Been here before, although the tech says he only sees me for a top off which is not true, I've had a full oil change here before. Anyway the guys were kinda nice, I expected them too cause again... Been here before. Everything was great, I asked if that was conventional oil because I thought my car was conventional, they insisted no it was a synthetic blend. OK fine, that's not the most expensive. So I walk up to the counter and they say $130??? I about fell on the floor. Even though there is a sign saying conventional is $59, there's no sign saying how much synthetic blend or synthetic oil was. So,I rooted around on my phone for a bit and found a $26 coupon off and it ended up being $106. I have never, ever,... In my whole life Ive never, ever, paid over $100 for an oil change. That's just totally absurd. And while I live in Illinois I doubt any oil changes over $100 there, so I ended up taking it in the shorts, but I guess this is how it is, and this is my best rated Jiffy Lube down here that I had used or even looked at. So, I don't know what to think now. Is that what this world is coming to? Very disappointing. Honestly, if you're gonna come at me from behind... At least kiss me first, will you??? read more

I moved to the area a couple years ago and have only been getting my oil changed here since. However, last year I almost decided to take my business elsewhere due to one incredibly grouchy and rude employee. I'm so glad I gave them another chance. Today I stopped by to see about having my brakes done and the Manager, Rich was so helpful! He offered to take a look just to see what I would need because I wasn't really sure. I fully expected to hear I'd need new brakes and whatever else could be sold to the girl who knows nothing about brakes...but, the opposite happened. Rich came in and showed me how much life I had left on my brakes and told me I could get them done but it wasn't necessary yet. I was so relieved and because of his honesty I will definitely go there when the time comes to have them done. Since I was due for an oil change they got me in and out in about 15 min and Fabian was really kind to me the entire time. I will recommend this location to my friends and family for sure. They assured me the man I had such a bad experience with on multiple occasions has since been let go. read more

Complete rip off artists. I've been here before, many times. I always feel like I'm getting taken, but this time was the worst. The manager came to talk to me about the bill, after the employee couldn't explain why the bill was so high, and not adding up. As he stormed out of the office, he said "tell that guy to never come back". I went out side after him to tell him that he didn't have to worry, because I will never be coming back. Of course they try to up sell filters & tire rotations but this team discovered a low control arm problem. On August 28th I had my Infinniti serviced at this location. I had the oil changed and some filters replaced. About three weeks later I was driving down Manatee Ave when I felt a sudden vibration and lots of noise coming from under the car. I pulled over and discovered that the skid plate had come loose and fallen down striking the pavement. To change the oil in this car the skid plate must be removed and replaced. Obviously the tech had not properly secured it after servicing my car. I wired up the plate and drove to the store where they put in numerous bolts that had fallen out. I was happy that my wife was not driving the car on the highway to work in Tampa as that could have been disasterous. I contacted Jiffy Lube customer service but never heard anything from RADLube, Inc. the owner of that location. I guess they don't care about the safety of their customers. read more

Been coming to this location for almost 4 years with two different vehicles and have never had a problem at this location. Only down side is that they are closed on Sunday but besides that all the employees here are wonderful and treat the customers well. I know part of their job is to push upsells but if you tell them you are not interested they listen. I highly recommend THIS LOCATION . Usually in and out in a breeze. All the employees are always smiling and happy to see you even if they are busy and stressed. read more

I was getting ready for a big road trip and pulled in here to check the fluids and tire pressure. They checked everything but it only needed a little air and some wiper fluid. I pulled out my wallet fully expecting to pay at least $25 but was told, "Oh, we won't charge you for that." I couldn't believe it! The first time I stopped in here, it was honestly just about perfect. Very fast, reasonably priced and they filled my washer fluid and did other stuff I can't remember now, but it was an all-around good experience. I've returned several times with the same results. I took my pathfinder to them for a oil change and new air filter. they were not busy. they charged me $61.10 i had a $10.00 off coupon. they had my car done in 10 min. they were rude and tryed to sell me stuff I did not need and tryed to get me to pay $9.99 for one licence plate bulb. got home. and had my son in law check the air filter they charged me $17.00 for was the same old one I had when I went in there. my car was not leaking oil when i went there but now that i am home it is leaking oil. they loosened my oil filter so it would leak. I have used this place for years, the father was great, his son who took care of me. will rip you off. so please be carefull when going there watch them they did not even fill my window wash. I wonder how many other people they did this to and they just did not check there car. read more
