One woman even showed her phone with the confirmation to prove she had one. I waited about 30 minutes, while 5 or 6 more people came in with appointments and stuff. When I finally got seated, just as I sat down, this woman walks up to the technician I was with, Vanna, and yells, "WAIT, WAIT. I have an appointment at 10! I texted you yesterday, remember?" By then, I was completely done with the whole scene. It was such a disaster--pure unorganized chaos. Honestly, I wouldn't bother with their online booking system. And I will Never go there again. I found an awesome place up the road.

Right down to bottom of hair lne and all the way on sides. You could see tracks if I pulled my hair up. And if wind blew on top of my head. Total waste. Had husband cut them out after 6 days.
