Update: Filling came out FOUR times, within three weeks. There is A LOT more sensitivity and discomfort. I went in and there was no accountability, just excuse after excuse- "it was the cement, it was your bite, it was the material we used.." all things that the dentist is supposed to check before letting you go. He ended offering to "work something out" after all this when I said I did not want to return- saying that I could always continue (return) and if I wanted to go elsewhere and have it redone, then I could. Wtf. So waste money here only to go to someone else to fix your mistakes? AWFUL. Avoid and do not go. Everything in the photo is what popped out within DAYS of the visits and re-visits (some being on the SAME day or the next morning). It's just about money, not at all about the quality or even decency of the work. I have NEVER had an experience this bad. Original Review: Had fillings/crowns come out the same day they were put in. The next day, a separate one popped off. I was told to come in on a weekend to get it fixed, only to find out they opted to close early without telling me (or anyone else that was told to come in for "walk ins"). Super friendly staff here! This was my first visit to this office and it had been almost 2 years since my last dentist visit so I was nervous to say the least. Dr. Godoy was super great and gentle. He answered all my questions, and did a gum treatment due to some inflammation I have. The hygienist was very nice and she did a great job cleaning my teeth. This place is horrible! My daughter had 4 fillings done by Dr. Godoy. One fell out and we went back and had it fixed by Dr. Fitzsimmons. It's now bothering her again and so is another filling done by Godoy. Both fillings have large gaps under them between the filling and the tooth. And one has started to abscess. My daughter was bleeding every time she tried to eat. We have had to go to an emergency dentists to try to ease her pain and fix their shoddy work. They drilled way too close to her nerve on top of everything else! We're now looking at having to give my 15 year old daughter a root canal. DO NOT GO HERE! They will injure you! read more

I try to get my teeth cleaned every 6 months and my last visit to this location was horrid. Today I was left speechless; Dr. Hector Godoy, the new dentist is kind and knowledgeable. He greeted me and the patients in the waiting room with a smile. The dental hygienist Tiffany provided the best cleaning I have ever received. She was waiting for me when I was brought to the cleaning room and was prepared and skilled. Her style, one she attributes to west coast techniques. Tiffany had recently moved from California, and her cleaning technique the best thing out of that state in the last 10 years. Please ask for her on your next cleaning, and give her a huge southern welcome. I'm so glad I gave this location another chance. After reading the multitude of 1 star reviews, I see my experience was not unusual. I confirm an appointment that I did not ask for. I showed up 15 minutes early and after an hour of waiting, watching later arrivals be taken in, I asked what is the holdup? I was told there were no chairs available. I really wish I would have seen the reviews prior to coming here. The service is 0 stars. To be clear I had the same experience 3 times in a 3 week span. Visit was for my kids 6 month standard CLEANING. First time I showed up at 2:40 as instructed for paperwork since my appointment was at 3:00. Was not told I needed to be rescheduled until 3:48. The reason was that my kid had Covid 2weeks ago and that it took them that long to run my insurance. Second time I showed up at 2:45 and my first son was called in at 3:31 his appointment was at 3:00 my second son was called in at 3:54 (I logged it). They took them to the back and took their x-rays and then told me they needed to reschedule again. By this point I was forced to come back because they stated that they were already billing my insurance. The reason for rescheduling was that the dental hygienest had gotten sick and went home. Not sure why they didn't inform me immediately but I guess they wanted to get my money first. The third time I came in I showed up at 3:55 and my kids appointment was at 4:00. The first one was called in at 4:20 my second kid was seen at 4:56. NEVER have I had to wait at a dentist office longer than 15 min. I have never felt such a disrespect of my time. By the way I had to check out my kids from school the 1st and second time. Not to mention leave work 3 times. These people do not care about your time. I spoke to a dentist and he didn't even acknowledge or apologize for the inconvenience that was caused. the front desk ladies do not greet you or communicate with you or keep you informed. The last time I called prior to showing up to confirm I was not going to get rescheduled and to make sure my kids would be seen at 4:00 as they stated. They said everything was a go and they would be seen at 4:00 (They were NOT) Needless to say, I WISH I would have read the reviews on all the platforms. Went in for what I thought was going to be routine dental work (x-rays, cleaning, exam, and to look at crown which had broken) Dr. Godoy sat with me in a small room and spoke about what I needed/wanted. Duh-routine dental work. After x-rays, went into exam room. When Dr. Godoy came in took a look (with a flashlight) and began the litany of things I needed and suggested I get started on soon. He asked me to wait while an estimate was being worked up. (estimate???) Was a bit confused since all he needed to do was to pop off old crown and put a new one in place. Finally got the estimate, and after all was said and done, (3 extractions-don't really know why, temporary denture or bridge-again for what, and of course suggesting implants). Said he could probably get done around Thanksgiving, this is June. My "estimate" was over $15,000 which was my out of pocket. !!!!!!!!! This place is a scam. They only want to make money off people. Will NEVER return and definitely would not give a recommendation. By the way, that was the extent of my visit, nothing else. read more

