not saying much. read more

I come here weekly for their slushees and bahn mi, Stopped in today and ordered the combination bahn mi, missing key ingredients and service is lackluster. Their strawberry slushie was not consistent tonight. Customer service is absolutely horrendous. You can't possibly hire people who speaks broken English for customer service. It only got a three star because I've been in the past and it has been good but the past couple times. The consistency is out the window. The customer service kills it for me. I love that they use real fruits in their smoothies because some shops use flavored powders that leave more to be desired. They add items to their menu from time to time which I'm always excited to try. I've had their teas, coffees, smoothies, and juices. They are also very accommodating. I wanted to try a fruit combination that wasn't offered on their standard menu (avocado + mango smoothie) and they were able to do it for me. I often come here for their lunch special. Hazelnut Coffee Like No Other I have been craving my fave HOT coffee drink from I Boba all week long! I even ordered the Torani Hazelnut syrup but my recipe did not come close to this coffee. Simply put, this place is bomb dot com. My favorite go to is the mango smoothie. I haven't tried any of their teas but the smoothies are all solid. Peach smoothie is bomb and my fiance's family loves the strawberry smoothie! The drinks are high quality and comparable to Chinatown. Soooo delicious, I crave their banh mi's and like literally salivate when thinking about them. Get the chargrilled pork + a fried egg (75 cents extra but worth). One fills me up without being stuffed. They also have tons of different deals and specials, ex: buy x drinks get 1 free, also m-f they have a sandwich drink special, at a certain time. Also they offer punch cards, but you don't get a punch if you do a deal like the check-in. However they no longer have baby boba which is sad, please bring back baby boba!! I wanted trying this place only based off of the fact that they have popping bobas, and I love popping bobas! I tried several drinks and I absolutely loved them all. Some I would say could be better in terms of the consistency or even depth in taste but overall, they outplay almost all other typical boba places out there. Would you believe me if I were to say they have THE BEST mangoloco aka mangonada?!?! I mean I've never had any mangonada/mangoloco that tastes this good! I have it at least twice each week. I top it with mango jelly and mango popping boba, and that's one of the best things you'd ever drink I promise you! The staff working there are very helpful and courteous too. And oh, they even have a card where they stamp your purchases and after about 10 drinks or so (can't remember the exact number) you get one free drink. They are also very reasonable and I can't wait to try their other drinks. PS do try their homemade banana chips if you're into those. I don't like banana and I still binge ate them. read more

The staff is very friendly and they make your drinks fast. However the drinks are very different compared to other locations. They put a lot of sweet syrup in the drinks. When we order the drinks elsewhere (at IBoba) the drinks are not so sugary. Maybe this demographic over here likes it bit traditionally Asian teas just aren't as sweet. However, if I came again, I would tell them 50% on sweetener. Like I said the staff was very hospitable and the place was clean otherwise. read more
