I locked my house keys inside. They arrived really quickly (under an hour), and it took him probably 5 minutes to unlock everything. Unfortunately because there's a gate in front of my actual door, I had to pay for each lock that he unlocked...So it came out kind of pricey. He's certainly efficient. My tool shed was locked, and I needed it unlocked and a key made. The job was completed in less than five minutes. But at $140? It may be the going rate, but my situation was not an emergency. Surely there has to be a less expensive option? Luckily I don't need to call a locksmith very often. Admittedly, I am not familiar with the market rate. The $140 was quoted to me on the phone so there is no shenanigans involved. O.K., so it was maybe 10 instead of 5 minutes. These guys are fantastic! I was locked out of my house by what seemed to be a rusted cylinder, at least according to an emergency visit I had last night. Juan of Tommy's came over today, and diagnosed it as something much simpler that ended up costing me less than a third what it would have had I gone with the other service, and less than any other locksmith I got a quote from. They were initially so busy that they said it would take a couple of hours to come by, which was fine with me, but put it on rush and arrived in less than half an hour. The diagnosis and fix was so well done that I ended up having Juan re-key two other locks in the house and replace two locking knobs, all at extremely reasonable rates, and for a total that was less than what I would have paid had a jumped on the emergency offer last night. So glad I found these guys, great service and excellent work, I can't recommend them (and Juan in particular) highly enough! read more

Emergency Service performed at 8PM on a Saturday Night! Very fair price and super responsive. My truck key would not turn my car on. Before I would have to fiddle with it to get the key to turn the truck on, but this time it wouldn't budge. Super fast and professional. My door nob broke out of the blue and I was unable to open my door from the inside or outside. Luckily I had a side door so I didn't have to use a window. But I didn't have to use the side door for long because Tommy was able to come the next day. He replaced the door nob/lock in about 20min.
