First time I went here was right after it opened my nails came out so bad and when I complained they made me so so uncomfortable I wanted to cry the man was really aggressive. I love going here but today I'm little frustrated due to nail tech tells me to do my nails their way which i agree cause was taking their advice but when i cash out it cost me freaking $75.00! To get powder on my nails ! Not happy i usual tip $10 but today $6.00 . Hate yo be over charge during these trying times. Going back to work tomorrow thought i make my hands nail look great not worth $75.00 ugh just stinks read more

I've been to this location twice now ... the first time I went it was amazing! It was a weekend day so I expected it to be busy but it wasn't! The staff was friendly my mother and I were taken right away, the staff joked around with us and made us laugh. They worked for a long time making my feet feel fabulous!! We went back today and it was not the same experience ... it was middle of a Wednesday afternoon so I did not have an appointment but it was packed! We had to wait a little bit which was fine. There is a new sign in system on an iPad where you could enter what services you wanted. We were barely greeted but just told to enter our information. There appears to be some new reward system where $=points and if you get enough points you get a $25 reward towards your service, however this reward system is only available if you pay in cash which is disappointing. There is no fee to use your card just you don't get points. To help with this they have installed an ATM in the salon. I wasn't sold on this and didn't use it. Today the staff seemed a little unfriendly and disorganized. My sister in law was moved to 4 different nail stations before starting her manicure. After my first visit I thought this would be my new favorite place to get my nails done but now I'm not sold. I will probably give it one more chance at some point before making my final decision. read more

Favorite salon in the area! Always so friendly and clean! I've had manicures, pedicures and eyebrow waxing at Dragon and always walked out happy. Great selection of dip, gel and traditional. Only salon I trust with my eyebrow waxing. read more

First time here, and my nail came out great! Lots of colors to choose from... and I was given plenty of time to choose even though they were ready to take me. I came in before work and since I didn't have time to do a pedicure they told me if I wanted to come after work to just call and they would take me! They did just that! Will definitely be back! Went today as a walk in appointment. I asked for a gel manicure and was taken right away. The nail tech had a hard time removing the old gel and left chips of old polish on the nail. She continued to file and never cleaned the nail completely. Polish wasn't smooth and had to be removed and reapplied. The owner stated that the tech had a hard time with polish as it was a summer pink opi color. He removed gel and refiled again. Now I have very short nails and no polish! Won't go back. My first few visits were fine. However, when I dared to speak up about what I did not like and wanted fixed, I was ridiculed and left feeling quite intimidated by two of the gentlemen. Based on this experience, I would never feel comfortable returning to this salon. read more

My first visit was so so. They were not very friendly and my nails came out ok. I decided to give it a second chance. I asked for a manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. She barely used the pumice on my feet and the polish on my nails was a bit messy. A guy who I assume was the manager asked 3 girls to do my brows...they left me sitting for 10 minutes before I left without a wax. They are a bit over priced for the service they provide. The place is very nice the staff was friendly not the most welcoming at first. I almost walked out after not being greeted after 5 minutes! They didn't have a huge selection of OPI however could be because they are new. The shape of my nails came out great however the nail technician cut into my sides on two of my nails wayyyyy to much! Not only is it painful but I'm hoping they grow back okay. They def take there time however it is completely overpriced so I won't be going back. $30 for a fill with regular polish is def overpriced! read more

Got a dip manicure and was disappointed when it lasted way less than it should- began to lift and chip after only a week! Every other time I've gotten a dip manicure at my normal salon, they lasted for up to four weeks! Overpriced and not quality work! Won't be back.. read more

The spa looked beautiful and clean. I was greeted right away. The shape of my nails are okay, but when it came to the polish they rushed and left a huge bubble of clear gel on my nail. Went to get it fixed and the bubble popped leaving a smudge on my nail. Had it fixed but the same spot later smudged. Couldn't get anyone attention to fix it again. Also 35$ full set for regular polish is seven dollars more than competitors. Expected a little more for the price. read more

