Going to visit Narumi is one of my favorite things to do. Her space is like a cocoon where I feel instantly cared for whatever it is I need or want including snacks! Her scheduling system is so easy to use. I have a challenging schedule, and I can always get in when I want to. All this is to say that Narumi does everything she can to make sure everything is end to end as easy and enjoyable as it can be. As for the process of actually having my lashes extended, there I have less to say as I am usually blissfully asleep! My lashes themselves are just beautiful. They look natural and feel great. They last a long time which saves me time and money. I get compliments all the time. I'm not particularly skilled with makeup; this is really the only cosmetic thing I do, and I love love love waking up ready. It means a lot to me that Narumi is meticulous about sanitation and chooses safe and high quality products. These are my eyes after all! In addition to all this, I just really like Narumi as a person! She is smart and kind and charming and has great restaurant recommendations! I am still relatively new to town, and knowing her is part of what makes Chicago feel like home which means a lot to me right now. Narumi is the best in the city, she is truly gifted and talented with lashes. I have nice natural lashes and used to only get a lash lift but having a full natural set of lashes from Narumi has been life changing! I will never go without them. It makes your entire routine so much easier, no mascara to take on/off; just roll out of bed and go!
