The building is always clean and smells great despite being a gym where everyone is sweating. We've had some financial hiccups (covid2020) and they were happy to pause our account without charging!! We are moving and thus leaving the gym as it'll be way too far and they simply cancelled the account with no fees no bargaining of any kind. Low pressure, clean environment and all around great gym! Now, let's compare that to lifetime lifetime is the ultimate experience for a health membership. They don't just excel at the amenities offered at lifetime. They excel at customer service and satisfaction. If an employee had spoken to me that way at lifetime they would have been asked to leave for the day. It was that bad. EOS allowed Misty to continue on the floor working. They only have 2 cryo chairs better on first come first serve basis. Purchase the best membership they offered. Don't see me lasting there long. Probably end up at lifetime based on client experience and satisfaction not being near as good. And like everyone else these days, Gym memberships are an extra. Most any of us can do workouts at home so if I'm going to invest my money I expect the full experience

The instructors are awesome as they are personable, but professional. Either sign up for one class or buy a full month's class. Aside from the classes, I am able to access the gym with enough equipment to use and not having to wait. The place is clean, plenty of shower stalls/daily lockers to use and finally, the front desk staff are helpful. I've already brought a couple of my friends here and are encouraging other friends to join.

Facilties are great: kids center, racketball courts 3, I believe, family/media type room where you can work, decent sized gym. We have used this location for classes for our kids and have been happy. It's clean and has no issues but parking, and if you take 5 min to wait, you'll get a spot. I think this place is a great value.And for thirty bucks a month, you get an awful lot, including pool access. The price also decreases, the longer you by the membership. We have bought it a couple of times, and my favorite part about it is.The kids zone is really only a couple of dollars an hour to have them watch your kid while you work out.

When I picked up my infant son from Child Watch, staff initially told me he had pooped while sleeping. However, when I took him to my car to change him, I found that his diaper was clean and there was no fecal matter inside his clothing. Instead, fecal matter was only on the outside of his shirt and pants. I immediately returned to ask what happened. Tiffany was apologetic, compassionate, and appeared genuinely concerned about the situation. She confirmed that an employee had unknowingly sat my child in a swing that had fecal matter in it, and that they're washing it today. Unfortunately, my experience with the Child Care Director, Tania, was very different. Rather than feeling heard, I felt that my concerns were minimized and met with defensiveness. Tania even directly challenged her own staff's initial assessment, telling me that no poop was on the swing as of I'd made it up. During our conversation, I requested an incident report and was told I would receive one. However, I did not. Instead, I ultimately had to send an email myself to document the incident and create a paper trail. That was disappointing, especially given the nature of the concern. What concerns me most is that parents cannot directly observe the infant areas. We have to trust that proper supervision and sanitation procedures are being followed. When something like this happens, we're left relying entirely on staff explanations, yet I was given conflicting information regarding the condition of the swing where my son had been placed. My hope is that this was an isolated incident, but I believe the childcare program needs stronger oversight, better sanitation practices, more thorough incident documentation, and a more parent-centered response when concerns are raised. No parent should leave wondering whether their child may have been exposed to another person's fecal matter while in care. I am sharing this because accountability and transparency matter, especially when it comes to the health and safety of children. While I still believe the YMCA offers many positive things for families, this experience left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the childcare program.

The parking was fair, inside was clean, the staff served with great enthusiasm and warm greetings. The conference room that we were in has always been everything I could ask for (moveable seating/tables, ice bowl, serving table, state of the art projector, with a lovely view of the outside. When choosing the perfect combo of professional presentation and multi-family options this will be on the top of my list!!!

My family and I have been using this location primarily since getting our membership about 6 months ago. We visit the Y 4-7 days a week and our experiences have been overall very good! Facility: The overall facility is really impressive in my opinion. It is shockingly large (but it makes sense because of the population size it serves) the locker rooms are really pretty nice and all the restrooms on site are always spotless and well kept. Areas like the turf/lifting area, cardio area, lobbies, outdoor pool, indoor pool (basically everywhere) really surpassed my expectations as far as quality and upkeep. The facilities are always clean and just look good in general Equipment: The equipment is very diverse and there are PLENTY of machines and equipment. Multiple of everything or at least multiple versions of equipment that target the same muscles or do the same thing. I only occasionally notice a machine not working and it is always working again within a few days. Most people do wipe down the machines after use but I've also noticed staff with wipe down equipment here and there- makes me feel good that the machines are kept sanitized throughout the day :) Classes: There are ALOT of different classes to take at the Y that are included in your membership. Yoga, hot yoga, boot camp classes, Zumba, water exercise, etc., classes are easy to book through the app and are in individual studios in the Y Childcare: I'm a stay at home mom with a 1 (now almost 2) year old. This is the first daycare situation I've ever put my child in. The childcare director (I forget her name, but the older woman who has an office outside of the childcare center) has amazing experience and is so kind and understanding. It was really hard for me to leave my baby the first few times when she was screaming bloody murder at drop off but this woman was very kind and understanding of my feelings while encouraging me to keep at it and assuring me she would adjust within a week or two. I followed her advice and brought my baby every weekday no matter what and she stopped crying at drop off on day 6 :) she now happily runs all the way to childcare and typically walks in happily of her own free will ;) I feel very comfortable with the daycare staff caring for my child, in the evening they are mostly younger girls who are energetic and friendly with the kids. On warm days they typically play on the playground for awhile and my baby always comes out with a drawing to show me and it makes me so happy! Youth sports: While my child is not old enough to be in youth sports yet, the Y does have A LOT OF SPORTS for children; basketball, soccer, volleyball, ninja obstacle course, just to nap a few. I have volunteer coached for two of these sports and my experience with the youth sports director Jesse, has been great! Jesse is fantastic at coordinating these events (practices and games) and seems truly passionate about making the program the best it can be for the kids and the parents. I've had a lot of fun coaching and seeing kids build their confidence through team sports and make friends while playing their sport :) Staff: I haven't had any personal experiences with a personal trainer but I see them with people everyday, they seem very knowledgeable and supportive of their client. The staff at the front desk has been able to assist me with any thing I've needed so far. Childwatch staff is my fav because they make my kid happy :). The staff who monitor each workout area are like flies on the wall, they don't bother anyone but keep the area clean. Lifeguards are on the younger side (especially in the summer) and have all been pretty fun and always polite. Overall the staff at this location get the job done and are very nice. Overall we are in love with this location and while I'm interested in visiting other locations, D Bradley McWilliams is our home! I definitely recommend checking it out and doing a day pass (which includes 2 days) at the very least. The amount we pay for our membership is more than worth it for what we get out of this Y

You have to contact them but again nobody answers the phone so you either have to pay for a membership you don't use or you have to go in person. I think it's dumb that you have to sign up for a membership to enroll in a summer camp. That's not required for other entities.

There is a culture of community blended perfectly with competitive competition and a environment that makes you want to elevate your workout every single time you walk through the door!!!