I'm glad I stumbled across this place. I feel like the techs listen to u about what u want & will gladly adjust or fix at your request. Every single time I walk in. no appointment. & I've never had to wait. I've been to a plethora of nail salons and this one by far is the best in my opinion. They are a bit pricier than the others in the surrounding area but it's all worth it to me! The only tiny hiccup I can say I've ever had was upon my first ever visit. I had requested the powder dip full set manicure & a gel pedicure . When I asked the tech how much for the powder dip full set, she informed me that it was $40 (standard nail salon price even with tips applied.) She had me get my pedicure first while my previous powder dip manicure (from another salon) soaked in acetone to be removed. Once the pedicure was done she proceeded to take off the old manicure and realized I have short nails and would need tips. She then informed me that it would $50 for the set bc it's $10 for the tips. In my head I was trying to make sense of it bc tips are the cheapest things u can buy. I could have thousands for $10. And why at the other salons they never charge for the tips???? Had me a little heated for a quick moment & then I had to rationalize in my head that it's not worth the trouble to go elsewhere where I'd probably have to wait and also use more gas going elsewhere along with the fact of time sake. So I shook it off and gave the go ahead. She apologized for not being clear and explained that it's not just for the tips but bc they would have to shape and file and so forth. I will have to say I'm glad I did bc my nails were stunning. The length, shape, color, smoothness & shine was divine! Now I have no issues whatsoever about the $10 extra bucks. I'd rather have quality in my mani! And I feel this place has done that. I hope if whoever is reading this and considers this place has a wonderful experience as well. Just a FYI before u go so u know~~ they don't take cards but they do have an ATM machine that doesn't charge a withdrawal fee. So all is great! read more

My first visit during their grand opening was great. I asked for a manicure and Pedi. Both came out great. I even recommended this place to a friend. Unfortunately When we went there for my birthday Our experience was so so and we didn't even end up leaving a tip. My friend got gel nails which came out awesome except that the lady doing the nails was making fun of her for keeping her nails short. Where as I was getting hassled for only getting a manicure despite repeatedly saying that the powder dip or gel do not work well for me. The technician that was doing my nails continuously talked, laughed ,and purposely seemed to not pay attention to what she was doing. My nails came out with bubbles and wrinkles in the topcoat and uneven polish overall. And when I accidentally tapped my nail against the fan used for drying, I repeatedly asked for someone to fix it and was just ignored. Will not be going back after this most recent visit. read more

Even after I requested the manager, I was told someone was "finishing up" and would take care of her -- yet more walk-ins continued to be served before her. In the end, I completed both my pedicure and manicure while my daughter was still waiting. We left and went somewhere else. This was meant to be a special mother-daughter experience, and it was extremely disappointing to see appointments not respected. Unfortunately, we will not be returning, and I cannot recommend this place to friends, family, or business associates.

