I was her last appointment of the day and she also had to make cupcakes for her friends wedding and decided to cancel my appointment because she had too much on her plate. Said she was willing to make the situation right but had no clear rush to do so. After nearly 24 hours of no response back- I chose to ask local stylists if they were available as I was left in a pinch thanks to her and she had no clear rush to commit to a new day/time-and she took offense to me wanting to look elsewhere calling me entitled & disrespectful. If I was the one who canceled my appointment day of, I would have been charged. And seeing as the situation causing her cancellation wasn't due to sickness or an emergency just a pure lack of laziness and not wanting to commit to an appointment that was booked 6 weeks in advanced as well an obligation she committed to outside of her work hours. I understand she overbooked herself and felt overwhelmed, however she handled the situation extremely poorly. If I wasnt willing to reschedule she should have accepted the fact she would have had to stay up late to bake these cupcakes she commited to baking or been in a much quicker rush to find a time asap to reschedule me as she really inconvenienced a repeat client. Your time will not be valued by her, so be cautious who you book with here. Can't speak on the other stylists though! Hopefully they have a much better sense of professionalism, time management & care for their clients.

TWO DAYS before our appointment they call me to reschedule my appointment at their convenience because the owner decided he wanted to go cut hair at some car show. Who the hell runs a business like this?? Now my son and I have overgrown short haircuts that look like crap and I have to try to find a new place to fit us in because this guy put his own personal fun and advertising ahead of his already more than he can handle client base.

I don't know how to properly book two individual services under one person for the same time. So if I did it again, I'd either call and TALK or go in person to book. They begin with an analysis of the scalp, which includes a pretty intense camera. Reminded me of YouTube videos of ingrown hair removal or pimple popping, and I was there for it! The actual service was relaxing. If I went in again, I'd opt for a blow dry afterwards. But, I was just going home directly after. To fully relax, I'd recommend comfy clothes--not stiff jeans or what have you. You'll wind up removing everything above the waist and they give you a wrap robe. If I could wish for one thing with the service I had, it would be a true scalp and head massage. Like, really get in there and squeeze my brain. lol Will I be back? Yes. Will I do things differently?
