LOVE them. Only issue is that they weren't outlet priced, at $20 and 20% off I actually got them for cheaper from the regular Gap when they were 2 for $20. I bought them anyways in 4 new colors. I visited the Vans outlet in NJ on family vacation and purchased a sweatshirt for my sons birthday…read more When returning to Ohio the Vans store left the security tag on the sweatshirt. They recommended going to a local Vans store and have them remove the security tag. The local store was not able to remove the tag and could not return the item as it was purchased at an outlet store. In calling the NJ Vans store again and further explaining the issue to Mitchel and his supervisor Kyle they said it was an honest mistake on there end and they can not issue a refund and there is nothing else they could do. Amazing lack of costumer service. Guess all they care is that Vans got $50 and I have a useless sweatshirt as a birthday present.
