Dress attire, I get it, safety issue. But just because we came with one hour left until you guys close doesn't give you any right to be like that. My son had shorts, but apparently they were the wrong material; she let it slide all the while having a scowl on her face. I'm sure she just let him slide because denying a toddler would be frowned upon. She then asks if I have shorts, I say only the ones I'm wearing, but I'm not going in the water. She says sorry, we can't go in because the material is wrong. 1. Why would you let my 2 year old slide with the wrong material and not me, a 6'1 male at a kids swimming park. 2. I literally just saw you allow someone purchase with "not the correct material." Hopefully it's not a racial motive for this, ‍. But yeah, idk, something about this just doesn't sit right with me.

Be aware that there are rules around bathing suits! Men wearing swim trunks have to be double lined, with a mesh liner. No board shorts. I think there may be other rules around T-shirts as well, so make sure to call ahead if you have specific questions around dress code. Three sessions a day in the summer. 12 PM to 1:30 PM, 2 PM to 3:30 PM, and 4 PM to 5:30 PM.

My regular technician is Erik, he also answered my questions and concerns. He is doing a great job in maintaining our pool. I would highly recommend their services. The monthly cost is reasonable.

I've had Poolgenx for about 1 1/2 yrs. It's hard now a days to get a pool service that is…read morereliable, knowledgeable n good with pets. Poolgenx has staffing issues, accounting issues n lacks in customer service. Their management team does not have the time to address issues or return a response to text messages. I have a very large pool that if not cleaned or treated properly will develop yellow algae. Because of Poolgenx staff issues their techs do not pay attention as they are brushing the walls of the pool to add additional chemicals if there is algae. Their rotation of personnel n lack of clients key control, have created a lot of issues. A recent tech never returned the key to my gate. It has taken PoolGenx over a month to provide a lock box for their lack of control. Currently my pool service is in limbo because the current tech does not know who will be assigned to my pool. As to accounting issues, I've had PoolGenx tell me that I was past due on my account about four times. They are set up on auto pay but even then PoolGenx argued that they never received payment. Thank goodness for B of A because they quickly called PoolGenx to confirm payment had been received n they had deposited the check. Finally, when hiring a pool service I have to make sure their staff are good with dogs. I have 2 Boston Terriers n they are very friendly n loving. One pool service company tech used the pool pole that is used to brush the pool to hit one my dogs. I have cameras throughout my property so I can monitor everything, so when I saw that I immediately fired the company. The cameras also confirm how much time techs spent cleaning my pool and how much chemicals are used. It's a shame you cannot trust some service companies to provide the service you are paying for.

There is an indoor and outdoor running track. Indoor gym with basketball, Volleyball, and pickleball. There are ping pong tables, virtual sports, fitness classes, free weights, weight machines, there are aerobics machines of all kinds including treadmills and ellipticals. There are outdoor sports fields and a lap pool and water slide. I probably missing something, but it is no wonder Loma Linda is a blue zone because of their diet, low stress Christian lifestyle, and fitness. Drayson is part of that. They open at 0530 (when I go) and though it is not crowded, there are a surprising amount of people who go both young and older.

Sauna always out of order that we didn't renew our membership. My husband and I just do our mike walk around the paved trail around the park. Used to be clean and kept well when it was renovated , now it's not at all well maintained by the city, what a shame cause it's pretty much so busy during weekend sports game being held here. When we do our walks in the morning we noticed vagabonds squatting by the covered main gazebo and other occasions others sleeping on Top of picnic tables or benches as well as on the playground equipment . Pungent smell of urine will be sniffed in certain areas but mostly by the covered main gazebo. Some who walks their dog at times won't even clean up after their dog's feces sometimes human's. One thing that is available here are the outdoor gym equipments wherein no need to get membership.. that's cool. Indoor pool is a plus for me cause during summer you don't have to be scorched under extreme heat exposure.
