I really like the Groupon for the oil change offer but I've been out here twice and each time I've been told to comeback. 1st time, on a Saturday I got there at 8:30 and was asked to comeback at noon. Seriously, I had an event at 2 but I came back at 11 and got the oil change. 2nd time, on a Friday, I rush here after work from downtown to get here for an oil change to be told to comeback on Monday. I then asked if oil changes are done on Saturday and was told people will be out tomorrow. So, this will be my last time purchasing these oil change Groupons. I live in Midwest City but its very inconvenient being told to comeback. It's a great place for an oil change and car wash, if you live close, but for someone driving 25-30 minutes to immediately be told to comeback, twice, to me is unprofessional. Which is sad because I talked good about the business, but I don't think they care about how coming back inconveniences people so I'm warning yall, your time might be wasted going here. So, yall, go see IF you get an oil change on the day you want and give them a try..or not. read more

Did a great job cleaning my car. The down side, no pricing listed at the pump when selecting the car wash. I chose what I thought was the lowest priced one. $18 as it turned out. I had just added 20 gas to my car and I 100% would have passed if I'd known the price. I don't like being surprised or having sneaky/shady ways of doing business. I purchased the monthly wash plan and paid $60 for each vehicle. My wife was satisfied but while the outside of my truck looked great, the inside windows were always dirty with streaks. That's because they wiped the windows widows with towels that were dirty. I even brought my own micro fiber towels to use but they never did dispute months of complains. I cancelled my service but my wife liked the them still. So for the next 4 months she had them wash her car. The first month they charged her the agreed $60. Then the next 3 months they charged her $120 yet never told her and I didn't catch it until June. When she told them of the problem they told her the price went up and the only gave her $54 back. So don't expect your vehicle to be dried with clean towels and watch out for overcharging and no defund or apology. Mike Gorman read more

I got my car detailed at this place. Everything was good, Actually perfect except when the seats dried I noticed it had muddy stains all over. When I told them about it over the phone, they told me to come back any day. I drove an Hour just to hear that they do not have time to clean my seat out and I need to come back another day and to make an appointment for it. I will never go back to this place. Because of this I have to make one hour trip back-and-forth three times. They could've told me to make an appointment instead in the first place. Waste of time. Edited: they fixed it when I went back after making an appointment. Waited 2 hours but now it looks better. I would go back here if I need my car detailed again because it's nice value, but I'll ask them to make sure my seat is clean. read more

11:34 AM....Hesitated pulling in due to reviews. I pulled in to the line that read "full service". Man motion for me to move forward then back up bseveral times and with SEVERE ATTITUDE.....he was in my car vacuuming the passenger side before I had even decided on a wash package. The attendant "selling " was opening the door before I could put it in park. Felt very rushed.....oh, I was the only one in line outside. The positive was Jane at the register, she was very nice. At this time, there are three cars under the canopy.....I am the black car in the back....as I see only one person working...in the front. 11:53-2nd picture taken 12:05-car was clean Requested trash to be taken out of floor and they did not vacuum my trunk! Seriously, the best car wash in town! It is a little hidden gem and definitely needs more attention. I tried this awesome place thanks to a Groupon (you should actually stop reading this review and check out if the Groupon is still available - it's a great deal). I had the "signature wash" which is normally $40 but totally worth every dollar. They have a few lanes available for car washes so I just parked in the shortest line. The employee gave me a few options for washes and scents and I chose their signature wash (Groupon), handed him my keys then walked inside. I was then greeted the owners (I think) and the cashier, both were very sweet. I waited about 15 minutes for my car (so fast)! It literally look amazing, just like new and smelled great. The best thing about this place is the owners (again I think they're the owners - husband and wife) were walking around the entire time making sure all the cars were spotless! This used to be a great place, but those days have been over for a while, now. My last few visits resulted in extended waits and twice now, I've had to leave more than 15-30 minutes after my car came out of the wash, undried, then finish the car myself - inside and out - at home. This is not good for what they charge, especially since there were no other cars ahead of me when I pulled up. At least the lady behind the counter is friendly. That's really not enough to make up for the poor wash job, slow service, and bad all-around value. I miss the years when this used to be Memorial Express Auto Wash. ** BE WARNED **. Botched oil change from Swash left me stranded 90 miles away from home with a vehicle driven spewing oil all through my engine the entire trip. When I arrived my dip stick registered ZERO oil. The call to the shop was treated with indifference and a "we will comp your oil change". WHAT?! I am alone and stranded in the dark 90 miles from home and ALL you have to say is "we will comp the shitty oil change we gave you"? Oh BUT "Provided YOU can get your car back here to us." ZERO concern from Swash the situation they had placed me in. I had to have my vehicle towed 99 MILES back to Swash - they would not take responsibility if I took it first to an alternate shop. The owner via Frank the manager offered "we will cover EITHER your tow OR your diagnostic at Toyota". WHAT?! Listen owner, you need to grab a set of balls to borrow so YOU can call a tow truck to rescue the woman you stranded by screwing up a basic oil change AND pick up the diagnostic engine fees - BARE MINIMUM. Swash did offer to wash my engine (gee thanks since Swash was the one who caused this mess) but when I later went to Toyota - Toyota said the engine was still "filthy". BACK to Swash for ANOTHER engine wash. Four days of my life I will never get back and untold damage to a young engine driven 90 miles at 90 mph with little to no oil. My initial call to Swash Frank told me "ya, we noticed a puddle of oil in our detail bay the day you were here". WHAT?! The oil change/wash was on a Monday at 9:30 AM! There were MAYBE 3 customers in there - IF Swash had BOTHERED themselves to reach out to the customers who were there ALL of this could have been avoided. IF they had just installed my oil filter properly all this could have been avoided. I was told "ya, we have had this happen before on 4Runners". Are you kidding me? And, you still are having the same problem. Maybe your business should not be doing oil changes. Fortunately, I had AAA and a stellar relationship with Toyota so with ZERO help OR concern from Swash owner I just handled everything myself rather than attempt to strong arm impotent owner to man up to his responsibility. I have a garage floor with a nasty puddle of oil, a destination with a drive way riddled with oil that I have to pay a service to go out and clean up, I am out 4 days of hassle, I am out $50 tip to tow truck driver, BUT MOST of ALL I am out peace of mind for the life of this vehicle. All I received from Swash was a shrug and a "it happens" , a comped oil change, and a sub par engine wash. Never a single contact from the owner. The kicker - they still charged me for the initial car wash. Truly unbelievably poor customer service and poor business practice. read more

