They sent me an email telling me item was back in stock Within 30 minutes I ordered the gun, they took my money, and sent me an order confirmation. Bunch of LIARS! In March 2020 I placed an ammunition order on Tombstone Tactical's online store. The ammunition was in stock and I paid for the ammo. Weeks went by and I tried contacting them many times as to the status of the order. I got no response. I tried using the Norton Shopping Guarantee and they got back to me saying that the time period had expired. To make a long story short, when Tombstone Tactical finally got back to me, months later, they claim they told me that the ammunition was out of stock and that they contacted me telling me so the same day! OMG! They have no morals - lying to cover their incompetence! When I pressed them further and called them on their lies, they magically came up with a copy of an email supposedly dated that day stating the ammunition was out of stock. So they doubled down and thought I'd fall for a FAKE email! Yes, faking an email is an incredibly easy thing to do - obviously something even they can do. Let me state that I NEVER received ANY such correspondence from them. Yes, I checked ALL of my email folders, including SPAM and even All MAIL, everyday from the day of the order to the end. For them to produce a fake email shows how low they are willing to go. This all happened (just) before the huge ammunition (and gun) panic buying. Incompetent bunch of lying morally bankrupt group of low-life people. I won't even call them a "company". There are plenty of other places to spend your hard-earned money and time. A couple of years ago I purchased a sound suppressor from them. Very helpful. Friendly. Liked their dog - Ranger. I returned a couple of months later to buy an AR15. The guy behind the counter was very rude and ran me out of the store, so he could hustle a young woman who was also at the counter, getting a rifle repaired. I was very angry to say the least. A couple of months went by and I returned to buy a cleaning kit. The place was packed with customers and "friends" who were wandering behind the counter. Absolute chaos. I put the cleaning supplies back and as I was walking out, the counter guy ( same one who was hustling the woman ) said to me in a loud voice, " Excuse me sir, did I do something to f*cking piss you off "? I've been dealing with the Phoenix store for about a year now and I have zero complaints! The staff is very professional and knowledgeable and the store is clean and well organized. I've told everyone I know this is the place to go to buy your next firearms or accessory. Wish I could say the same about the Chino Valley store! I ordered a pistol there and was told it was in stock and ready for pickup. I drove over a hour to get there to pick it up only to find out it was not available. I called the Phoenix store to complain, left a message and received a call several hours later telling me the salesman had screwed up and the pistol was there the whole time. Several days later when I went to pickup the pistol, AGAIN the same guy was late to work which obviously pissed off his coworker and everyone waiting in the store! He came into the store like a bull in a china shop with his bad attitude in tow! He was carrying a sidearm in a very loose holster which in my opinion was downright unsafe and in his haste ran into a elderly gentleman. Not once did he say I'm sorry or even excuse me! I did not get this guy's name but he's the guy who looks like a homeless guy! His poor attitude, his lack of knowledge, his unkept appearance, and his down right poor attitude will make me never go into the Chino store again!!! Gets even better - despite cancelling the order, they sent the bolt carrier but it had been fired before it was sent to me. I contacted LMT and their reply was they do test fire parts but clean them before shipping. This bolt has brass marks on the carrier, bolt face and carbon on the bolt tail and firing pin. Dudes are always friendly and will never be carrying high points in custom holsters, or $1500 1911's in shitty nylon belt holsters. 1. I ordered a shotgun from them. They sent me an e-mail saying I had to get my FFL to send them their license. I sent a response to cancel the order. The next day I received an e-mail that the gun had shipped. They obviously did not read my e-mail or bother to contact me. 2. I wanted to confirm that the gun was new and not used or refurbished. I was on hold for 45 minutes and then when I did get through I got a message that the mailbox was full and should call back later. I don't know what to make of this. I'm waiting on the shotgun, but I'm going to really check out the gun as close as I've ever checked out one before. I found Tombstone Tactical online. I went by the Phoenix store to check them out. Really nice folks! My Mom lives in Northern Az and I was in the area, so I thought I'd stop by the Chino Valley location and check them out. The location is a little bit off the beaten track. A couple of blocks off of the main drag. It looks like a small converted house when you first see it. The guys inside were really cool! Prices seemed decent too. A pretty nice selection of new and used firearms. Some accessories too. I'll stop by again if I'm ever in the area. Check this place out. You'll like it! read more