Disappointed with Dr Godoy. I came for severe TMJ, but said I needed the routine stuff as well as I wanted an estimate for future veneer replacement. As soon as that was mentioned, it was all he focused on. I had to ask him to come back into the room to even mention the TMJ once. Never mentioned any cavities, which I find hard to believe. I tried to ask the lady at the front to ask him but he was busy. She said she would email me the next day, Friday, with pricing and answering my cavity question. I got an email Wednesday with a price plan that once again, only mentioned the veneer replacement. Very brushed off and only care about the money! Im in pain but thanks a lot for the help! Under new ownership. I have been going here for 5 or more years. I tried to get my routine cleaning and was REFUSED. The dentist (Hector) said I needed a deep cleaning for an extra $750 and that was only for the back teeth. I have Delta dental insurance. I have refused the deep cleaning before under previous ownership and had no problem getting my teeth cleaned. I DO NOT recommend this place anymore. Only interested in getting more money out of you! I have had that number for 20 years. It is my personal cell phone. My husband is in hospital and seriously ill. My son took off from work so I could make the appointment. These guys are cold as ice, empty. They are greedy. They won't honor teeth cleaning deals they advertise. Depending on who you talk to at reception, the $59 cleaning deal validation will shift. They don't make any consessoons for people without insurance. Don't bother going there unless you have unlimited money or insurance. I made appointment months ago with the $59 deal for hygienist cleaning. Then I arrive and next receptionist says no. They need to get their policies the same. Horrible experience. They asked me to change twice my time to an earlier time. While I hesitated I accepted. During that same time I got a text from the office that my original time was confirmed. So I get there 5 minutes late and there is no one at the front desk. I patiently wait and 12 minutes later they tell me I am late and the doctor can't attend me because she is leaving early. Wow, I finally feel like I have found a real dentist! When you have been sent to a dentist who does sloppy work and is totally negative you really appreciate it when you find a good one. Dr Godoy was a breath of fresh air. He thoroughly examined everything, was professional, personable and at least told me what "could" happen with a positive outlook instead of saying that negative things would happen. I left feeling that my tooth was totally fixed instead of tasting solutions in my mouth and having to feel where the tooth cement was not cleaned off. I can't tell you enough how I appreciated this new experience, Dr Godoy, and the rest of his staff. I already have one or two more customers for him. I've been going to this dentist for the past few years and have always had great experiences. I recently went a few months ago with my two kids and the staff was super friendly, the dental hygienist explained things thoroughly, the dentist came in for a sec examined my teeth and said all was good. When I was done with my teeth cleaning I walked to the restroom and noticed someone passed out on a chair in the room next to the restroom and realized it was the dentist, not sure if he had a rough night the day before but I just thought it was extremely unprofessional for him to be asleep on the job. I don't think I'll be returning, I don't want a half awake dentist examining my teeth or my kids teeth. I would love to see more consistency, the main dentist seems to change every year. read more

These guys are amazing. Dr. Macpherson and her staff went above and beyond to make my visit with them as easy and comfortable as possible. I was having some extreme pain in one of my molars and they were able to fit me in to get it taken care of two days in a row. The tooth ended up needing to be pulled and Dr. Macpherson did an awesome job. Not a huge fan of needles, especially ones in the mouth, but her and her staff helped me through it. They were so kind. Went to get tooth checked for a cracked filling yesterday 9JUL2018. The receptionist recognizes my daughter and comes from around the counter to say hello. I don't know this woman but I'm unconcerned. By the time I am leaving the office I get a text message from my ex wife acknowledging my presence at the office. When asked how she knew, my ex wife admitted the receptionist texted her regarding me being at the office. The last two times that I have gone in for cleaning the cleaning part has gone fine but they handed me my Fluoride the first time and said to put it on at home later (which I never did, no instructions given) and the second time they were going to do that again, had to ask if they would do it. Also, I recently had impressions for a night guard done. It took the technician three times to get the top impression right. When I got out of the chair and went to the restroom my whole face was covered with the mold material and My upper lip had an abrasion on it and my whole mouth was sore for two days. Also had to return to the office to have the top teeth mold done again. I will definitely be looking for a dentist. read more

