Bonnie and Clyde drink minus a cherry :).

This place has high ratings for a reason. Such a great place. Don't be afraid to visit, just go around the right side of the building and see the beautiful water. Service is top notch and the drinks were fantastic. Coolest atmosphere and live music almost every weekend!

Very clean upscale establishment with a couple of sitting areas that are furnished with stylish and comfortable upholstered furniture. Additionally, there is seating at the bar and there are many bar height tables and chairs throughout. The cocktails were exceptional, but note the price increase; thus, there is an image or two in the photos section here on yelp which do not accurately reflect the current price. The current price for cocktails is significantly higher than what the menu in the picture shows. Also, be sure to read the fine print for happy hour prices.

In addition to wine, they offer a selection of beer on tap and in bottles, and some mixed drinks. I noticed they even featured a local brewery. Ciao Vino offers wine by the glass or bottle. The wine selection is not extensive, but it does have a balanced selection of dry vs sweet and red vs white. The menu also includes a few light bites. We ordered a charcuterie. I was a little underwhelmed as to its content which interestingly enough included chocolate covered raisins. Our wines - glasses of Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Grigio - were served at a perfectly chilled temperature and very good. The prices are moderate. The staff were pleasant. This place has potential to be a great addition to the mix of establishments downtown. However, it could be enhanced by some added features such as: bottled wine displayed in store for purchase to take home, educational wine classes, wine flights accompanied by informative descriptions, and a rotating selection of weekly or monthly featured wines to add variety to the menu.

Really enjoyed this new wine bar in Hamilton. It's great to have an option to all of the breweries…read more Very nice staff. Nice selection of wines. There are several choices of small bites. The charcuterie board had a good variety of cheeses, fruit, meat, crackers and chocolates! My only suggestion is that they dim the lights a bit. It would add a lot to the coziness.

Came here during burger week and I'm so glad I did!…read more The burger for the week was so good. One of the best burgers I've had in a long time. The restaurant was busy and on an hour wait but I ended up sitting at the bar and when with them brining busy the food came out quick and made right. I loved the espresso martini and I can't wait to come back and try more of their menu.

There was no water issue- so maybe sewer gas? Not a great first impression. I would like to say the servers were wonderful. If I could rate them alone it would be 5 stars- they were the majority of the 3 we gave for this visit. The food itself- no one was very impressed with- it was all just ok. The only stand out was the Southern chicken and waffles. Nice heat and both were crispy. Everything else was just bland- (between us we had eggs Benedict, breakfast burger, denver omelettes, French toast, southern chicken and waffles). The Nashville Mary had some appetizers attached- those were good- the drink itself wasn't. For 7 of us, the bill was $200. We have heard good things about the All-Day menu so we may go back to try that- the brunch for us is a no- there are better options in the area like Coopers Hawk, Cheesecake Factory, Toast & Berry, Cozy's etc

We started with the tasting and all of the selections on the sweet menu were absolutely delicious! I honestly would purchase them all by the bottle they were that good. Even though it was a little busy, we still were able to walk right up and get a spot and were instantly waited on and she did a wonderful job of keeping the tastings coming. We hadn't decided on dinner yet and my friend recommended we stay and eat because she loved the food - I am glad that I took her suggestion. I got the jambalaya and I do not think I have had such a flavorful jambalaya in Ohio much less a winery-type place. My mouth is honestly watering right now thinking about it. Our waiter for our dinner was quick and kind. Overall it was an amazing experience, especially for my birthday, and I will definitely be back - that strawberry rhubarb wine is calling my name again already!

We made our reservation about a month in advance, arrived early at 5:00 p.m. for our 5:15 seating, and were seated fairly quickly. Our waitress, Margaret, was friendly at first--but unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. We waited 45 minutes for our starter and an hour and a half for our entrée. What made it more frustrating was watching nearby tables--many seated after us--receive their meals, finish, and even turn over while we were still waiting. We finally left around 7:30 p.m., feeling very disappointed. The food at Cooper's Hawk is consistently excellent, which is why this experience was so discouraging. There were also billing issues: I had a birthday reward and several wine bottles through my membership available, yet the wine was still charged to our bill and the birthday reward wasn't applied until I pointed it out. Although part of it was corrected, we still ended up paying for the bottle that should have been included. We usually enjoy wonderful visits here, and Cooper's Hawk remains one of my favorite restaurants. However, this particular experience--especially the long wait times and billing confusion--was truly disappointing, and I would hesitate to dine in the same section again.
