I have taken my bike to get looked at and have taken a mechanics class here. When I got my bike…read morelooked at, I booked a "Learn and Repair" which is where you take your bike in for a 40 minute appointment for any repair where they will talk you through what they are doing and then provide a suggested price. I highly recommend checking this out for the fair pricing, getting your bike repaired by either an employee there or a volunteer with supervision, and learning how to fix that issue in the future. The mechanics class was very informative and the instructor was accommodating as well as knowledgeable. It is a bit pricey at $300, but it is worth it in my opinion since taking your bike in to a mechanic for every issue can become very expensive very quick. They also have very affordable bikes, equipment such as tubes and locks, and a used parts shop. I highly recommend Bikes Together for your affordable bike needs!
