This is such a cute place with the sweetest staff. The young man who took my order was new so if you come in have a bit of patience he is still learning but so sweet. The other staff was very patient with him as well and reassured him that he was doing good and it was ok. The vibe is very relaxing. My strawberry lychee fruit tea so perfect and comes in the cutest cup. My banh mi was packed with flavor. I asked the staff some of the favorites and she did not stir me wrong with the spicy beef. There's a saying in Cantonese: it's a deal, with a great meal (but sounds like it's cheap, and pretty from the strange translation). The combo is what I'm looking for. I don't want to go through lots of options. The bread is very much crunchy, great bite that makes a great mess, a good, flaky mess. Not stale, tasted fresh. Bulgogi chicken with a little bit spicy, a little bit of Vietnamese style mayo, and no jalapeño options for me. I was definitely satisfied. Tasted fresh, great taste, healthy options. The jasmine milk tea (toppings are extra $), noted no sugar in the kiosk. This brew was excellent. It tasted very smoothing/comforting, not bitter, just the right brew ( maybe it was the milk they used. 2 problems: had to drive 25-35 mins from south west Katy. Location is okay, but not great. And there is a fee charged that they have on their square payment. Maybe it's only when using the kiosk? Please open one closer and can only hope. Tried this on our most recent trip to Houston. For $9.90, you get a banh mi with a milk tea. Boba is extra, but very delicious and the perfect amount of chewiness. Can definitely taste the jasmine green tea flavor. The banh mi was also very yummy, with very fresh and crisp vegetables, and the bread has a good flavor and the right texture also. Also, it's a pretty good sized banh mi, definitely filling! They also have tonkotsu ramen for $12, will have to try that the next time I come. Finally on a random day off I decided to take a drive and it was definitely worth it. The decor was nice and the place super clean with cozy seating and places to study or work. I asked for recommendations since I couldn't decide but ended up customizing my own drink, adding matcha to a brown sugar oat milk tea and it was a delicious as it looked! Been wanting to try Puer for the longest time, but I don't find myself in Katy area that often. I was so happy to finally try this place! Their menu offers a whole lot and I had to take a few minutes to read through it all. Decided to go with the matcha creme brûlée and mango tornado. Both were very creamy and flavorful. The matcha was not too bitter or too light tasting, I would say it was just the right balance. The mango was a little sweet and highly recommend for mango lovers. They also offer some snacks and pastries if you're feeling a little hungry. The space is very clean and a little spacious if you want to come and study or do work here. If you live in Katy, definitely stop by Puer! Especially when they have happy hour on weekdays, buy 2 get 1 free from 2-4pm. INTRO: I believe this place had opened when covid started so I was surprised to find another boba shop on my way home one day. I decided to give it a try since Bellaire is kinda far. As soon as I tasted it the boba was still so warm and soft, just melting in my mouth while the milk was still cold. yum! The peach orange black tea also smelled and looked so good and she said it was really good! Both teas were not too sweet and for the black tea, you can change the sweetness level so that is a plus! The second time that I went, I wanted to try their iced matcha latte since I am getting into those recently and then I got my mom the berry mix green tea with boba. The berry mix green tea was soo yummy! I think they have really gotten their fruit teas down because they are super fragrant and the fresh fruit add so much depth to the flavor. However, my iced matcha latte was kind of disappointing.. First off, the color was white and not green? I decided to give the drink the benefit of the doubt and try it anyways. Nope. This tasted more like lychee if anything and I would have never guessed it was matcha. This was wayyy too sweet and just hurt my teeth. I couldn't finish it because it made my stomach hurt from how sweet it was. I really wanted to have a matcha drink and was let down. This was nothing like the picture on their menu. :( OVERALL: Although I didn't get my matcha latte the way that I wanted, I will still give this place a chance. Best Strawberry Matcha tea hands down! Great service and the Crème brûlée is a game changer!

Plenty of parking spaces that's shared among other businesses. Look for Family Dollar or Title Max and you will be in the right plaza. I adore their interior design. It's inviting, clean, and warm mid-century/rustic interior design is on par. Music everyone can enjoy. Friendly servers who are willing to adjust the sugar level of their drinks. There's two chairs and a small table in front of their tea cafe to enjoy your drink with no mask. Tapes to remind customers to practice social distancing and to wear their face masks. Definitely an ambience I would love to have business meeting, do my homework there or simply hang out with family/friends, if it wasn't for COVID-19 pandemic. Now, that's all handy and dandy but my main goal is to get delicious drinks. Unfortunately, it only made a few sips before I toss both out with disappointments filling my heart and end up going somewhere else to get drinks. I ordered matcha creme brûlée with boba, 25% sugar (since it is creme brûlée after all) and an orange yogurt smoothie with boba, 10% sugar. First off, I hate there's no sizes. $6ish for a drink is steep for bubble tea, even if it's their speciality. I usually like to get small if it's my first time at a new tea cafe. You know? Taste the water. Secondly, although I asked for less sugar level, they were so sweet! If you're a desert lover then you are most likely to love this tea cafe. For me, it's a no go. Still taste good but way too sweet for my liking and out of the way. Orange yogurt smoothie had too much orange zest so it ruined the smoothie. I strongly believe orange zest should be in baking or cooking only. I just hate that the smoothie... well, isn't smooth. Matcha creme brûlée was delightful but maybe if they offer a small and less sugar, I may reorder. Too much condensed milk. Something to note, if you have a nut allergy, be sure to let them know! The drinks I ordered never mentioned any nut ingredients on their menu so it never crossed my mind to ask. However, I am certain one of the two drinks had almonds or other tree nuts. If not, then cross contaminated with previous drinks they made. The person I was with has a nut allergy and I already shared my drink so I decided to just toss them out for safety and to try to not have to use an epipen. Who wants to end up in a hospital, especially during a pandemic? I already worked at one... don't make me go in on my off day! Plus, do you know how expensive epipen are? Yeah, trust me. Just ask and let them know if you have any food allergies. If you didn't read any of that, just note, if you have a strong sweet tooth, you will enjoy it here. If you're on the opposite end, stick to perhaps coffee. read more