She is so knowledgeable & kindhearted. She took her time to explain "everything" to me. She gave me different treatment plan options that I've never seen any dentist doing it (they usually offer you the most expensive one). I won't go back was told my portion to pay was 700.00 and with two plates would be 900.00. I chose not to get the plates and they still charged me 900.00. Then I got my statement from my dental insurance and it said my portion was 500.00. I contacted them and even sent a copy of my statement to them to show them like they asked and never heard back. We've been here several times and I must say this place has really gone downhill. Dr. Ho was awesome, but she no longer works here. My latest experience was last week... it took nearly 2 hours for a simple teeth cleaning and they weren't even that busy. It really was a terrible experience. I had four (4) people attempt to clean my teeth at various stages of the two hours that I was there. Everyone working there seemed disorganized. Every time someone would come in to do something another person would come to the door and chit chat (sometimes in Spanish) and the person cleaning my teeth would be distracted and then leave after a few minutes. I almost got up and walked out several times throughout my visit... that's how bad/disappointing it was. Extremely unprofessional. My family won't be back... we'll find a better/more professional dentist and staff. read more

First time I called for appointment manager told me I was covered by my insurance and she would call back if there was a problem. She did not call back and when I arrived, I was told they did not take my insurance. The staff and manager were rude and after some time admitted they made and error and the doctor would see me. Made another appointment for teeth cleaning and the dental Assistant took only ten minutes and then informed me if he did a better cleaning it would cost me $275, which I declined. Accidentally left my sunglasses behind, called them and said I would be back in several days to pick them up. When I returned they could not find them and manager would speak to the staff but would not let me speak to the dentist. Had to call them back more than several times and let me know they did not have security cameras and the cleaning people must have stolen them. I am a new patient and had my first appointment today (2/12/19) at 8:00 am (which is the time they open) and got there 20 minutes early in case they opened early to let me fill out all the new patient forms, but they weren't open so that's understandable cause they don't open till 8:00 but when that time rolled around they still weren't open and nobody was in the parking lot? So I waited till 8:20 and still nobody was there and the doors were still locked and nobody was inside and no cars were in front or behind there building so I left because I could only assume how the visit would go if literally everyone was late! If I could give this place zero stars I would. I arrived for my appointment and waited until 20 minutes after my appointment time before I was called back. My appointment was for a cleaning and to get some cavities filled. The cleaning went fine but when it came time to do my cavities I was numbed up then I sat there for OVER AN HOUR waiting for the doctor to come back. Eventually I went to the from desk and was informed he was in with a different patient, even though I was there first and still wasn't done with my appointment. I decided to just leave and make another appointment to get my cavities filled. That was a mistake. I returned for my filling and was numbed up and the entire time my filling was getting done the doctor kept shaking his head and seeming unsure of himself. After everything I was told that there might be some discomfort for a little while after but that was an understatement. For a little over a month after I had to take advil every 4 hrs just to get through the day. I was in so much pain that I could barely eat anything. Even soft foods. Eventually the pain subsided for the most part but eating super crunchy foods still hurts, and just the other night I was eating PASTA and part of my filling fell out. PATSA!! NOT even something hard at all!! I will not be returning to this doctor and for your sake I hope you never go. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went for a cleaning and xrays yesterday (it's been awhile since I've been to the dentist and I was a new patient) and everyone was super nice. They explained everything that they needed to do. They recommended a deep cleaning, which after insurance was over $700. I figured I could wait on that and get a regular cleaning done in the meantime. Well as soon as I turned down the recommended work, the receptionist, who was sent in to explain the pricing and payment plans, started taking off the bib thing. I explained that I hadn't gotten my cleaning yet and she told me that they wouldn't be doing a cleaning. According to her my insurance will not pay for a regular cleaning when a deep cleaning is recommended. Insane right? Well needless to say I was pissed and I left without getting a cleaning. I called my insurance and they said that they had never heard of that. The lady triple checked my info and said that they would definitely pay for a regular cleaning even if a deep cleaning is recommended. Basically, since I declined the work, they declined to clean my teeth. I had made a follow up for a few fillings I needed, but I will not be going back to this place ever again. My family has been going to this dentist for a little over a year. Dr. Ho was great, and the staff was always friendly. However, the people at the front desk are disorganized and they do not follow up. I visited the dentist about three months ago and was told that I would get a quote for a few different options. They never called me or sent me any information. I took my son for an exam/cleaning last week and scheduled a follow up visit to have his cavities filled today. Unbeknownst to me, they cancelled the appointment because I didn't return their voicemail! They said that they have "other patients" who do not show up, so unless the appointment is verbally confirmed the day before, they cancel you. This was not a long-standing appointment. I scheduled it last week. So, I took off of work and rearranged my schedule only to find out that I had no appointment and the next one isn't available for three weeks. They never apologized, just said, "Well-we left you a message." It's very unfortunate because the location was great for us and the doctors and assistants were good. read more

I've tried three times to make an appointment, once calling in and twice using their website to schedule a visit. I never received a phone call to confirm an appointment. I had an amazing experience at my new dentist! Right when I walked in I was greeted by the very sweet front desk girl. She answered all my questions and was well informed, friendly and welcoming.
