Mushroom Wagyu burger, sweet potato waffle fries
    Jackie Z.

Came for a group work event--easy location in West Chester with the top golf nearby, and plenty of parking. They had a semi private room for our party (shared with an exciting birthday group), and many in the team got some good beers to kick off. I was a bit underwhelmed with the burger but the sweet potato waffle fries were on point (great crisp). The kitchen messed up my friends order (no tartar sauce), and they did replace it pretty quickly, so kudos to them.

We stopped in here as we were leaving town as it was something new we had never heard of. I am glad we did because I did indeed discover the best sweet potato fries ever!! The place was very nice and a more upscale vibe. It was 2pm so after the lunch rush but still within their lunch hour time frame. There was only our party and one other during that time, so service was attentive and quick. My only qualm was I asked for my burger medium and it was well done. But it was still delicious and honestly the winner here was those sweet potato fries!! My husband loved his fish sandwich and the old bay fries were perfectly seasoned. We will be back when in the area!

I chose 3 stars because it really should be 3.5 but not as high as 4. This was our first time in and I will say the waitress was definitely 5 star, she explained everything about what they had to offer and what their top sellers were and was very prompt on getting our order and then serving us. My husband ordered a beer and I ordered the New York Sour and the bartender must have been fairly new as the waitress had to tell her how to prepare it. It was a decent drink. I ordered the lunch combo of Margherita Flatbread and Tomato Basil Bisque. My hubby ordered the Fish and Chips. The cod fish was seasoned well in his dish but he said the breading was a bit too thick. His fries were fine and the tartar sauce was good. His slaw was ok. My flatbread was very salty and only ate half. The Tomato Basil Bisque was delicious and I would definitely have it again. We did not do dessert. The place was clean and ok if you want a quick meal.

This place is underrated! I went to lunch with my daughter and the staff was incredible to her. It was super busy for lunch but we didn't wait to be seated. It's a very relaxed environment and they had tvs all over the place showing sports! This will be a nice place to go and watch the World Cup! Food was delicious and the portions were huge! We are always happy to take food home. I will definitely be back!

Really impressed. We have driven by a few times and finally decided to stop. We were there about 6:00 pm on a Saturday night and had no problem getting seated. They turned tables fairly quickly, though it didn't feel rushed. We started with the calamari. The aioli was really good. Calamari was not chewy and had a good seasoning. We then both got soup. The tomato bisque and the soup of the day, salmon chowder. Both were a good sized portion. Tomato bisque was tasty. Salmon chowder was very good and nothing I have had before. Thinner than a clam chowder but creamy with veggies. For dinner, my husband ordered the pork loin with asparagus and mashed potatoes. I ordered the Matt's Wagyu burger with a side Miller salad. The pork was cooked perfectly and was not tough at all. Mashed potatoes are whipped. Burger was cooked medium, as ordered. Toppings were fresh with a beautiful ripe red tomato. The Miller salad is tasty with blue cheese crumbles, bacon, red onions and a tangy dressing. Inside is very nice. Lighting is low but not too low. Manager checked on tables throughout the evening. All servers were pleasant. We will be back to try a few more intriguing items on the menu.

Just good not amazing. The atmosphere is nice with plenty of tv's to watch any sporting event. The service was great and attentive. The drinks were ok and beer was cold. The Nashville Hot flatbread was the winner, while the wings were ok as I expected better at a place like this. Only one sauce option and they were slightly overcooked. Still a contender with the other restaurant options nearby.

Nice location for a fine steak and a brew in Union Center just off I-75 in West Chester. Large bar area and a nice patio. We had the soup or salad with either flatbread or a sandwich. Great choice for lunch or dinner. Parking on site. Ask for Zack... he really took care of us. Enjoyable event.

From the beginning of my lunch through the experience, I have to say the food was amazing! My Reuben was perfectly prepared - the corned beef was delicious and moist - a tangy sauce heightened the flavor of the sauerkraut without overpowering the meat. I have to say, I love, love, love this sandwich. The Loaded Potato Soup was the perfect complement to the Reuben. Hearty, smoky bacon and savoriness that heightened the flavor of the meal. I was greeted by the hostess and enjoyed a quick chat as I was seated. My server was great - always ready with a smile and quick to refresh my drink! The best part of this experience is the pub like atmosphere - music in the background, big screen tv playing local and national sporting events - the atmosphere was enhanced by the pleasant conversation between a roomful of satisfied patrons! This is a must try destination in the Streets of West Chester -

Stopped in for lunch, nice lunch specials with half salad soup or sandwich. Got the half club with a wedge salad, timely service and everything was fresh. Would go back for lunch, or maybe a drink at the large bar area for dinner.

Service was good. I got the Seared Salmon. I loved the maple bourbon sauce that was on it. We also got the Nashville Hot Chicken Flatbread and the Carrot Cake. Everything was so good! I want to come back to try the other things on the menu!

This has always been our favorite restaurant. We have also dined at the original Matt the Miller in Kilkenny, Ireland. Last night, I was dining with my family of 6 in a booth and talking with your fantastic GM "V". When "V" left our table, the Table next to ours of really elderly customers stopped "V" and was visibly upset with her for talking to our table. I do not know what transpired in their conversation with "V," but I could tell it was not going well. After the incident, I asked "V" what happened, and she said she took care of it. But, said that their table ( ALL WHITE) was offended that she talked to our table ( ALL BLACK AND HISPANIC ) before she talked to their table. This is what Our America has become: "SAD". I'm a 25-year Marine Corps Gulf War Veteran who risked his life in war so they could sit in your restaurant. "V" handled this situation with professionalism as she always does.

