These people are top notch... some of the best service I've ever had. I will definitely be using them if anything else comes up.

I was unable to unlock the car except for using the key manually, and so forth. Upon returning to the shop, the technicians did a thorough review of the error messages and - due to a recurrence of battery related messages sprinkled throughout all the other error messages saved by the system - hypothesized that the issue was actually cascading from a failing battery. Although this was a coincidental occurrence in terms of timing, I was offered a really good quote on the cost of the battery and no labor costs for changing the battery. Since that time everything has operated perfectly. I am so extremely satisfied with the extra mile service provided by Sherrill Paint & Body and I would recommend them to anyone in need of paint & body work as they are hardworking, generous, and open about their repair process. Not to mention, the body work I initially went in for was completely flawlessly and the car was returned to me in such wonderful clean condition inside and out. I could not be happier with my experience.

Homewood auto body does not require an appointment to get an estimate. I was really appreciative of that fact and flexibility. When I arrived a little after four and walked into the office, a friendly man named Hubert greeted me and asked me how he could help me. . He immediately went out and assessed my vehicle and within 10 minutes or so I was on my way with a printed document for the repair estimate. Super convenient. Friendly people. And the parking lot was packed so that tells me a lot about the work they do and the reputation they have. Besides, their wall is full of accolades for who they are as a business!

I was quoted and paid $9,897 in cash under the clear impression that this covered the full job. When I picked up my car, it still had scratches and an entire unfinished patch on the roof. When I brought this up, I was told those areas "were not included in the estimate." This explanation is unacceptable. For nearly $10,000, no customer should walk away with visible, unaddressed damage--especially when I was upfront about wanting the complete body work done. I am hurt and extremely upset and feel as if my money was waisted I had to take another vehicle of mine to classic collision which is were my insurance referred me to 0 issues and they sent me daily updates and pictures of what the were doing so if you would like a better option then Classic Collision is were you should go Although the staff at homewood auto was polite, professionalism goes beyond manners. It means delivering what was promised and standing behind your work. Unfortunately, that did not happen here. I will not return to this business, nor will I recommend them to others. Customers deserve better accountability and integrity than what I experienced. AND AS I STATED IF I ASKED YOU TO DO THE ENTIRE OUTER BODY OF THE CAR AND YOU FAIL TO INCLUDE IT IN THE ORIGINAL ESTAMINET KNOWING THAT I DONT CLEARLY KNOW WHAT YOU ARE WRITING SHOW POOR PERFORMANCE THAT IS YOU JOB BUT NO WORRIES I TOOK IT TO CLASSIC COLLISION AND THEY ARE CURRENTLY CORRECTING ALL THE INSSUE HERE IS YOUR WARNING DO NOT GO HER EVER!!! THEY ARE VERY POLITE BUT THE WORK ITSELF IS HORRIFIC!!!

So I'm talking with a very attractive woman named Jackie about the process of my repair needs and a gentleman who is also speaking with me comes outside to have a look at the damage from the storm to my tri fold cover. Little did I know I was speaking to the owner himself. A very humble down to earth good hearted man whom like myself love vintage cars. As we were talking about the repair and vintage cars I ended up getting an impromptu tour to his ENORMOUS facility that was beyond impressive! I mean this place has everything!! All of his staff are professional and very seasoned in their craft. I'm very particular about who I allow to fix my vehicle and Hwy 280 paint and body has earned my business! Tim's exact words to me were " if I'm going to repair a car I'm gonna repair it right the first time "! If you want it done right take it to Hwy 280 paint and body!!

After a wrecker dropped off our vehicle, we didn't hear from them for four days. When we called, they said they were waiting on us to provide insurance info - but no one had reached out to ask for anything. No communication. At that point, we simply needed a quote, not to start an insurance claim. From there, it took an additonal week to receive the initial estimate. Again, no one called - we had to follow up. After reviewing the estimate, we decided to go through insurance. The process dragged on for over a month with constant back-and-forth between 280 and Allstate. Communication from 280 remained minimal - we only received updates when we initiated contact. We repeatedly heard "It'll be ready next week," but delays continued with conflicting stories about unpaid balances or new claim issues. Eventually, 280 couldn't complete part of the repair and sent the vehicle to the Toyota dealer without notifying us. No call, no heads-up - just an email from the dealer letting us know they had our vehicle and had started a repair. I initially thought the email was spam since I believed my vehicle was at 280 Paint and Body. This added two more weeks to the process. From November 13 to December 23, we were without a vehicle and caught between blame-shifting from 280 and Allstate. In the end, the repair was fine, and in the last week their office staff, Jackie began calling us and smooth out a few things at Toyota, but the overall process was far more difficult than necessary. I don't plan to return to 280 Paint and Body and am reconsidering my insurance provider moving forward.

The particular car that met my criteria was at Bingham Alabama Porsche dealership . When I called first and talk to a random sales person right off the bat I felt he was not going to work with me..I basically formed him with a series of questions. Then I did my research. Found that Ernest Garver had the best reviews. You must understand that buying a car out of state and not going out to look at it is a process. Trust was built with Ernest to inspect the CPO car for cosmetic items that the warranty would not cover. He was honest and fair ... we were able to get the BIG items fixed before making the deal. He express small items that just were not going to be fixed that the car was priced as is for those and it would be my responsibility to fix. If you have to buy a car and you're not able to hire or go there to inspect it I recommend asking for Ernest. Let him know that Thomas from Greensboro recommended him because he's honest and will go the extra mile!
