She had a really bad experience back in my hometown of Pensacola where they barely let her out so we hired Jolynn and Rich to come into our home while away to feed Whisper, let her out to potty, take her for a walk, and give her some TLC. We trust Jolynn and Rich with not only our pet but also our home. Every time we came back, our dog was not only happy and healthy but our home was just as it was when we left. If you need someone to watch your pet while away for work or vacation, I highly recommend Jolynn and Rich. From pre/post deployment leave, weekend getaways, to an early trip to the hospital to deliver a baby, we have asked them to look after our dog. Our gracious dog host was Aleah and she is great with my dog, Bonnie. She is a very attached dog and having her to be the same room with Aleah at night and during the day made her stay so much happier. I have used other boarding facility and Bonnie has always come back losing weight but that has never happened with Aleah. I have never used another host so i can't speak on all their hosts but I got lucky with my first pick. I would have given them 5 stars but the only downside to using them is if you want to use them during the main holidays, the host may go on vacation as well so they are not available. We have only come across this one time, during the christmas break.

Sleepover Rover is completely different. The dogs actually stay/play/live/sleep in your host's home, like (or along with!) their actual pets. My host Mimi has a lot of dog training experience, and is just an overall dog lover, and my dogs LOVE going to her house to stay. I would not trust anyone else with them the way I do with Mimi! She goes out of her way to make sure your dogs are comfortable, exercised, etc. and what is even better, they came home more well behaved!! Sitting at the door, no begging, etc. I have booked with Mimi three times in the past year, since my original stay! The only thing I don't like is that they wont give a refund outside of 2 weeks prior, they only give a credit, but it's ok because I know I will always use the services again.

Being greeted by Kayla's pup, Yogi, or Carlene's pup, Poppy or Ingrid's pup is truly the best way to start the morning. They're such a joy; all they ever ask for is a little love and some well-deserved tummy scratches! The service is so thoughtful; they know Bams loves fetch but also ensure she gets her necessary quiet breaks after meals. Whether I'm at work or traveling internationally, I have total peace of mind thanks to the multi-angle webcam app and the heartwarming photo updates they send. It wouldn't be a problem too make an exception to the rule. And I understand why the rules in place they want your dog there between six in the morning and noon for an overnight stay so that the dog will be tired and all the other dogs that are staying over will be comfortable. I get it. And again, thank you for making the exception So I dropped my dog off food medication, and specific instructions I picked my little fur baby up on Thursday evening and like normal. She is exhausted. She had a great time.
