I get car washes less than I should, but it sometimes feels like a good car wash with high quality vacuums is hard to come by at times which keeps me weary of getting a consistent wash. Club Car Wash of SH-130 is one of the more consistent shops in the Hutto area though from where I live and the traffic during the prime times of the day make it a lot harder for me to get it. Their team does a great job of spraying the cars down before they go through the wash. The vacuums are decent but nothing special. I don't know if it's just a me issue, but their mat cleaning machines do not work. It could be me being an idiot, but I'm not too sure. I've had a membership here for a while and go at least once a week, sometimes more depending on how dirty my car gets. For the price, it's definitely worth it. I had a very concerning experience at the Pflugerville location that resulted in damage to my vehicle and a complete lack of accountability from management. I drive a brand new 2026 RAM truck with just over 700 miles on it. This is not a work truck -- it is meticulously maintained and in near-showroom condition. While entering the wash, I was being guided but was slightly misaligned. Instead of stopping me and asking me to reposition (which I later saw them do for another customer), an employee physically pushed on the side of my truck bed to force it onto the track. When I got home, I discovered two indentations in the side of my truck exactly where the employee applied pressure. The force used was enough to bend the metal on a vehicle with 700 miles on it. I immediately returned to the location as instructed by customer service. What happened next was worse than the damage itself. The manager on duty: Did not introduce himself Did not inspect the vehicle Did not apologize Did not document the incident Showed clear irritation that I was even there When I asked to file a report, I was treated as though I was inconveniencing him. I was misdirected, left waiting, and ultimately ignored completely -- even while standing just a few feet away. At no point did anyone take ownership of the situation. To make matters worse, the entrance to this wash is extremely tight, and I observed another truck having the same alignment issue while I was there. This is clearly not an isolated problem. I have used other car wash companies for over 10 years without a single incident. I chose this location because it was convenient, but after this experience, I will not return. If you care about your vehicle, I would strongly recommend going to another car wash owned by another company. read more

I have reported this kid and he still works there. He has the worst customer service attitude towards ex paying members. Signed up just now and had a great experience right out of the gate. The manager was very welcoming and accommodating. She mentioned they are building in Round Rock, Manor, Bastrop, and Elgin, hoping for Austin, and was just super, super helpful. So much better than all my experiences at Surf Thru, WhiteWater, and Mister-many of whom aren't growing and have very few locations. I've never had anyone detail and wash the car before it entered the actual lane as much as she did. Thank you for your kindness and accommodation. When I wrapped around to the vacuums, I saw an employee diligently emptying trash cans and everyone working on something. Very different than other car wash vendors where employees stand around and nothing works. I couldn't believe there are trash cans for every vacuum. And not so full, I couldn't throw anything of my own away. Or how clean it is. And that vacuums actually suctioned things. And that they had the vacuums that pick up things between seats. Or that the floor mat cleaner actually worked and fast I might add, and without leaving my mats sopping wet.. Or that they offered free towels and windex at every lane. The Lakeway Surf Thru manager told me once that they only started offering free towels and windex at select locations (Lakeway, not E Ben White by Montopolis-I guess they aren't allowed nice things near Montopolis???) to "compete" with Club Car Wash. Sitting in the drying bay typing this review I'm so irritated. This is the second time I've lost a rear windshield wiper. The last time I didn't realize until I got home. Yes my fault for giving this place a second chance after replacing it. This time I immediately saw it and went to management and asked for my wiper to be retrieved. Without stopping the connstant flow of vehicles into the wash, someone looked and brought me a wiper that was not mine. They looked further but management told me there were no other wipers and maybe it went into the bay below but without stopping cars going through she could not look. She refused to stop the flow of cars when I asked her to. She also didn't care that I was going to write a Yelp review. read more

I first started my membership with Rapid Express, the company that built and owned the car wash prior to Club Car Wash purchasing it. Rapid Express was amazing and they had soapy water and you didn't necessarily have to dry your car off after the wash and you wouldn't have water spots on the windows. I normally would just get a quick wash and go home. They even had at fragranced spray bottles at each station that you could use to clean the inside of your car. People might have started running off with the bottles because I can't remember if it was still under Rapid when they just started having one central place for all the bottles or if it was with Club. Now you have to walk near the building to get the spray bottles. Anyway, I was paying a certain price with Rapid Express, but when Club Car Wash came along they just increased my price without even notifying me. One day I was checking my bank statement and I was charged a higher price than normal so I called Club Car Wash to inquire about the incorrect charge. They told me they couldn't honor the price that Rapid Express and I had agreed upon. I told them this sounded illegal to just charge my card for a price that I never gave them permission to charge and also Rapid Express said I would be paying said price for 6 months. The lady told me over the phone that their system wouldn't allow them to honor the membership for the price that Rapid Express gave me and I could reduce to a lower membership at that price. I indicated I wouldn't pay the same price for a lesser wash and I wanted to cancel my membership. Once Club Car Wash took over, I noticed that I couldn't just drive through and get a car wash without drying off my car and windows because there were water spots all over the windows. I thought dang they changed the soap formula or something because I didn't have to do this before. The managers at this location are phenomenal and they're extremely helpful! Great employees; horrible company. Every interaction that I've had when a manager has been great. However, Club Car Wash is a no for me. read more

Ok, I get my jeep washed all the time so I have my favorite spots. I wanted to try this place out, you never know when a new place will be your next favorite, amirite!?!? Well, 2 not 1 because of the lady that helped me with the purchase of the wash. **THEY DO NOT GIVE A RAIN CHECK ON ANY WASH** Yall! I get my jeep washed all the time so it is not really that dirty so it doesn't require scrubbing, however this wash didn't even get off the dusty pollen residue. I enjoy wipping down the vehicle so it doesn't get all spotty but these rags were 1. Dry and 2. Felt like washed felt paper. This is close to my house but I'll make the trip to my favorite one down the road!! read more

I often go for $12 Tuesdays. This time, not only did I go, but I brought friends! While I was going through the wash, someone kept hitting his brakes, causing the entire car wash to "e-stop", meaning that all car wash machinery shut down, and had to be restarted. This happened about three or four times! So, when my car came out, the washing machine had totally failed to dispense several squirts of fluids, it got absolutely no pink fluid at all, nor any tire shine juice. The rotating brushes missed over half of my roof completely! The whole thing was a total fiasco. So, as soon as I exited and discovered this waste of time and money, I simply asked for a rain check to come back and get it done properly the next day, when the wait would ostensibly be less than the 45 minutes we had to wait this time. Nope! I asked for a refund of the $12. Nope! The line worker, Antonio, who relayed these messages from the "manager", Damita, went above and beyond. He's the shining beacon of good customer service at this place. Alas, he has zero power to do anything. The one with the power, Damita, was a total jerk, not interested in any type of customer satisfaction, nor making good on services purchased. This utter disregard for quality service in the age where "service workers" are demanding 30%+ tips is SHAMEFUL!! read more

This place was recently opened, then recently bought by a different company than the ones who opened it. I signed up for a membership with the original company, was not informed they'd sold, and now am charged more money per month for a less quality wash with NO notifications that the amount would change. Called customer service and the lady said it wasn't their problem and they aren't honoring any of the old memberships. Ummm excuse me, that's fraud and ILLEGAL! Cancelled the membership and called my CC company for a refund. You can't just randomly start charging people more money because you happen to have their CC's on file. read more

I'm so upset, I just called the claims to see what my next step is because my son had filled out the paperwork.the lady that nswered was so negative and mean and she told me the car had a preexisting condition, I told her how dies she know and she said she knows and she also said if I talk to a supervisor I will get the same answer which is no.
