Stopped in for the grand opening (now it's Tommy's Express Car Wash). They are offering free car washes today and tomorrow. We will be back to take advantage of the vacuum bays. Vehicle is now washed. The people were nice and courteous. They even stopped to take the straps out of the truck bed in front of us. We will back for a wash. read more

Tommy's in Hutto is a joke. Have had nothing but bad experiences since they took over the former Big Red location. Today tried to use one of their "free" carwash coupons. Coupon stated it expires October 1st. Being as today is October 1st and last day to use coupon. Decided to get my vehicle washed. Upon arriving and presenting coupon, was told by attendant it would NOT be accepted. That it had already expired. Explained to the attendant the day was not over, it was only 10:00AM. Again they stated the coupon had expired and would not be honored. This location definitely is to be avoided. They did not honor the agreement with the previous Big Red members with the offer of free carwashes for 60 days. And would not honor a separate membership witht same offer as well. read more

The car wash itself was decent. The only actual downfall is that the vacuums are not the best quality. If you need a good vacuuming I'd suggest elsewhere. Maybe it was just the vacuum lane I picked. Who knows! read more

The only benefit of this place is that it's on a roller mat that's it. No microfiber cloths are available at this location for free along with the vacuums are weak. Paid 20$ for the " works " and my wheels just got left looking more gross than what I came in with. Would not recommend would just go too white water express car wash across the street next time tbh. read more

The reason I'm giving this place two stars is because the car wash didn't clean my whole car. The back of the car was still filthy and some bird poo was still on it. And my car just has a car wash 2 weeks ago, so it's not like it was extremely dirty or anything. It may seem like I'm being nit-picky, buti expect my car to be clean After a wash. The only reason I'm not giving it 1 star is because the staff is friendly and the vacuums are free, which is really nice. I really leave low rating reviews but if I feel like I've wasted my money, then I will. Update: Great Management and response. See Comment below. read more

Shout out to Brett! He's the only employee that consistently washes the front and back of vehicles before they enter the car wash. He clearly cares about doing quality work. I have not had that consistent experience with any of the other employees. Everyone is pretty friendly, though. But I pay monthly for a specific service and Brett is the only one that makes me feel like I'm getting what I pay for. Hutto Big Red Management, Brett earned these stars. I could've done a better job washing my car blindfolded! The entire back of my car still had dirt on it and don't even get me started on the rims. Cars that came out after me had the same results. Totally NOT worth the money. Go somewhere else or wash your own car at home. Trust me. Don't waste your money here. Awful. I made the mistake of coming here with one of their free wash coupons. My car was damaged by the car wash. The entire process to have it repaired was the absolute worst. I was not given any insurance information from the business. They wanted to pay out of pocket. But didn't like the quote I had for the repair. I had to get MY insurance involved, which they had no issues with (because then I'm taking the hit on my insurance). I had to go back and forth with whoever Mike B. is to get their insurance information so I could use their insurance to have my car repaired. Oh, and speaking of Mike, I have never spoken to someone as rude an unprofessional as him. Called me names, spoke over me, threatened to hang up on me for just trying to finish my sentences. My 3 year old is obsessed with car washes. He watches videos of them on YouTube and builds them with his legos. At least once a week he asks to go to a new one. Now, after one visit to Big Red in Hutto, he wants to go back there EVERYDAY. The lights, tricolor soap, hot wax (very important to my child), he's in love. Not happy that they changed the kits to clean the interior of the car. It was my favorite thing I'd go for and also getting a wash because of it they got cheap on us and are now saying some cheap ass packages that don't do anything for interior car cleaning won't return lost my business read more

Love this car wash! The staff is super friendly especially Olivia! I've never been big on remembering to get my car washed but since it's so close I can't help but stop in. Free vacuums, price point is amazing and they keep it very clean. Great addition to the Hutto community. read more

Looks nice, but not the best. Paid $20 for the max wash, wheels were still dirty & front window stain didn't come out. It was a very quick wash(1 min beginning to end), thought it would be a bit longer and more thorough. read more

I am so happy that Hutto finally has a car wash; a really good one with friendly staff. No more driving into Round Rock or Pflugerville to keep my cars clean. The wash does an excellent job. I also like the conveyor type system they use; no rails to gouge your wheels like the one in Pflugerville did to my wife's new car (still need to get them fixed). So thank you for opening in our community and please don't go anywhere or sell out to someone who doesn't care like y'all do. read more

Love this new car wash in hutto! Very nice and I think the vacuums are great! The location is awesome and it is kept up very nice and clean.

The wash portion is pretty nice and leaves your cars pretty clean. Vacuums eh they are alright. They are not strong enough and takes a couple of times to pick up the trash in the carpet. read more
