Took a Honda key and two blanks that needed to be cut. No programming, just cut. Was told it would cost $60 a key and take 30-45 minutes. Took the keys to Security Lock Service. They cut the keys in about 10 minutes for $15 each. read more

Do NOT expect help from Tom! He's an arsehole! I just came from his place asking if it's my faulty looking key or my cylinder key hole and he acted like I was just wasting his time! He is absolutely 100% NO help! He will not help you and if he was your Dr he would have a worse bed side manner than any Dr you have ever seen! I feel like I pissed him off just by coming in! Extortion at its best.. They told me they would call me and they never did and they were literally two minutes away from the locked car and it took less than a minute to open and it cost $65 during business hours for a high school student. I had to drive to the location to get them and they asked me if I wanted them to come now and it's like yes I've been waiting in the rain for 15 minutes. Local is certainly not better. Called this guy and gave him the make and model of my vehicle. My vehicle requires a computer chip key fob. He told me he would have to order the key I needed and we discussed programming the key for a while and he gave me a quote of about $85. Which was great! Everyone else in the area was quoting me between $150-185. I go into his store to get my key ordered. The first thing he says to me is its going to cost me about $300. I had spoke to him on the phone about this just a few days before. I went down to Mayfair and they charged me $150. This guy was legitimately trying to rip me off or he just didn't feel like doing the work and he wanted to scare me off by charging me twice the normal rate. Regardless, that's not how you do business. I recommend you pass this asshole up and go straight to Mayfair. read more