I brought my car in to have scratches and swirl marks removed. They recommended a 3 stage detail for $400 and said it would be an all day job. Drop my car off as schedule to get scratches remove, I receive a phone call 3 hrs stating the vehicle is done. Frank the GM states that they were not able to get all the scratches out. When I went to pick up the car needless to say all the scratches was still there. Now I am being told that the vehicle will need to be wet sanded in order to remove the scratches.$400, later expensive wax!! Save your money, go somewhere else!! read more

Absolutely fantastic experience! My wife took our two toddlers (4 & 2) up with her to get her SUV washed inside and out, and they took fantastic care of them! Christian assisted my wife and ensured they had all they needed during the wash, they even had someone pull up a bench near the windows so our boys could get a front row seat. I had used them for years with great service not this time. I moved to Las Vegas 3 yrs ago and decided to take my car there for a wash. I got the wheel deal it was very slow that day waited 40 to 50 minutes. When I got my car back it had not been vacuumed at all. Talked to Frank the manager he acted very frustrated with me because I went in to complain about the service. He said it's vacuumed now and I need you to leave my store and move your car. As I was trying to leave he stood in front of my car waving in a derogatory way saying.... you have a good day, you have a good day. I said get out of my way and as I was driving off he called me the B word. I would like to hear back from some representative from this franchise. Swash OKC is a wonderful full-service business for oil change, tire rotation, and car cleaning. I'm always grateful for the thorough job done on my car. Service is efficient and VERY friendly. There is a comfortable waiting area but I usually don't have time to get TOO comfy. I do buy synthetic oil and my vehicle takes 7 quarts, so I pay over $100 for maintenance. However, the car wash including interior is a great add-on feature and makes it worth the trip to the city to visit this business. read more

After waiting for 25 minutes, my car still had so many water spots all over it, even though they "wiped it down" after the original wash. Paid $24 for a below average wash, when I could have paid $10 at an automatic wash and received a way more precise and clean car at the end of the service. I really don't know why this place gets such bad reviews. I have brought my car here several times for an oil change with a free car wash. It's not free because it's built into the price of the oil change, but they always do a good job and don't try to sell me services I don't need. They make recommendations, but aren't high pressure. They do a great job vacuuming the car and washing and drying to perfection! Love that it's a one stop shop for helping to maintain my car. Please check it out! read more

They didn't vacuum the back seat which had white dog hair on my black interior, large places of sticky goo was not cleaned on the outside. The attendant was very aggressive at up selling the wash packages. The ice machine was broken inside as well. For $24, I will not be returning to this car wash. read more

I received no itemized receipt of the work done and if I hadn't been honest, I could've walked out without paying because no one came to ask for payment like usual. I signed up for Yelp just to leave this review. I just spent $42 on the highest level wash. What a joke! I suppose it's my fault for thinking they would actually do a full service job! So now I'm going to the store to buy cleaning products to finish the job! There is still grass in my floor board, the car is still dirty, did not add any air freshener, and barely did any interior cleaning at all! I didn't speak with the manager because he seemed to be dealing with an angry couple that left just before he did and I believe I heard them get a free wash.
