Not only did they lie about the 30 days when asked about this.. they purposely witheld sending someone out until around exactly almost 30 days had rolled around to service our water leak... Not to mention, we had a toilet problem where 1 pipeline was filled with wipes from the previous tenant. To top it all off... 2 out of the 3 toilets were proven to be really old which was the reason why the clogs may happen frequently noted by the plumber that assisted us that day... When asking Lovins Realty about all of these... all they can say is "We have to follow the lease agreement". Truly unprofessional and timely of them to not go over things properly with us. We were fed lies and then now force to pay 400$ for something that was not our fault. Sickening and hope no one rents from here again.