    Wagu Matt's Burger
    Alexis M.

The food was good, I tasted both the wagu burger and ruban, the wagu was cooked to my satisfaction, the one glass of the house wine was good, and the service was okay our waiter was sweet. The lighting was nice and dim and just a great ambiance. It wasn't noisy.

Maddie was a super nice waitress that easily helped our group of ten. We each had various food and drink orders that she remembered perfectly. She even had great suggestions for food and drink orders. The inside of the building is on the smaller side so the patio is nice to use in better weather. With the parking lot being shared with other businesses in the strip there's always a fair amount of parking. Definitely try the new baked mac & cheese!

This great wrap that I enjoyed was the least memorable part of my first meal at my new favorite place to eat and drink. Funny because it was the main course. Apparently, they brew everything they have on tap. Their shining star is an IPA called You Betcha! I don't like IPAs, but I love You Betcha! They have a grape variation of You Betcha which is flat-out delicious. Every time they'd stop by and ask if I want another drink, they got a progressively more sloppy, Fargo-accent laden "You Betcha!" Let's talk about their beer cheese for a second. I had it with some tortilla chips, but then ordered some pretzels with beer cheese. To be clear, they also sent out mustard with the pretzels and cheese. This beer cheese is now my favorite food and beverage. I think they should serve their beer cheese in a mug... with a pretzel straw.... it would be great for the ol' cholesterol. The staff ranges from plain friendly to snarky-yet-hilarious. The customers... were friendly. Like, the whole place was cool, and attracted cool people. It made for a fun evening. Highly recommend!

Our host was able to make reservations for seating areas for large numbers of people, so once we had two areas of a dozen or more, and a couple other times we had one area of that size. This flexibility was a big plus because we could only guess at how many would make it each time. We had ice-cold beers of every description, including IPAs, hazys, and other local crafts. I can't name them all, and some drafts aren on the printed menu, bu5 8 kniw we had Psychopathy, a flavorful IPA, and Seeing Colors Tropical IPA, with a sweeter / hazy profile. Dont miss their cocktails! We loved the S'More Espresso Martini: vodka, chocolate liqueur, coffee tiqueur, and espresso :-) So much yum! And we ordered various pizzas. Our favorite was the Scenic Supreme (pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms, red onions, green peppers, black olives) and the Vista Veggie (about the same without the meats). I also saw friends devouring Caprese Canyon (olive oil, minced garlic, fresh mozzarella, fresh basil, roma tomatoes, balsamic drizzle). And of course regular pepperoni. Tasty crust, tasty red sauce, (you could get white sauce), generous toppings. We got the large sizes, which were enough for at least four people per pie. Sandwich-wise, the most popular was the Cuban Reuben: marble rye, corned beef, ham, swiss cheese, sauerkraut, dill pickle, and Russian dressing. It's the added ham and pickles that move it toward a Cuban sandwich. Well-stacked, hot, and flavorful. For local flavor, the Goetta sandwich: that flavorful Cincinnati oat-pork hash, with candied bacon, american cheese, pickled jalapeños, lettuce, and ranch. Here and there we shared Buffalo fried-Cauliflower with celery and ranch on the side. This was. Not as spicy as it could be. But if you're going to eat cauliflower, this is tasty approach. We like the tangy Fried Pickle Spears better, served with lightly-spicy chipotle ranch. And we added some fresh crunchy Caesar salads, too, and and amazing pecan, apple, blue cheese, cranberry salad! So many candied pecans! Somehow, the servers kept up with an erratic flow of orders from different groups, keeping track on portable devices, so it was easy for each group to settle their own bill as-needed. It may not sound like much, but it was impressively smooth and error-free. And the staff remained helpful, and cheerful throughout. They built a large playgroup area with slides and climbers and more. Inside there's a large play camper that we spent a lot of time in, too! This is a great place for fresh-air dining, for large groups, and especially for kids. We lived the food and drink. Lots of wonderful leftovers, especially those huge pizzas!

I was surprised that there were not any disabled parking spots close to the side entrance. It's a large lounge, upscale and beautifully decorated though does not have an intimate feel. Majority of seating is tables vs. bar. The cocktail menu is unique and fun, with the different drinks named after famous and infamous gunslingers. I had a Baby Face Nelson which was attractive and delicious. At first I though it was a little weak but towards the end it hit with a bang (see what I did there). I also took advantage of the ladies night menu and got a $5 cucumber mint G&T. The cocktail pricing is what you'd expect, ranging from $12 to $16. The wine list is not extensive and I would not describe this as a wine bar. But, I would come here seeking a fancy cocktail anyway. No food served, but door dash menus are available and there is also a limited menu for direct delivery from the Indian restaurant across the road. The outdoor patio looks nice. We were there on the earlier side, around 5 PM on a weekday. Service was pretty attentive with only one waitress handling the tables. My coworker that ordered the shrimp po boy sandwich gave it a thumbs up. Most other items, including the pizzas and salads, got poor reviews. Our host that picked Voodoo thought it may be a fun activity for us but we gave up on participating. Lots of seating inside and fine for groups. Private parking lot. If you stop in, ask for a short table (also with bad chairs) and only order apps and beer.
