We stopped in because my wife had a birthday coupon for a free car wash (and hey, you've got to take advantage of those perks!). She decided to upgrade the service to include drying, interior cleaning, and inside window cleaning. Even with the coupon, I ended up paying $17 for the interior--something I don't usually go for, especially since my wife has a pretty sharp eye for details. The team did a good job overall. The exterior looked great, and the process was smooth and efficient. No complaints there. However, the interior service didn't quite hit the mark--specifically the windows. My wife immediately noticed streaking on the inside glass, which was a bit disappointing considering that was part of the paid upgrade. So, was it worth it? That's a toss-up. The convenience was nice, and the staff was friendly, but the finishing touches matter--especially when you're paying extra for them. That said, it was her birthday, and she enjoyed the experience--and that's what counts most. Would I return? Possibly, but I'd likely skip the interior add-on next time. read more

Outside of car looks great, inside very disappointed. Didn't vacuum areas of the trunk area and all my leather seats and steering wheel left looking dingey. Once I got home, with warm water and a rag, I was able wipe it down without any elbow grease. Before and after pictures attached. Spent $100 on a car wash, wheels, and inside job. Not sure why it was so much, the very back still has dog hair. No car freshener. Still have dirt in my center cup holder areas. Center console wasn't vacuumed. This wasn't a detail because they didn't have time to scrub seats they said. When it was fast lanes I would've paid no more than $50 for this same job. Sat waiting for 10 minutes for someone to greet me for an oil change. After about 10 minutes, a short, short-dark headed guy came around from out of a corner I didn't know was there and cavalierly asked me what I needed. They way he asked was strange and when I said an oil change, he him hawed around and said something smart alec and so I said I think I'll go somewhere else. Why would I stick around for weird and lazy treatment? This is the second time I've turned around to leave this place in search of good customer service. The first time I left (couple months ago), a guy yelled out to me that it'd be an hour before he could get to my car because he was alone and was working on "1" car. What's happened to this place? Ok, we're do I start at? Get there 15 mins before they open and they finally come speak to me. Get into the rack then they tell me it's $186.00. Ok, change it and then he tells me that there isn't a filter and it will take 30 minutes to get one. They have me go to the car wash and the damn thing is broken down?? I cancel the oil change then go to Edmond. They tell me there is two different oil changes? I'm like wtf?? One is $126.00 and the other is $186.00 for the high grade synthetic. I have a 63 pound dog and travel a lot with said dog who loves to slober all over my car, especially on the windows. My car was incredibly nasty. Dirty smudge windows. Dirt and debris in ever crevasse. Fast lane managed to make my car looks so shiny and new. And only for $29. Really appreciate the work guys. You're awesome. PS I tried the green tea air freshner. I paid for a full detail. They hardly even wiped it down. It didn't look like it was clean. Biggest waste of time and money.

We've held multi-car subscriptions to their car wash services for several years. The washes were never great, but good enough to justify the cost for a frequent rinse-off and wipe-down. However, the last few years, it seems like they enjoy changing up their "policies" on a regular basis, just to frustrate the customers. A few years ago they decided that the barcode sticker could no longer be on the outside of the windshield and had to go on the inside. I tint the windshields in all my vehicles, so putting a sticker on the tint wasn't an option. No big deal at first. Manager just put the sticker on a card, wrote my tag number on that card, and signed it. Then, all of a sudden, 3 years later, they decide the card isn't good enough anymore and the sticker MUST be on the car. Fine, give me one that goes on the outside of the windshield. They say no. So, basically, they told a long-time customer with multi-car and multi-year loyalty that my money is no good there any longer. They gave me no solution, just a "we've changed our policy and your card isn't good here anymore." Great business model. It's obvious that they don't care about customer satisfaction and apparently the money doesn't matter to them, so good luck staying in business. read more

My wife went through to have our car washed, tons of bug guys etc (typical Oklahoma summer) all over the front windshield and grill, Frank went above and beyond to scrub them off before she went through the wash. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Employees like Frank that take that extra step towards customer service make places like this worth it! read more

Don't waste your money on their "Super" wash. $100 for something anywhere else would charge $50. I had been on a road trip so there was bug debris on the side mirrors and grill. These 3 people I encountered here the first time I came, were behaving as though they hated their job. No eye contact, no smiles, no friendliness. The young guy waving his arms, that is supposed to help you guide the car in, did a lousy job. His hands were flailing all over so much, I didn't know WHAT he was trying to communicate, and I was afraid for my tires, because he clearly didn't care what was happening to MY car, or how much it might cost me. Last night I questioned several people about where I could get a car detailed AND get an oil change at the same place. There aren't many places that do that...right? Well, this business is definitely one that will wash your car, detail it, change your oil, air up your tires, change your wiper blades if needed/requested, etc. They even checked on my cabin air filter. "What's that" you ask? Well, I asked. It's the filter behind your glove compartment that filters all of the air from the engine in-take into your car. Basically, it's what all of the air going into the AC/heater goes through. The guys at Fast Lanes of America pulled this out and brought it to me to prove how disgusting it was. Loaded with dirt and leaves! That will make a difference in the smell of my the and the quality of air flow. I'm awfully thankful that they brought that to my attention. Not only do they point out things like that, but they also have the stockpile to replace them. The car detailing was amazing as well. The car looked and smelled brand new! Bought the top tier wash that is supposed to include a quick once over scrub by hand and they seemed to think a splash of water on my way into the tunnel was the same thing. Not to mention the kid who was supposed to be guiding seemed to be more interested in staring off into space than making sure my tires didn't band against the guard rails. Super typical tunnel wash. Probably won't try it out to be disappointed yet again. There's a little self service wash just north on Penn that has a $6 tunnel wash that beats this place. Best car wash I've had at an automated wash! I was so impressed with the time they took to pretreat my car for bugs and spots. The car wash was good but then the time they took to wipe down my suv inside and out was impressive. 3-4 people shining tires, blowing off mats, wiping down the door jambs, interior and exterior. It's funny when I searched for this place, a dent repair place came up in the results. Funny except that after running our truck through this car wash, with the antenna still on, we need dent repair. It not only took off the antenna off but actually dented the fender. Yes, it's our responsibility to remove the antenna, but we've had the truck for 5 years and never had an issue. The truck is heavy duty, a Ram 2500 and the car wash was whipping the mirrors around. Also crunched up the license plate. Super aggressive. Just beware. read more

I have been going to this car wash for years even before it was "Masters". Today I went through and got the full detail as I always do which includes going through the automatic car wash tunnel. It completely scratched my car all over! When they were done detailing and I walked out to see the front for the first time I was shocked and asked for a manager. Chris the manager proceeds to tell me there is no way his car wash did this and will prove it by pulling the video of me going into the car wash with the scratches. He comes back 10 minutes later to confirm that he can see very small scratches on the side that I already confirmed were there but not the very deep scratches that I'm concerned about. Even still with his own evidence again him insists there is no way his car wash did it. No apologies, no suggestion to make it right. Nothing! So now I can either file a claim which will make my insurance go up or pay the $100s out of pocket for his crappy car wash that he will not admit to. Horrible customer service and product! read more

I talked to the managers and they would not admit the damaged even though the yellow paint on my wheel clearly matched the yellow guide rail when you drive into the tunnel.
