I took my business to city V Twin where I met Tyson the owner and his crew and I asked about a big bore kit. Tyson was very knowledgeable and walked me through the kit with high-quality parts gave me a quote and some things may change up and down as they did as he fit me into his schedule as urgently as he could. I was patient for him to finish the project as the project got to near the end. Tyson kept me posted throughout the whole process, ensuring that the parts I purchased got installed in the Bike in a professional manner and in the timely fashion now my 21 Road King is perfect for me and I will take my business nowhere else but city V Twin for the rest of my life as long as Tyson is the owner once again, thank you so very much Tyson and your crew ,very professional !! Although we had just had…read moreit in for a checkup at a shop near our home in Washington, we started experiencing difficulties about half-way through our first day of travel. The car would "miss" badly when accelerating. We limped into our first scheduled stop-over, La Grande, OR, and immediately began calling auto shops. It was late in the day, and the first two shops we called couldn't work us into their schedule. We spent the night tossing and turning, wondering if we should turn around and try to make it back home, or hang around La Grande and see if we could get into a shop. The next morning, shortly before 8 am, I made one last attempt at contacting a repair shop. I called B&B Auto Repair. What a lucky decision that was! The owner of the shop asked us to bring in the car immediately, and said he'd see what he could do. Bottom line: he and his partner worked all day on our old clunker, and just as we were beginning to give up hope, they found and fixed the problem (Turned out to be something our local shop should have taken care of...) The guys at B&B are extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and persistent. Unwilling to give up when the first "quick fix" didn't work, they literally worked on our car all day long. (We found out later that they had "bumped" a couple of their regular customers to accommodate us. As owner Ben Bean told us, "We had to help - you're just kind of stuck here".) We couldn't have been happier with their work, and felt their bill was extremely fair considering the amount of effort expended, potential loss of other business, etc. We heartily recommend B&B Auto. In addition to auto repair, they also specialize in motorcycle repair. AND, if you are a Harley enthusiast traveling through eastern Oregon, be sure to check out their line of parts and accessories. And don't go anywhere else if you need repairs!

I asked them to give it a tune up, check for anything that might be wrong with it and told them it was throwing a code that I wanted addressed. They said that the code was an old one and cleared it, that it didn't need the crankshaft sensor replaced but that the plugs were fouled up so they installed new ones. I also had them replace the old oil and filter. They said that was the only things that it needed. When I got home I rolled it first ride out and was advised not to run it again until the plugs were checked because it was upside down. Upon taking it apart to check them, it appeared that the plugs were not new at all, nor were they the same brand. I showed them to my brother who's very astute about power sport products and he said that they were not new. He called the service department on my behalf. After a lengthy conversation with the manager it was made known that the technician only changed one of the plugs. They charged me for 2, and billed me for the labor for installing 2. He said that wasn't ok and they needed to refund me 1/2 the labor and cost of the missing part. He was told that I could come pick up a new plug for the one that I was charged for but they weren't going to compensate me for the labor. He asked to be put in touch with their district manager but instead the owner gave him a call... The owner said that they would not be giving me any compensation and that I could come pick up a plug. He yelled and swore at my brother and claimed that it was all an accident, that I was told that it was only going to be the one from the start. That WE were trying to get one over on THEM and it's not their fault... even though I WAS told that they were going to do both and got charged for both. The woman who I spoke with was very clear about it and I even asked her about how to avoid that situation in the future... Their shop is over an hour away from my house. The cost of the fuel wouldn't justify the drive vs the cost of the part. Moreover, I had expressly stated that it was a new purchase, that I wanted to get anything done that needed to be done and replace anything else that needed fixing. When we took it apart at our own shop not only was the job that I got charged for not done, the clutch/belt casing was broken with a huge hole in it, the seat release leavers were broken and the air filter was filthy. I would have gladly had all that fixed but they didn't tell me that those things needed to be addressed. If we had wanted to do the work ourselves we would have but we wanted it serviced by a certified Arctic Cat mechanic. Unfortunately we are doing the work ourselves and still got charged. Bottom line: they did shotty work, the owner was highly unprofessional and rude, sub quality/overpriced products and their "compensation" was a joke. Don't do business with this company . They will surely try to fleece you.

He did give me a discount on the work, for the trouble, and was willing to pick up my malfunctioning "classic" for free, though, so that helps somewhat. The second time, I called and arranged for pickup on my bike for repairs. This time, I was told that they were about 4-6 weeks out for any new work, but if I was interested and willing to wait, they'd still pick up and do the work. So I said yes, and waited. Two weeks later (This week[6/5/2015], actually), I was told that they could take my bike in immediately. I made arrangements to have it picked up the next morning, and waited and waited, and was late to work, and they never picked up my bike. I focused more on aesthetic vs. the mechanics of the cart, but both expectations were met! When Kelly drove up with the beautiful lemon yellow customized cart I was immediately obsessed. Not only did it meet the aesthetic criteria, it met the "drivability" hope. It was a smooth, powerful (we had 4 people in the cart and went up a big hill with ease), and great steering. We haven't put it to the true golf course test, but I will provide a follow up update after a few months of ownership. Along with being a knowledgeable mechanic, Kelly provided top notch customer service. He was particularly accommodating had some great ideas to customize it, threw in some upgrades and made it a very easy process. In addition, he provided me with two chargers, one for my garage and one for just outside my unit. Finally when I asked him to work up a price to install a new digital battery gauge, he notice one of my wheel hubs and spindles seems loose and without even being asked, changed them out for new at NO cost! THAT is service and respect for the buyers who buy his carts. It's rare to see such dedication and follow up for what you sell by such a young person.
