    First ultrasound!
    Alexis G.

I can't say how much I've LOVED my experience with Caley. I've been coming to see her since the beginning of my pregnancy, I am an anxious FTM and always wanted to check in. We had been trying to conceive for years and of course perfect timing, I happened to get pregnant during a pandemic. Definitely not how I thought my first pregnancy would be but hey, still blessed! Anyways, because of covid, the hospital hasn't been allowing visitors to ANY appointments ): if not for TomorrowToday, then my husband wouldn't have been part of this whole pregnancy. The only thing he really gets to do at this point is watch through ultrasounds! I got my pregnancy confirmation, a quick check in, gender prediction AND last but not least the most recent 3D/4D. Caley is the sweetest and makes you feel comfortable instantly. She explains everything she's doing, and points out everything on the screen. She also gives military & returning client discounts which is awesome! Super affordable either way, because you get so much time and have access to the whole online library of pictures. They're super easy to save on your phone too which is really convenient because we do everything on our phones these days lol. Booking online is a breeze and all packages are listen & priced so you know what you're getting. You also get a text message reminder, and Caley is super easy to get in contact with. Would recommend to everyone!

This place is so nice and feels very private in a way. I needed a late appointment and she was able to accommodate me at 7pm. The place is on the back of the building. She was so nice and really took her time taking a lot of pictures of pumpkin. We signed up for a 3D but being 14 weeks, the images are not quite good yet. She said 31-32 weeks are the best for 3D/4D. She still gave us the email 3D pics and videos she took! They have military discount. Paid less than $40 and got a gazillion pictures/videos (paper and email). loved it!

Caley is seriously the best! She's so nice and really loves what she does. I saw her about 4 times. First time to take a first glimpse at my little "jelly bean" then came back to just check in to see how much baby grew. Then again for a gender reveal! Then came back to do a 3D ultrasound. Each time was amazing. She made sure she got really good snapshots of baby for me! Worth every single penny spent! She really is so personable and will take her time if baby is being a little stubborn. She noticed he had a lot of hair and a dimple in the 3D scan and sure enough when he was born A SO MUCH HAIR AND HE HAD DIMPLES!! I would definitely be back to see her my next pregnancy and recommend her to other mommy to bes! She's really awesome!

I was MISdiagnosed there 2 YEARS when I had lymphoma UNDER shrapnel from an Iraq War wound. I was told, "You are getting OLD, and it's an old war wound..." DISSED for 2 YEARS??%$#@! finally, I went outside w/Medicare, got a proper diagnosis, (CANCER in that bone under the 'old war wound'), and referred for treatment-- finally the V.A. got involved because I threatened to go to the press if they didn't take over. The docs at St. Francis radiation center were GREAT. But nothing worked as it's a rare cancer and it didn't respond to radiation, and kept coming back. Finally, with MY research (I'm a retired surgeon) I found a treatment that may work for me and they referred me on after my oncologist AGREED. MAHALO PRES. TRUMP for 'Care in The Community', as we can now go to outside docs if we live far away--and they took me seriously, I got treatment the V.A. doesn't have anyway--and they listened to me, treating me with respect as a fellow doc. PALI MOMI WAS THE LATEST DOC TO SEE FOR BONE SURGERY--a big surgery, a VERY long 18 month recovery=MAJOR. I saw Dr. Aratani, who is highly specialized in ortho and oncology--one of only 2 on island. The only other is my friend @ Tripler but he was deployed so unavailable and he got me in to see Dr. Aratani. She was enthusiastic about my research, said YES--and referred me on to Queens for one treatment before she operates...but PALI MOMI WAS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR. I was pretty lost there as I never go to Aiea, living in Kahalu'u, and it's grown so much all my old landmarks are GONE--but after finally finding it, employees directed me every step of the way as to where to go, what building/floor/etc. OMG! That NEVER happens @ the V.A. I was totally--no lie--slack jawed by the time I got to her office! EVERYONE was so FRIENDLY--and not put on--I mean genuinely friendly, helpful...as my leg HURTS and walking HURTS...so so many folks there offered to help..I am BLOWN AWAY. It is BY FAR, the BEST medical facility I have EVER been in--and after getting wounded, I've had 15 surgeries, multiple scars/shrapnel/debility...etc. I just am very impressed=PERIOD. Much aloha to all you guys!!! Your assist and help was SO appreciated! I've been really down about all this, the time I lost getting treated and where it's at now--needing major surgery, possibly crippled for life...yadayada. But you guys there really cheered me up. MAHALO!!! Sorry so long, but I just feel VERY strongly here!

***4.5 STARS***…read more Recently a colleague reached out to me as his designated driver was unable to pick him up due to an unforeseen situation. He texted me needing a lift from Pali Momi Medical Center (PMMC) to his home just off Kinau Street. PMMC opened its doors in July 1989 and has been servicing Central and West Oahu. It was originally opened as Kapiolani Medical Center at Pali Momi until rebranded as PMMC in 2010. They are conveniently located in Aiea just down the road from Pearlridge Shopping Center. It was my first time here and was impressed with the upkeep of the grounds. Because my friend just had a procedure to the day prior, a hospital staff wheeled him via wheelchair to the pickup/drop off area. I was amazed by the hospital's attention to patient's condition, consideration and service extended. Although the pickup was a fairly quick process, the setback I encountered was leaving. There were 2 parked cars in front of me and it didn't seem the cars would be leaving soon. Furthermore, the right hand lane was too narrow where I couldn't pass them. My only option was to back up and exit via the far left lane. Thank goodness there was no car behind me otherwise I would have been in a standstill. Overall, impressed with my first visit to PMMC, with the exception of their pickup and drop off area. 2026 #60

The result of me transferring care to another physician was cancellation of all of my other appointments including my mid pregnancy ultrasound. At the time of me transferring care I didn't think this was a big deal because I have HMSA PPO. When I showed up to the Fetal Diagnostic Center today I was notified that my appointment was canceled by Annette in Dr. Chang's office. Annette made that effort to call and cancel my ultrasound but did not have the courtesy to contact me to let me know that they would do this. That horrible feeling of being helpless in this type of situation is heart wrenching and confusing as to how their office could be so spiteful just because of my transfer of care. I feel that if you are going out of your way to call other offices to inform them of my transfer of care why was it that I am not on that call list too? A decent person would at least contact the patient and let them know what you're doing. Not do everything behind their back. When I contacted Dr. Chang's office and asked why didn't you notify me? they had no care and compassion and said "because you transferred care. I am still waiting on a call back from Annette to explain why she did what she did just so that future patients don't have this problem.

I could only see a doctor once a month online for 10 minutes. Their talk therapists weren't taking new patients. 15-20 years ago, Straub was a decent system.