I would highly recommend this salon to everybody, with zero complaints and high praise! I've had about 3 acrylic fills at dragon with 3 dif technicians. Even techs I haven't seen personally for services remembers my face and can even tell me which tech I was sitting with 2 weeks prior! (My last fill was done by, Mr. Tommy) After a long pain-in-the-butt search for "MY NEW SALON" and hearing dragon was "THE BEST AROUND" but at the same time is "very expensive" I wanted to give them a shot .... I found out they are NOT ECPENCIVE at all! To me prices are right where they should be! I actually am a licensed nail tech myself, which ... Yes ... Makes me a bit picky and obsessive about my nails. No matter how awesome everyone else thinks they look I always find a bunch of problems by end of day! I do not have one bad thing to say about dragon nails since day 1 service 1! This salon is amazing! Every tech I've had at dragon has been super professional, just the right amount of social, & their customer service skills are amazing! When I walk into dragon i immediately feel Good vibes, happy clients, & happy employees. One of my favorite parts of being a dragon client is that they support each other like a family! They encourage clients to see a different tech each visit. Allowing each client to make his\her own decision on which tech you would prefer to book with! this way you get to see each technicians style & skillset & then choose for yourself! When you walk in your greeted by a sparkling white reception area with a outgoing happy fantastic receptionist. As well as an iPad to sign in on which also allows you to select which technician you would like to see! being a nail tech myself, schooling taught me how nasty some salons can be. NOT DRAGON though, this salon is so clean it sparkles I love the way they sanitize their tools! The jets in dragons pedi tubs turn off. This makes me so happy, because jets are physically impossible to clean an extremely unsterile! With that being said I also love the fact that a plastic liner is used with each & every pedicure service They DO charge additional fees for add-on services like cuticles and such, however the skill-set from the 3 techs I've seen is top-notch, & definitely more than worth the extra charge! The salon is up-to-date it looks brand new and most importantly is sterile and every technician I've seen is beyond amazing! I have been at Dragon Nails every couple of weeks since shortly after they opened. I routinely get Dippin Powder manicures and spa pedicures. The products are the same familiar brands we know. Dippin Powder In every color imaginable Easy to make appointments. I prefer to make appointments so I don't have to wait. It's poor customer service when you're at the salon, it gets busy and there is no regard or respect for your appointment. I have not had that experience here. I have not experienced long wait times. I've had several different Nail Technicians and the first word that comes to mind is consistency. They all provide consistent services delivered in a professional way As it was today I'll point to Kim. She did a fantastic job massaging my feet, legs and arms as part of my expertly done manicure and spa pedicure. I'm disabled and the open areas are easily accessible. I was enjoying my spa pedicure, when out of the blue another nail technician brought a pillow to me. She thought I might be more comfortable with the pillow. I was. Random act of kindness. I'm sorry I didn't get her name. Management is always visible, checking the quality and consistency of the services provided, and greeting and talking to customers. Lastly, the atmosphere and environment are inviting and welcoming. It's all about the people. This place is amazing! Lily is my go to girl for nails and she killed it per usual. After having a bad experience they made it right. All it took was a conversation and an apology. Something I would never receive at any other nail salon. This salon is clean and the people there are very nice. I left to go else where and no where could even handle doing a pedicure. I will never go any where else. If you want Lily to do your nails make sure you call. She is that good that she's always booked. read more

I got the Luxury Pedicure by a guy, sadly I forgot his name but he was gentle and very careful with everything he does, he care and ask in each step how was everything. Mr. B took off my acrylics & gave me a Mani with aumbre dip exactly how I wanted, actually even better! He was so nice & actually talked to me while he did my nails & he didn't rush like some others have when I have been here before. I will definitely be asking for him on my next appointment. Nice salon. Looks like less than what it is from the outside but there are many seats and employees. Very clean and professional. I had the older gentleman do an acrylic refill and design and he was very meticulous about the lining (There were swirls on the nails, he did them EXACTLY as the picture shown!) Very detail oriented. Definitely for a quieter, more relaxed experienced. read more

A had another great experience at Dragon Nails today. Lily my technician did an amazing job on both dip manicure and pedicure. Her attention is above all else. Her technique is precise. She always goes above and beyond to make me comfortable, whether getting me a cold water or finding a safe place for my pocketbook. I would highly recommend trying Dragon Nails. read more

I recently went in with a couple nails that broke down far on the nail bed. I saw Tracy. She did a far better job than I expected. She was quick and make nails looked brand new. And my trip today I got Ana. She was so gentle and my nails came out amazing. The pricing is also excellent the color stays and doesn't chip. I will definitely be a permanent customer. read more

Beautiful salon, immaculate and tastefully decorated. I had a gel manicure and a classic pedicure as well as a brow wax. Lucy was great, gentle when needed but thorough. My daughter wanted dipped-nails and Mr. Tom was patient and did a great job. My other daughter had a regular manicure and pedicure and loved the paraffin wax. All around great day. read more

My Nana and I came here and absolutely LOVED it! The service was great and Quan and Lily did a good job making sure we were comfortable and happy. Ken is absolutely amazing !! I love long,and thick nails but I am allergic to everything but the dip powder. Well with the dip it's super hard to make them look thick and is a super long process. This place is top notch! It's all new and clean and the setting is beautiful and relaxing. Very nice staff, they got 3 of us in on a busy Saturday with no appointment. They have different levels of service so you can get a quick pedi for less and it came out great! read more
