The oil filter was also $8.00 higher than anyone else. None of these prices were discussed a head of time or I would have declined. We did 6,000 miles on that trip but I had 3,000 to go before I needed service so I would have waited to find a more reasonable price without so many extra fees.

Upon arrival I needed to authorize charges for diagnostics in the event It wasn't covered under warranty for a vehicle with 13,000 miles unacceptable the check engine light came on in Moses Lake. I rented a car to go to Sumner. Return today so that I could bring the sprinter to the Tri-Cities to deal with these clowns. Business is real simple when you just listen to what people are saying, communicate back to that person and let them know what the expectations are prior to arriving and then looking at you like you're stupid. Definitely would not recommend.

In my mind he should have stood by his work from the first visit and returned at no charge and tried to fix what he didn't on his first visit. It just appeared to be a money grab. He doesn't appear to stand behind his work. We feel we were ripped off for $425. Won't use him again.

West Coast did a lot of the BIG stuff really right but then missed some of the easy stuff and…read morethat's what prevented me from giving them a perfect 5-star review. Let's start with the great and go from there. The GREAT - There was a pretty good sized discrepancy with some advertised pricing and Ivan, the manager, instantly reassured me that they would honor their mistake and the lowest pricing. No fuss, no muss, no confusion. Just honoring their word. I was feeling really good about possibly buying a car from them. I explained that driving the 3+ hours to them would sit much better with me if they had all of the paperwork done when I got there so we could get in/get out lickety split given the drive back. I also asked them to have the vehicle detailed, gassed and ready to go to also speed the plow. I asked for FULL disclosure about any/all defects, flaws, potentials issues, scratches, scrapes, dents, windshield chips, etc before I drove all the way out there. I was assured it passed their 100+ point inspection and that we were good to go and there was nothing additional that they needed to bring to my attention. The Not-So-Great - I have to admit to being more than mildly irritated when I arrived within 10 minutes of my projected eta only to find the following: car not gassed, not thoroughly detailed, windshield chips, trunk headliner sagging and falling from roof of trunk and the underside rock guard sagging visibly underneath the car. We had to go out for burgers while they prepared the car for us the way they said they would. It took us an extra hour waiting for that but made up a little time as we sailed thru the paperwork faster than ever before (thanks, Don!) and then we were on the road. The Downright Bad - Found out on the first day home that the A/C didn't work at all. I would have thought that this would be included as a basic part of the inspection process, especially given Moses Lake's heat but apparently not. I was disappointed after my purchase that no one from the dealership ever reached out to me. Not to thank me for the purchase, not to see if everything worked out alright and not to apologize after I alerted Dylan that the A/C was non-operational. I'm $400 into the A/C repair and we are hopeful that is completely repaired. With all A/C repairs, we will cross our fingers and hope that it is a one and done and not the start of something more expensive. Summary - All in all WCAG did a pretty good job. They could use some fine tuning in detail department, and they DEFINITELY need to do a much better job in the mechanic department and they need to work on their follow through after the sale but I would absolutely consider them for future sales, providing this A/C repair doesn't go much higher.

Wanted me to schedule for a diagnosis to see why they did not know how to program a Harley key fob for my Harley. Go figure. I took the bike with two new HD key fobs to City V-Twin Service. Tyson took me right in and had me done and out the door in 15 minutes. Guess where I am going from now on. Thank you Tyson for your prompt and professional help.
